Yesterday 02/16/2024 was doing some grocery shopping at H‑E‑B PLUS in RGC and had the worst experience with a cashier in my whole life she yelled at me horribly, I believe people with her attitude need to be in other position and not in contact with customers, and I don’t think I was the first customer to be treat like that, the manager kindly help me to paid with another cashier and I asked another H‑E‑B employee if they don’t have problems with that lady and her attitude and yes they said o yes is this “lady” I don’t remember her name but was in 8pm turn.

Every trip I make to the grocery store I have to keep watch on how the CSA's bag my groceries. I have spoken with the managers and complained because of the my groceries are sacked. Today I let the bagger do his job and this is the end result. How is this EVER acceptable! So disappointed!

Ysually will find what you need as long as it's food and grocery related. You will now have much luck here if looking for anything else. Cashiers are still a thing here. They are always nice and baggers are very convenient and time efficient

HEB store #13 in Rio Grande City...texas.At this store I had a terrible encounter with an employee named Abigail. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen. Apparently she must have some distain towards the general public because her condescending and rude attitude when she spoke to me lets me know that she probably has been doing that sort of stuff to the general public for quite some time and then she has the nerve to call another manager to the scene and try to flip the story on me. His name is Martin Diaz he is the night shift manager at this location. Once I explained the situation and Abigail's rudeness and misconduct towards me he was trying to shrug it off like it was nothing new to him. I told him to write down his full name and Abigail information so I can make complaint against them he chose to give me a wrong phone number for the corporate office which was a disconnected line. These two people have never been held accountable for their actions and earning a good wage at the same time. My message to both of them is if you can't handle with working and serving the general public. I suggest both of you seek employment in the private sector.And check your condescending attitude at the door before you clock in to work.

I was kicked out of self checkout for having too many items. There were 5 empty stations and I had 2 packs of water and a few snacks. Maybe my cart looked full because of the waters and chips and I guess the employee thinks having empty self checkout computers is more important than allowing a customer to just pay themselves. I waited in the cashier line next to the self checkouts and saw the stations were just empty the entire time I waited. Just bad customer service, there's no need for that!

Loved it today , very little people this morning and better for me and i am also glad i made my early shopping due to this virus... Intercom announcements were advising us on social distancing and the proper use of our masks and to avoid touching out faces...And the best customer service ever cashier Valerie was super polite, she greeted me as i was placing my foods down and also as i was leaving she says have a great day and hope to see you again.. Thanks H.E.B ( Here every things better)

Edit: I would also like to add they have racist checkout staff who like to make comments in spanish thinking that someone who looks white will not understand them. We have a lot of out of town law enforcement and national guard members who come to this store and its very disappointing to see this type of behavior from Starr County’s HEB.Reply the the comment from the store: I already talked to the floor 2 managers about the issue, ones name was Luis who I gave the cashiers name to. I hope this matter is resolved as it’s inappropriate and the 10 years I’ve lived here I’ve never had an issue with this store.Probably one of the worst place in regards to curbside pick up. I gave it a year for it to get approve and still takes over an hour to get a few items and things are always missing because H‑E‑B can’t figure out a system to show things in stock or the ability to cancel orders. Even Walmart honors their pick up time pretty much on pointEdit: curbside has vastly improved since they upgraded the building and would recommend trying it to county residents who do not want to shop indoors.

I like the convenience of the HEB because you have to HEB and you have the HEB Plus a plus it's a lot of stuff that you need for a garden barbecuing and all that stuff Plus they have the pharmacy which at the same time you go drop off your prescription for your grocery shopping or your grocery I mean go shopping for the garden supplies and all of that are by the time you finish doing your shopping to medication is ready at HEB so I enjoy it very much I'll be there a customer for years thank you

Only three check stands open one 15or less 6 or 8 10 itemMs or less about twenty customers waiting in line I had about twenty items in my basket tithe Clark tolls ten items only ha to wait 35 five minutes just because I had too many items

This heb is nicer then the one I live next to. I went for a rotisserie chicken and did not find any. And did not see the southwest tortillas. I did see home made corn tortillas warm in the cooler. The last time I was here, I was told a mask was not mandatory just highly encouraged. Today the employee out front and security guard said I have to wear one. I would like to know what is what. I know the heb by my house, I do not have to.

I love this HEB in particularMost of the staff is very friendlyThey have the best meat around here and the store in overall is super clean .I’ve never seen spoiled produce so that’s a sign they’re always on spot.There’s always someone on floor to help you find something you don’t see. The ONLY thing I hate and always have to be letting them know is the bagging....they tend not to care so much on what you can mix and what doesn’t go together ,Or they’ll put 6 glass bottles of spaghetti sauce together that by the time you load it to your car the bag ripped apart ...then you get another bag with one tomato sauce in a Single bag???So anyway I rate this store in RIO 5Dispite of the baggers not being on spot most of the time.

They carry several items Walmart can't seem to keep in stock and have a much better selection of ice creams.However, I was disappointed at the selection and quality of the deli items. Smaller grocery stores in the area do a better job in quality.

We buy most groceries at HEB. They have almost everything you could be looking for. Foods, meats, fresh produce, kitchen wear, small kitchen appliances: toasters, coffee makers, and more. Pharmacy for prescriptions, OTC's meds, all beauty products. Cleaning & laundry products. A small area of clothes for adults and an area of baby clothes & baby products.

I like this HEB but they need to do better at checkout. The lines get so long and it seems like there is always a problem with a price check or payment method etc. Not only is it inconvenient but my cold food gets hot.
