Food = alcohol...Craft beers were quite nice. Nice selection of Texas liquor along with a lot of the usual favorites. Great decor, great vibe, very nice staff. This is a locals spot for sure. We came in on Trivia night and stuck around for a round as it was fun to watch and laugh along.Prices are cheap. They got some local food favorites for sure. These "nachos" kept coming from the kitchen heaped high with meat and fixins. Wish I would have eaten there that night...This place seems like a great hang. We greatly enjoyed it.

If you enjoy tasty, well-prepared food cooked to perfection, cold refreshments, great service and a lively and fun atmosphere then you will NOT be disappointed. Corey, our host was amazing, as was the Texas Schnitzel I enjoyed and the beef tacos my wife ordered. My side salad was fresh, crisp, and featured a cornucopia of leafy greens/cucumbers/cherry tomatoes/red cabbage/etc..., and my wife's side of Spanish rice was totally on point ~ moist, fluffy, and very flavorful! Outstanding evening all around, we will be back!!! :)Parking: No problemo!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy peezy!

Great little bar/pub at the end of the bridge. Food was yummy and on tap beer selection rotates with about six different ones at a time.UPDATE: still a great stop before hitting south padre.

We're visiting the area, and this place was recommended by an employee at Feldman's Liquor Store. As usual, I pulled it up on Google to look at reviews. I was surprised to see all the 5-and 4-star reviews. Usually, there's a sour puss in there somewhere. They weren't wrong. Everyone is friendly and engaging, from the staff to the patrons. There's a great selection of rotating craft beers, and the food we had was excellent. Great chicken salad, and the black bean chili was good too. We'll be back!

This place was totally cool and unexpected and they played classic rock jams. In regards to the food it was all delicious. The ceviche was the best with chunks of fish that was bright and tangy served with fresh tortilla chips to scoop it up. We had the pork schnitzel, bratwurst, and tangy potato salad...true German style and it was delicious. There is a big patio area in the back to hang with friends. The beer is served cold and dressed just so and the food is tasty and delicious. Definitely be back!!

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place! The owners of Virginias salon said I had to go and I’m so glad I listened to the locals. It’s Tuesday which means tacos and margaritas are on sale! I had a fajita beef, grilled Mahi-mahi, fajita chicken, and regular ground beef taco along with a salted margarita for $14! You can’t beat that. The best part? Every bite was delicious! I’m planning on going back for dinner it was that good!

Hmm. New place date night. This joint is kinda new. Old Rock N Roll playing on the sound system. License plate collection is growing. The inside is kinda cramped. If you still love your Chinese Communist Party face shackle. Don't come here. The outside is set up nicely and will be enjoyable temp wise in October maybe IMO. The beer selection is full of every type anyone would like from Blonde to Stout. $40.00 Plus for 2 burgers and 2 beers? Putin price hikes? Or did Joe do that? Nevertheless, prices are steep. Food was good and well seasoned but otherwise its your regular chow found in this area.. This establishment would be nice for a fast cold beer after alot of fun N sun on the beach or after a ride on the FXR. Bottom line, It's nice to have a craft beer joint on this side of the bridge!Plotted. Scouts Out.Parking: Tight would describe the parking. This place has great atmosphere and service!! Wonderful back patio with live music. Fantastic bar inside. Nice craft beer selection. They do a $1.50 brown bag special. Fun idea if you're the gambling type 😀 I was really disappointed in the quality of the food . The Mahi was over cooked/dry and had a really bad smell. I exchanged for a burger that was sooooo bland and obviously frozen. Cheese curds were great but served with bottled ranch and an actual packet of Marina. Sooo if you're looking for a cool spot to have a few beers this is the place .

Fantastic atmosphere, small but friendly! Small indoor seating area, but large spacious outdoor area! Great location. German food south of the boarder! Never would have thought! Great beer selection. As a 1st time visitor to the area, I found the place to be pretty damn awesome!. Highly recommend if you’re going to be in the area. Good place to watch sports !

Well, let's see here... For starters, be careful and duck when you walk into the place, the metal, sharp cornered box that pulls the door shut hurts when you hit it with your head. I saw stars that day. The food is pretty good. I had and thoroughly enjoyed a very juicy handburger (yes, I know what I did there). I want really hungry at the time, but I didn't want to stop eating it. After enjoying your meal, don't forget the little box above the door on your way out 😵‍💫🤪

Honestly wasn't sure if the SpaceX theme was just another tourist trap place but I was dead wrong.Service was great - especially the bartender (wish I remembered his name) who asked us several times if we needed anything or how the food was.Falcon burger was one of the best Burgers I've ever had. I don't say that lightly.Cheese curds were a must and barely beat out the soft pretzel for me.Will be coming back next time I visit.

Every time i have been to the Hopper Haus I have had a great experience! The beer selection is great, I like how I get to try something new every week. The food has always been awesome and the wait time is short. They have really good mexican street tacos and quesadillas, but the fish tacos and chicken salad sandwich (OG) are my favorite. They also have great burgers they make from scratch, but if you're vegetarian they have plenty of options for you! Can't forget about how delicious the german chocolate cheesecake is! Really cures my daily chocolate cravings. The staff is super nice and you can tell the owners are doing this because they want to create something special for their community. The garden patio is cool, I like how they are incorporating native plants. Overall, just a really nice atmosphere to chill at and charge your Telsa if you have one!
