This location is amazing! From the greeting you get walking into the restaurant, to the interaction with the order taker is the best. Cashier asked questions to ensure my order was correctly rang up.Ordered a junior burger combo, and two additional steak fingers on the side. Burger was cooked fresh, warm hamburger buns and cheese melted to perfection. Steak fingers were definitely fresh, and steaming hot!(Perfection). Fries were hot and crispy.Even down to the fountain drinks, that are amazing.Restaurant is cleaned organized and in good order. Everyone was busy doing their tasks, and taking care of guests in a timely manner.Thank you, and keep up the great work!See y’all again within a week.

(Englesh is my 3rd language)went drive true.i oder basket#8brother and my husband order basket #7 the lady said if we dont mind wait to the front (parking area)to get our order long story short. we wait 20-30 mins there.Still no food so my husband went inside and took our food while hes there the lady said "oh im about to bring your food to your car"Yeah what ever.....I rate this base on the service we got there

The outside looks like a rundown dingy place, but it's nice inside, customer service is good, and the food is what you'd expect at any DQ. The most surprising thing for me was finding out that they now carry a dairy-free dilly bar. I haven't been able to enjoy ice cream in years, so that was a big win for me personally. It says it has a coconut base, which made me a little nervous, as I generally dislike coconut, but the flavor was so subtle that I didn't even taste the coconut. It was very good.

Although there were only 2-3 tables occupied, the place was a mess. Most of the empty tables were dirty. The drinks counter had spilled drinks all over, and debris lying about. And flies. Tv was off.Our second visit here. I much prefer the DQ in Emory. Not sure if I'll return here.

I thought the AC was out. Come to find out that's how the owner keeps the temperature! I was perspiring INSIDE this DQ ! It was 98 degrees out today and I wanted a nice cool place to enjoy an early dinner (4pm). Ended up getting a small cone and went out to my car to eat it as it was cooler there. No wonder only one other person was in the dining room! I feel sorry for the help back by the grill and fryers. Might as well go to Sonic if I have to stay in my car. Love the DQ food and Soft Serve, but I don't want to be miserable while eating it. Staff was wonderful considering how hot they must have been as well! Owner must be a huge cheapskate to not make the restaurant cool enough to be comfortable. Cost them a meal that I would have gotten only to get a small cone instead. I wonder how many other sales they lost because the dining room was ridiculously hot ?

Kind of ridiculous how they don't give you a chance to look at the menu , their were no cars behind us and we asked for a min to look and kept being asked anything else anything else we kept having to ask please wait a min .when you have kids in the car it can take them a min to decide what they want . Then when we got to the window we had ordered ice cream and two chicken baskets and took them a good 15 min to get that out why rush if it's going to take forever to make the food. I know their younger girls but they need to learn some patience if their going to work in customer service.

Quite disturbed today at your Quinlan store. I went to the ladies bathroom, no soap. My husband went to the men's room, no soap. Shortly after leaving the ladies bathroom a female employee went to the ladies room. Not sure if she washed her hands or not, if she did, she must have noticed no soap. She never returned to the bathroom with soap. So, tell me how are your employees supposed to wash their hands, just run them under water, then they come out and handle food, etc. Disgusting. Will not be back there

Awesome workers at this location no matter how busy they are they are friendly and aim to get every order right. I know with the upcoming holidays they are busier, but the service stays great each visit. These people that work here have great work ethic and respect for their customers. Great job to manager here and to the great employees !!

I went the other day to get two combos and two blizzards and after pulling around and waiting patiently.I had a young lady come and bring my food, made a judging comment about what I ordered.I think about all the friends and family members that have suffered with eating disorders. How are words could have caused a spiraling effect on them. I'm fairly disappointed and really hope that people could choose their words carefully in the future.
