I literally got trespased and got the cops called on me because I used a spray paint INSIDE the cap that I STILL ended up buying the guy followed us all around not leaving us out of sight he was nice and all but cmon calling the cops on someone for doing that idk 🤷‍♂️ maybe I wasn’t the right race or something but even the cops thought it was stupid it was super embarrassing and here is proof I still bought the paintAnd they say that we went back in to rearrange the plumbing stuff. Bruh there was a worker in our backs 2 feet away from us the WHOLE time watching us and you guys can even check the cameras we didn’t move anything in the wrong place 😂 and a worker did tell me to stop in the first time I sprayed it in the cap and I apologized because I was in the wrong but I didn’t raise my voice or anything I acted matured The boss is daughter was there the same time we where and she was asking us why we got treated different from her well I guess Hispanics are not welcomed or something but yeah nice way to handle things call the cops over a small spray paint and sorry if you can’t sell it it’s my fault I would be happy to buy it But again calling the cops over that to get me banned for life wasn’t a mature way to handle just shows how weak and fragile you are

Not that I’ve been to many Ace Hardware stores, but this one goes above and beyond when it comes to promptness of service from the time you walk in the doors to the moment you check out! Any time my husband and I have been they have what we are looking for in stock and there’s always an employee available for any questions we might have. On top of being easily accessible, the employees are constantly working to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store along with changing out displays (there’s always something new to check out!).This store offers a little something for everyone… from lawn care and grilling supplies to home maintenance and Knick Knacks. We have enjoyed looking around the store to see what’s new every time we have been.

Great selection, knowledgeable people when you go into any of the big chains store hardware stores they pretty much hire people who know not what they’re doing. Basically live bodies walking around aimlessly. Amusingly people think that small hardware stores should carry everything. If you were over 50 you will know that most of your local hardware stores carried just enough to get you by and sometimes carried a small selection or small side lumberyard. Ace Hardware, true value and other small chains have never done that. Granted, there are some that carry a larger selection or an outdoor lumberyard, but not many. Myself growing up around people who did carpentry electrical, plumbing, woodworking, etc. this place has a combined staff/knowledge of over 50 years. Try finding that in many of your chain hardware stores. Always friendly always courteous and family owned not some corporate owned store. On any given day, I would rather go to the store than the big chain places, including my small supplies. People also have to remember these big companies buy huge amounts of bulk. That is why the prices might be a little bit lower. That is the nature of the beast Always has been always always will be . Again, you won’t get the service or customer service or friendly approach at those big places

Nice hardware store they had a good inventory of tools, plumbing and electrical supplies,grills and other outdoor decorations and supplies.The prices seemed reasonable from what little we saw. We will definitely check them out better when we start another project.

Skip the big box stores and go here!Was immediately greeted upon entering and was assisted every step of the way. The gentleman helped us find everything we needed for our project and then walked us to the counter providing friendly conversation throughout. The folks at the counter were very friendly as well. This type of service is a rarity these days and very much appreciated. Highly recommend and most definitely will return!

From stsrt to finish, maybe one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a long time. Walked on, was greeted cheerfully, as if she appreciated me walking in and meant it, that's rare now. Then as I'm about to figure out where I needed to look, another really nice guy immediately asked ne what I needed, and took me directly there. In and put in about 3 minutes. And I didn't get lost once. Thank you Fletcher Hardware. First time in, not last time here. Appreciate you guys appreciating me

When purchasing my mower, I was told there was a 90 day warranty and it was a "low maintenance model." The service was great until I had to return an item. I wanted to return the mower that would not consistently start once I got it home. When I tried to call the store, I was told they're busy and to call again later. This happened multiple times. Finally I brought it into the store. I was told there was no 90 day warranty and was told to go to a mechanic to fix a mower that I purchased less than 24 hours ago. While the employees were friendly, the owner, "Jake" was not and advised he's giving me "excellent customer service" with a smarmy grin. I would not do business with this Ace again, especially for big ticket items.

Only been open a couple weeks, but this place is fully stocked and staffed with some really knowledgeable people. The staff always great you when you walk in and ask if you need anything. Been a great experience every trip.
