My mother and I were and usually always are picking up a door dash order here.It is Always clean inside and in the parking lot, It is well organized, and is pretty easy to find the products and items quickly with no hassle or frustration as well.All of the employees are respectful, friendly and extremely helpful to all their customers as well.I'm always impressed and satisfied Everytime I go here. 😊

Courtney was really helpful in the photo department when i couldn't connect my phone to the media port, and ensured i knew to add the coupon! After she left, Eddy, was assisting and he was just as helpful changing out paper to print my photo cards and was funny! Pretty nice and helpful employees to me! 💯👍

Pharmacy techs are rude. Watched one tech smirk as she told one elderly couple who had been waiting for a long time in the car drive up that they had to circle back through because the pharmacy did not have their script ready. The lady said something about it was supposed be ready 2 days ago the tech just smirked and said if you want your script you must circle back through the line, BUT we are closing for lunch break in 10 minutes. After the couple pulled away she turned to another tech and they both started laughing. This just one example of repeated rude behavior that I have seen towards other customers and endured myself.Also scripts are rarely ready when they say they will be ready. Calling them is always horrible because you can plan on be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Add to that at least half the time they will tell you one thing on the phone only bro get to the store and find out they have done nothing they sad they would do.They also do not take coupons or savings cards for scripts. They have told us that it is Walgreens policy. One script we had could not get prior authorization from insurance so had to pay cash. Walgreens wanted 300 dollars. We switched it to H‑E‑B and payed 20 dollars for it.The pharmacy is so bad that we have switched all the scripts we can to mail order. Now we get harassed by them with repeated calls (they call repeatedly 4 to 5 times in a row) wanting to know why we haven’t refilled our script.Avoid this pharmacy if possible.

ever since the local cvs closed this has been the worst pharmacy experience ever and I'm 65continual problems ..do not follow through on time commitments. Charged me for a script 2 times because they said Ins denied it.I called ins and was informed they never even ran it through..Was guaranteed a script would be filled on 5-23....pharmacy closed on 5-24 dur to NO PHARMICIST???!!! Called today and was assured script would be ready by 5:ooPM...It's 5;17 and i've been on hold 13 min..I am a stage 4 cancer patient who has to have this scrpit before i leave tomorrow.Nearest other walgreens is 30 miles awayor I'd change...Terribly understaffed is part of the problem.Feels like a branch closing to me.Never had a prompt courteous interaction here.

Routinely disrespectful of other people's time. Half of my trips here end with being asked to circle back through a 40 minute line so they can finish up something that would take minutes to finish. Have also been told to leave and come back in a few hours because they wanted to start lunch 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close and they didn't want to do my paperwork. Transferring my prescriptions. Gave back two stars since other staff handled my recent paxlovid prescription like champs.

My husband and I went for a flu shot. The store was very busy, yet the pharmacist and clerk were very courteous and pleasant. Yes we had to wait but all were working well together and we were attended to as quickly as possible. Thank you Walgreens, Port Lavaca TX.

My mother called me in tears due to her terrible experience with Minnie in the photo dept. My Mom was trying get some photos developed from her phone for Mother's Day. She had no experience with doing so, and she asked for help. Minnie kept initiating the process and walking away. My mom would get confused and need additional help, only to feel like Minnie was irritated and halfway helping. Once the photos were finally developed there were only 3, and my Mom said that's not what she had wanted, that she wanted more. Minnie seemed to belittle my mother, and tell her I helped you. My mom said, no you didn't help me or I'd have what I had wanted. Minnie proceeded to tell her she tried helping,but my Mom was complicated. EXCUSE ME? I'm sorry Minnie, did you forget what your job is? I'm pretty sure it entails helping customers in the photo center, and it doesn't include making them feel small and humiliated. My mother is a US Army veteran who served in the Saudi and Iraqi, and she does not deserve this treatment. She has PTSD, and she should not have been made to feel so bad that she called me bawling. I called and let Nadia, the on duty manager, know about this incident. All she could do was apologize. This unacceptable experience my mother had will insure neither of us will ever step foot in a Walgreens again. I highly recommend based on this situation that anyone else steer clear of this location.

The pharmacists thats asian or something is so rude he told me i need to hurry bc i has a sick baby at home when he offred to stay a little longer so i could get my medication... People shoild watch what they say bc j have a baby at home that is dieing... Don't bring your problems to work!!! And the time before that they accused me of stealing and the lady chased me out if the store and embarrassed me! And i wasnt doing anything wrong! I hadnt stolen anything! They always have horrible attitudes the pharmacy and the staff i will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

The store itself is great but not the pharmacy. We have been trying for over an hour to get the pharmacy to answer. We just get a recording. We even tried staying on the line when they disconnected us. This is the second time today.

I had asked the lady there today about someone telling me there was a "grandfathered in" type thing w tobacco sales (which obviously didn't sound right) and she was very helpful, kind, and professional the whole time. More importantly she didn't make me feel stupid for asking a stupid question 😂 thank you Walgreens lady I really appreciate you

We do not no longer go to this pharmacy in Port Lavaca the pharmacist was very rude let us sit there for two hours before he even tried to help us reported them to the main wall greens never going back to that pharmacy again
