This is a very nice place to stay! Friendly staff. And our room was very neat and clean with everything we needed for our stay. They welcomed our pet with pet fee. We are very grateful for that also. Loved our stay at Casa Rosa Inn.Rooms: The rooms were neat and clean. And had everything we needed for our stay.Nearby activities: Close to Supermarkets and to the beach!Safety: They have cameras outside everywhere for safety.Walkability: Everything was at a walkable distance. Very convenient.Food & drinks: Nearby stores.Noteworthy details: They have wifi and cable on tv. Great entertainment.

I had a disappointing experience at this motel due to their inadequate lost and found system. Despite their claims of keeping records and labeling missing items from rooms, I found their system to be severely lacking. Not only did they fail to locate an item I misplaced during my stay, but the lack of professionalism in handling such situations was evident. What's worse is their unwillingness to take responsibility for items of greater value lost in hotel rooms, which is unacceptable. I would not recommend this motel to anyone seeking reliable service and accountability. The fact that the police were involved and a report was made only highlights the severity of the situation. However, it's deeply concerning that despite this involvement, the motel staff still disregarded the significant cost of the loss. It's unacceptable for them to neglect their responsibility in such cases, especially when the involvement of law enforcement underscores the seriousness of the matter. This lack of accountability and empathy towards guests' losses further emphasizes the motel's unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. It’s unfortunate that such a lesson had to be learned the hard way. It's a stark reminder to always keep belongings stowed away safely, especially in environments where security measures might not be up to par. It's a shame that the motel failed to provide a secure environment for guests, but it's a valuable lesson for future travels to exercise caution and vigilance.

Promised me a half off deal after giving me the wrong room as long as I leave them a good review. Then after I reviewed and stayed in the smaller/incorrect room they took back the offer. Area is nice but service is terrible, don’t trust anything they say. The rooms are basic motel rooms so,you might as well just go somewhere else nearby.

When it comes to certain folks and money. Hate to say it. Can't trust anything they say. If they give you an answer, get it in writing, signed! I was there for a month and a half and had my room sold out from under me... TWICE! I told them I would likely be staying for months, if not years, concerning a job. I went to pay during the first week (until I could pay for monthly), and they did not lock my room in and had it rented out for weeks. I had to move to an upstairs room that night. When I paid monthly, I was told that if I lost the job that it could be pro rated back. I found was going to checkout early due to several factors, then the man told me there are no refunds on monthly. I said I am not checking out and to give me my key. They weren't going to rent it again and keep my money. I did have to go home for about a week. My new place was not ready and I had a few days yet on my room at Ccasa Rosa and my key did not work. It had been rented out! You @@$$@#!!! Untrustworthy. They had rented out my room, which I did not check out of, because as far as they knew, I was not there. Lowest of the low. Oh well, I didn't have too many cockroaches as roommates at least.

Service was okay. I like the design and the desk with the computer chair. Toilet was clogged. Ask for help but they said they can't since maintenance went home so we asked for the plunger and made us pick it up. Had to plunge it every single time literally water not going down so husband decide to plunge it for a good hour and finally fixed it. The lamps are not bright and pretty old. The TV is so old the HDMI has support error. Came to this location to grill but the grill has so much trash inside of it and not maintained. The room has a stench smell. Doesn't come with breakfast (just saying coz I believe I saw breakfast on the site) Doesn't have coffee maker on the room except you pay extra $3 for a coffee service. Overall it's great value but not a good place for having good time.Rooms: Rooms are okay. Just the nice wall and desk. But everything else is old. Bed not that comfy. Pillow too soft and only comes with two. Toilet is clogged.

Our stay in this hotel was for one night so my boyfriend and I booked a king bed for the both of us so we can fit in one bed. Once paying for it and everything a week in advance, they tell us they don’t have king beds and would have to give us the double beds. This was such an uncomfortable experience especially since the beds were too small for us thus why we asked for a king sized bed. Aside from that, the hotel itself is so outdated, the television itself is not a smart tv and only has cable. The tubs paint was peeling off, the toilet seat was not properly attached and would move around when you tried to use it. The room smelled horrible when we first entered I had to go buy a febreze. The only thing good about this hotel would be the location. The receptionist seemed bothered and inconvenienced to give us his time.

My wife was born and raised in Port Isabel so we visit several times a year. This place is unassuming at first and we ended up booking a night here after our hotel on the island told us we’d have to leave in the middle of our stay due to remodeling. This place was cheaper AND cleaner than our other hotel. Really nice folks stay here and work here. Well kept grounds, quiet hours and the appliances work lol. Free coffee and toast in the morning. Breakfast area is chill with tables and couches.They have a vending machine at the front desk stocked with commonly forgotten toiletries and a few snacks. A soda machine is available all night. Just a couple of minutes cruise to HEB, Whataburger, Walmart and gas station and local attractions. (Small town) Love this spot, will definitely stay again.

I am so grateful to have found Casa Rosa Inn. The rooms are extremely clean, the staff have been amazing and the price is simply amazing for this quality. I highly recommend coming here for the comfort, cleanliness and location. It’s close to anything you could possibly need or want. 10 stars ⭐️Rooms: Impeccably clean, comfortable and smell amazing 🤩Nearby activities: Beaches 🏝️ and anything else you can think of. If it isn’t right here within walking distance it’s a very short car ride.Noteworthy details: As a single female here from the opposite side of the country I feel safe, secure and comfortable.

The tried to charge my family $200 a night to book two nights for a funeral they agreed to $105 a night. When we shows up we looked that the rates if we would have just walked in and it was $65 a night.We asked for room service the first night to so we can have a clean room to reduce my wife’s stress. They did not do it or even as they are sorry. Since they did not clean it we did not have clean towels. So I asked if they could bring us some they told me to just come get them. We had just gotten back from the funeral and we wanted go lay down for. 30 min so not happy they asked us yo com get the towels. Well they never brought them so I got them on my way outPlus the towels were made for children very small and roughThe rooms are not inviting or nice by any means. They definitely had not been updated at all. Thee shower head was about to come off and there was no smoke detector and I am sure there is some code about not having that.Anyway in summary this is a $50 a night moral at best and do not expect any customer service and do not book in to you will be screwed..

Greatest Hotel Ever! I can’t believe I got such a great deal! Service with a smile, and my check in process was extra quick and easy. They provided everything I needed and it was truly a home away from home. Thank you for everything… you even let me borrow some silverware that I accidentally packed, but I’m bringing back to you soon. Oops… just another excuse for me to come back and visit the CASA ROSA! This was my first time staying at the casa Rosa inn. Naz was at the front desk and helped me through the process when I first arrived. Naz was very professional and very friendly. The room I stayed in was also very clean and the main thing I judge a room by is the shower! The shower temperature was nice and hot the way I like it! The room had exactly what I needed to enjoy my stay at the casa Rosa inn. I will be staying here again!

My spouse recently stayed at this establishment for a trip. The motel offers nightly and what appears to be longer term stays. The rooms need updating, were not clean, there was limited room cleaning and towel refreshing. It felt unsafe due to the number of people loitering outside and around the buildings. Most distressing was discovering a severe bedbug infestation in the room.

I was there for a week on a business trip.Excellent service. The first day I asked if I could change the room to have better Wifi signal and they changed my room without any problem.Clean and very spacious rooms.I recommend it 100%. If I return to the area I will definitely repeat.

Good value for the money. Room is sizeable, clean and everything was functional. Location is also great. Close to Walmart and main attractions in the area, along with South Padre.WiFi on the other hand was very slow during this visit (between 1-2 Mbps).
