Horrible. The workers don’t understand how the prices work. I had never had to go to this store before until I moved into the neighborhood. Once the cat food was $4.25 when it’s usually $5.50 when scanned it came out out $5.50 I told them it was priced at $4.25 and they said they didn’t know why and I had to pay full price. Another time the beer was priced at $12.50 when checking out it scanned $13.90 not counting tax I showed the worker the price tag and she basically said she didn’t know why it said $12.50 and that she couldn’t do anything about it. Cash back, I always get cash back with no problems at any other store except for this one. They always have an issue with me asking for cash back even thought it’s a service dollar general offers. They wouldn’t sell me beer because according to them I was already intoxicated even though I had only had a few beers and I walked to the store so I wouldn’t have to drive. They refused to bag some of my stuff because they were “low on bags”. Etc

Employees are friendly and usually help you when you ask them. As far as the supply they have the necessities without having to go across town to buy things. So overall I like the store

My uncle who is non-verbal went to this store with a list of three items and approached the manager of the store Jenny Garza for assistance. She was rude, unprofessional, and turned my uncle away saying, "I don't have time!!"He returned to the car discouraged and saddened not understanding what he did wrong to have such horrible treatment. He has multiple encounters with this woman where she is rude to him when he is attempting to ask her questions. Jenny Garza is a manager with absolute unwillingness to attend customers especially ones who are special needs.I encouraged my relative to try his odds again and get help with someone else. Luckily, another store associate by the name of Edna assisted him with finding the three items my relative needed that day. Thank you Edna for assisting my loved one on 12/2/2021, the world needs more kindhearted people like you.

Fast and good service. I like the fact that o can avoid going to Walmart and do a quick shopping here. They carry mostly everything except dill relish. Ive stopped at two DG and only seen sweet relish. But I still give it a five star for fast and friendly.

There's always room for improvement. They leave cashier's alone most of the time thinking there won't be a rush. Then they get one and the cashier leaves her station to go call another worker for help while people are alone in line not being attended to

Very bad service why not help customers with the cupons ? If the store allows to cupons there staff almost all the time aggresive to respond simple questions when items not found WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE iever had at a Dollar store plus when you enter and say good morning/afternoon You never get a reply pffff what kind of ppl you all hiredfor this storeBUT, MAINLY TBOSE CARTS NEEDS!!!ASAP TO GET FIXED ALL OF THEM HAVE ONE BROKEN ROLL & they dont get disinfected as i see evry time i come here Them not even following CDC GUIDELINES staying 6fts away

This store is kind of a mess. It's pretty busy and can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. BUT it has all the essentials I need in a pinch.
