If you send me an email saying my photos are ready they should be ready. It was supposed to be ready at 1:30pm… at 5:00pm I received an email that they were ready. I drove to the store, and they were NOT ready. This is a waste of my time and completely disrespectful. Additionally, they would not give me an estimated time they would be ready, and told me that those emails are sent automatically. Im sure that they have to meet deadlines so they falsely tell you they’re ready. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be using this store again.

Randy in Pharmacy is the best! This location has been around for years. Randy is the man. Nice and courteous. This walgreens typically has a line up front and are short on workers but this is during covid 19. Expect a wait at the front as this is the only Walgreen's in town. Isn't open 24 hours as not expected especially with the crime rate in this city I don't blame them. They would have to probably have to hire security or an off duty police officer but the young guys around her aren't scared of the police either. Nice and clean store. Management is very nice.

Short white lady with white hair and glasses. I think she’s the manager so rude and sarcastic.I don’t know how can they hire people like that to work in customer service. If you having a bad day you should stay home.

The lady pharmacist is very rude. When asking for information about prescription availability, she said if I want an answer, I have to go to the store to find out. I explained to her that I am working and can not go to the store to ask the same question in person. She said that she did not have time to look for my life saving medication. I do not recommend this pharmacy for any reason.

I needed to pick up medicine yesterday in the pharmacy and arrived a few minutes to 1:30 because I knew their lunch break was at 1:30 and they close. Well I stood waiting for the few minutes, and the one guy working saw me standing there. After those few minutes he walked up to the counter and instead of helping me he grabbed the metal door, started closing it, and said “ Can you come back at 2pm, it’s our lunch break” Never been treated like that there, and won’t come back. It would have took 2 min to ring me up.

Ok, now this is the second time I have come here for a COVID vaccine for my daughter. Both time the pharmacy line is super long. They have 1 overworked guy checking in all the customers for the shots. Made an appointment a month ago and we have been here 40 minutes now waiting while people who have appointments later than us get served. Ugh I hate when they do batch processing and deal with first come first serve. What the hell is the point of making an appointment when Walgreens doesn’t follow the appointments anyway? I mean really? Why not just do walk -ins instead?

This walgreens on Port Arthur tx on gulfway has the most rude women I've ever met in my life. Look we get it yall put up with rude people we get it but do not take it out on every customer that calls. My wife said this lady was rude so I told her to calm down and let me call. Well as you see me now posting this and have wrote 2 letters to there cooperate office I will make sure these women at least never answer a phone again. This has happened repeatedly every week for the past month. I will take my business else where as for my family and friends

I've never had a problem it's mostly older ladies that work there now. There's only one rude pharmacist but I think she was just having a bad day. But I've never been followed into the store except of there are other customers coming in too. Never had an issue.

Pharmacy drugs are too expensive. There was no discussion regarding generic. They had a limited amount of one drug, only 5 pills. Why would they even bother to hand someone a prescription of 5 pills.I'll never request Walgreens for prescriptions again.
