Put multiple food savers in the wrong place, said it was $129, rang up $164. Would NOT adjust the price even though this was CLEARLY their mistake. Christy and Linh were both very unfriendly. Treated us like this was our fault even through it was a Walmart mistake. We asked very friendly for them to honor their own prices and they refused. This is dishonest and rude. Customers should be able to trust that the prices marked are the prices they will pay. We will not be returning this Walmart location.

Yesterday we waited 30 minutes to they can attend us from Money service . The old lady left without saying nothing we were next in line and the lady serve another girl. We try to get a hold of the manager but she decided to act mean to us so that’s why we handed a bad experience there

Apparently this Walmart does not know how to answer the phones. I have called multiple departments including the HR and store operator at this location the passed hour just to see if they have found a phone that was left at check out.

I just cant wrap my mind around the fact that the check your receipt at the end when you walk out.Its soooo low.I asked the manager if thry had a particular kind of payment and the response i got was sarcasm and disrespect. When i asked why they dont do that particular kimd of payment wich everybody else does. He emphatically raised his voice and said WE DONT!I really dont think this kind of customer service or ABSOLUTE lack of it ... will get.wallmart anything.People drive all the way to the store spend their hard earned dollars and get treated like excrement by some low employee.... who does NOT understand the effort it took the owners to get a line if stores.like this.Walmart corporate. You are not listening. Invest in your employees and trained them and screen them right ... NOT the customers!

I utilized Walmart grocery pickup on two occasions, and unfortunately, both experiences were marred by prolonged wait times of more than 20 minutes. It was evident that the employee handling my orders was in no hurry and displayed a lack of care towards his job. His behavior suggested a disinterest in providing efficient service, creating an impression that he might be expressing dissatisfaction with his wages through subpar performance. Customers should not have to endure extended waits due to an employee's apparent frustrations. This lack of professionalism is unfair to customers seeking a smooth and timely pickup process.

Had an item in the freezer section that wasn't in the right spot apparently with a clearance tag. I went to a checkout lane that had a cashier. The woman didn't try to investigate it and neither did the manager. The woman harshly sat it on the side They told me I was wrong. So I got my other products, put them up and took a picture of where I found the item. Went back to checkout and the cashier was like it's the same person with the item. The floor manager goes "give him the damn item for that price". The manager then asks me questions and to show a stock boy where I found this. I'm sorry but if you don't know what's going on it's not my place nor my job. That's your job! Walmart needs to take a look at who they hire. They all had attitudes but also wanted to be lazy.

Enjoy walking through the isles. One shop stop! Groceries, medicine, clothing and electronics!!! Bathrooms clean. Wheelchair accessible entry doors, bathroom stalls.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star, people spend too much money in Walmart to have to come outside after their done shopping and it's pitch black outside, people are totally unsafe, women by themselves, seniors, disabled, I walked into this Walmart at 5:25, it was already getting dark, I walked out at 5:55, and called, spoke with the pharmacist, because no one answers, he gave me the name of the manager, Natalie Foster, transferred me to her extension, it rang for 4 minutes, the young lady that answered said the manager wasn't there, I asked to speak to whom ever next was in charge, the phone rang for 18 minutes, before I hung up.I did explain my concerns to the pharmacist ( Sam) . This kinda shows no concern for the people spending their money in that store, no gratefulness! Even cars can get hit by accident and you won't know until daylight or next day. I don't normally come to this location, just happen to be in that area. I won't be back and I'm not done with this complaint and they're is no excuse for this at all. By the time I left that parking lot, I got gas there, it was 6:25 and the lights still were not on..

This walmart never has any of the items they are SUPPOSED TO SALE. My grocery delivery I requested to sign not to just drop my bags & leave. I want to check my items first . & just as I figured one of my eggs were cracked spilled on other eggs. Customer service NEVER answers the phone. Food cost to much to be treated this way.

When u shop at this particular location it's like you're on a scavenger hunt. Items are not where they need to be as they use to be. Found potatoe chips in dog food isle recently. Paper towels, paper plates, household cleansers by dog food now. Ridiculous. It's discouraging to shop there anymore when you intend to go in quickly. Supplements now located a few isles from before, or at back wall. Their excuse is that they are renovating. No renovation requires you to move items afew isles over. Renovations require you to remove isles. At least HEB keeps items at sensible locations. It's faster to just go to HEB.

Very dirty compared to most other Walmarts. Multiple times I’ve visited I’ve encounter German roaches near the registers. I try to avoid this location unless there is no other viable option for what I need.

Pharmacy area fine. Checkout a mess. About 12 checkout aisles and only 2 workers. Definitely won't use self check stands. Their policy seems to be "find it yourself, find the price yourself, unload basket yourself, check yourself out and hope the prices are correct. Then bag your items and carry out your bags yourself. Now that us real Walmart service!!

Walmart in general needs better stocking and better zoning. Every time I come to Walmart and need something it’s NEVER IN THE SPOT ITS SUPPOSE TO BE. I understand sometimes some things are not going to be there but DANG EVERY TIME YOUR WEBSITE SAYS ITS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP ON ILSE I9 or something and when I come it’s not there YALL need to do better. Went shopping for a TV. The selection was slim, there were none in the size I needed. I couldn't find an employee to assist me. So i gave up. They apparently don't carry plain witch hazel but I wouldn't know because I also could find anyone to assist me in that department either. Ended up leaving with nothing and went elsewhere.

Ordered pickup at 830am and at 515pm got notification that it would be 2-3 hrs before the order would be ready. If I wanted my groceries at 8pm I would have chose that time slot. Asked to speak with a manager and was told they all left for the day. When I called the store I was told they were short staffed, They had my order of only 19 items for over 8 hrs. My advice to walmart is to do better. If you cannot fullfill orders take the option off the website.

Auto center workers were awesome. Bought tires and they were not only helpful but friendly and did their work quickly. Was in and out in bout an hour. Not only were they great workers but they made you feel like they were happy you were there. Would recommend them to anyone! Great experience! Good job!!

Had an appointment set to get new tires put on for 9 a m. Had text confirmed tires installed and ready while I was window shopping. So returned to auto and it’s 10:30 a m car still sitting in same spot never moved and no service. What’s the point of making an appt if I still have to wait. Manager of dept has bad communication. I guess he got upset because I told him about appt , so he told me they could change tires because of broken stud. That was a lie , because I went to another Walmart location and they put tires on no broken stud. If he woulda told me they were short handed and would be longer, I’d understand. The cashier was nice young lady.

The customer service here is very poor because the corporation doesn't want to have more than 2 cashier's. The line's are backed up into the women's clothing while my groceries are melting. Now I feel sorry for the cashier's, no wonder they seem grumpy they don't have any help!!! An forget going to cosmetics, even if you ask an employee to get someone to help, waited an hour so I just left. This corporation makes to much money to cut out cashier's. So I try not to go here because of no help. I use to be a cashier for 20 years and have never seen nothing like this. Also the customers are all looking around like, really?! Yes, REALLY!!! There's been fights also between customers due to the long lines. Sad when you also are scared to turn around and look at the ppl in the same line as you too, the look on their faces of frustration, smh ... C'mon Walmart Corporation we all know you can afford more cashier's!!!

My friends went inside to shop, I only used the restroom; but I will say that the parking lot is a lot less hectic than most. One of my friends dropped her driver's license outside, and it was still in the exact same place when we got back 30-45 minutes later!! #LuckandFortuneToo!

Typical Walmart! Everything you need is here. I find myself coming here everyday after work. Only issue is it isn't open 24hrs anymore. We really would appreciate it going back to that.
