Not much to say here. It's a Starbucks... just like any other in this region. It's new, so it's clean and nice, but nothing made it really stand out... a bit cookie cutter. But perhaps that's the business plan. It would be great to be able to walk into these places in different locations and get a sense of the unique vibes that each one has. That would make the experience much more interesting and memorable.

Chic Coffee shop vibes. The restrooms were sparkling which I can’t say about all Starbucks so I give the manager big props.Enjoyed our drinks they were made just right and they don’t skip on the whipped cream most importantly!Kid-friendliness: Safe environment and changing areas in restrooms.

They were very friendly and was able to do online order. But my frappe 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ tasted like nothing at all. It was like I was eating ice by itself. Terrible! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Didn’t even want to go back to let them know. Since I was there for the longest time with only 2 cars in front of me 👎🏻 Idk if I will ever go back. I kind of want to give them another chance since they just opened like 3 weeks ago but then again they should of gone through proper training 🤔💁🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

i have to give kudos to a Barista by the name of Julissa in the Rio Grande City Store, every time she is working and I walk in with My Venti Yellow Rose of Texas Cup she knows exactly what I am going to order and gets on my order right away, her attention to detail, her kindness sure does help to start your day off on the right foot. Thank you Julissa for making it a point to learn my special drink, and a big high five to everyone at the Rio Grande City Store, they are great at what they do.(Venti-Mango Dragon Fruit, no water, no lemonade, add strawberry puree, add whip cream and double blend that for me drinker here)

They get my simple black iced coffee wrong every time. Today they were out of sugar free vanilla so I asked for a black iced coffee no creamer, no sugar just the coffee and they added classic syrup to it. They clearly don’t get it.

Ordered was about to pay with a $100, lady said if i had a smaller bill cause she didn’t have change. Why doesn’t she have change ready to break any bill that comes her way????? I Was really disappointed i was looking forward to my drink. 😭

Been waiting for several months to have a local Starbucks in Rattler Country, been there three times and have not been disappointed. My fav is the white chocolate mocha and the Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade drink.

There was like 10 employees working and all the ones that saw my order ignored it. I even had two employees look at me and look away because they knew what was happening with my order. Floor was really dirty.
