This is our fourth time taking our schnauzer to this place and so far every experience we have had here we have loved the result. We love our groomer name Jason, he is very patient and caring towards our schnauzer. Our schnauzer has anxiety issues with being around other people but with Jason he feels calm and safe. Jason is very helpful with helping us achieve the kind of grooming we like. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. We definitely plan to keep coming back for future grooming for our pup!

WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I will never take my dog back to this grooming place. His haircut turned out horribly with different lengths through out his body, not proper scissoring around his face to give him the traditional bichon look, and took him way shorter than expected. (and he had no matting). I have included a before photo for reference. I have never seen such a horrible cut on him. Following getting him back on Wednesday, I noticed he was constantly itching and spazzing out. Upon giving him a bath at home that weekend, I found he had red blotches through out his body and his skin was extremely irritated. Specifically under his chin he had cuts. Within just a few days one of this spots under his chin got infected which required a vet visit to get under control. The vet looked and confirmed it looks like burns from the clippers. I am extremely unhappy with the service I got. Not only that, they did not mention anything to me when I picked him up making this even more frustrating I found out on my own after noticing he was uncomfortable and in pain. 85 dollars to cut a small 10 pound Bichon is way too expensive. I did go get my money back the next day after getting him back from the groomers (of course at first they were unwilling) but am still faced with the vet bill. By the looks of things my dog was not treated properly at the care of this groomer. Do not trust this place with your fur babies!EDIT- To follow up on this groomers response- I want to make it clear that the reason it took me a week to post was because I was trying find him the proper medicine and get him the right care which started off from Saturday when I bathed him myself and discovered these marks and irritation on his body, went to several different stores trying to find him medicine, and a vet visit on Monday evening. These pictures of his marks were taken from Saturday 3/9- Monday 3/11. Second - I know for a fact HE DID NOT have these marks before he came to this groomer, because I would under NO CIRCUMSTANCE have him groomed if he had open wounds which would have exposed him to even more germs or infection. These cuts/burns are a result of a hot razor being too close in contact to his skin as he was shaved nearly completely down. He has NEVER had this issue returning from a groomer until now. He was very clearly uncomfortable and in pain following his grooming appointment due to the poor care at this groomer. Very fortunately I was able to get help at the vet and get his infection under control.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming at Stonebriar, and it exceeded all my expectations! As a pet owner, finding a place that combines top-notch grooming services with a fantastic bakery for treats is like hitting the jackpot.The variety of treats they offer is fantastic! From gourmet biscuits to adorable cupcakes, cakes, and dog beers, What's even better is that the treats are made with high-quality, pet-friendly ingredients. They care about the health and happiness of our pets. I bought a cake for my dog and his friends on his birthday—all the fur friends were in doggy heaven.The atmosphere in the store is warm and inviting. It's clear that the staff loves animals, and they've created a space that's both pet-friendly and customer-friendly. It's a joy to bring my pet here. The staff is amiable and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The store is impeccably clean and hygienic. It's now our go-to spot for all things pet-related.

My pup loved the cookies and they were decorate well. The cupcake was pretty hard and I had to cut it up for the kiddo but he ate it and was excited about it.Only 4 instead of 5 just because these were pretty small items but I paid $20 for the two cookies, a small cupcake, and the number 8 candle making it a bit overpriced.

We communicated with the groomer and agreed on only doing some trimmings around the eyes. Yet we picked up our puppy looking like her eye area got entirely shaved. It’s the worst face cut I’ve ever seen on any dog. Her eyebrow was cut extremely short and is not blended with the head. Attached before and after pics so you can see the bad haircut. We also found bleeding from nail trimming - i can do a nail trimming better than that.I would give it a 1 start, but to be fair, the rest of the staff were friendly. However, the groomer is not good at her job. She also looked unwilling to waste her time to communicate when I asked her questions after the grooming.Would not recommend this place. Save your money. Your puppy and yourself don’t have to go through this.

I would like to personally reply to the review left for me from ‘Jamie’. I am the groomer she is speaking of on the review. First and foremost, communicating what a client wants for their pups is something I don’t take lightly. I try my best each time to make sure I have the instructions I need for a groom. Second, coming on social media to leave a poor review without stating the truth is in poor taste and defamation of character. As I remember, and I hope ‘Jamie’ does as well, during the drop off process ‘Jamie’ was very rushed because she had received a ride to her appointment from someone else and needed to leave quickly! At no moment did she volunteer any ‘specific’ instructions besides asking to ‘take the dogs back end short’. Which was done. It didn’t get any more specific than that. I myself had to stop HER from rushing and ask her questions as to what she wanted done for the rest of the body. It is not the shop’s or the groomers responsibility to make sure a client comes in with enough time to explain what they want for a pup’s haircut. Clients need to take the time and in that moment with ‘Jamie’ she did not take the time and I got what information I could. A refund will not be issued because the services that were asked for at drop off were completed . A re-groom was offered and the client did not show up. It is not in my nature to do this but I obviously felt a need to come on here and defend myself from this review because this person is not being truthful to what she has stated. A review is supposed to be honest. This review isn’t honest and it is defamation of character.

I love this place and my dogs do too. I’ve been going for 3 years or more. They always take care of my fur babies. Prices are decent and you get what you pay for. They do such a good job; above and beyond and make the effort to get to know your fur child. They always come back smelling good for weeks. I recommended 100%.

We were a bit shocked at the results mainly because his hair was so long we couldn’t really see what he really looked like. And we’d been taking him to petsmart and they said they couldn’t cut his hair on the face because he was too young. So we’d have to wait to get a poodle cut. We got what we asked for here. Very pleased with the results. Everyone is very nice and listened to what we wanted. Thank you!

I had to give myself a day to write this because I am still upset. I've been taking my dog to Petco from 2017-2021, and when I moved to Dallas in 2021 I started taking her here. I have never seen such a terrible cut in my time.I don't know if it is under new management since I visited back in July or what by my experience was completely different this time. I asked for a trim and first reflag was there were more questions than usual when I dropped her off. When we got her back she looked like a bobble headed rat. They usually cut to the breed, I dont know what happened. I understand some people like their poms this way, but even the cut is uneven and sloppy. I am giving 2 stars because the manager did refund me, but I don't think I can in good faith bring my dog back.Posted is the one she got vs the one she had pervious in July.Absolutely tragic. If you take your dog her please be incredibly specific, maybe even show pictures so your pooch isn't cold and hairless later.

Went here for personal grooming and found out the production line grooming for your very special friend, person at the store said they are short handed for groomers, and they groom this way to run more dogs through each hour, and if you want start to finish groomer it a extra charge, they need to hire more groomer and stop hurting and scaring dogs, washing a smaller dog with longer fur or short fur and puting in a cage and have a large blower put on them to dry there wet fur, this should not be allowed, this is not how dogs should be groomed. Please check before you take your special friend in for grooming, on how the do there grooming on your friend.

I chose Woof Gang Bakery based on google reviews, probably a lot of people are really happy with the service, but I clearly see these guys just probably don’t know how to do Schnauzers. Everyone were very nice and friendly but I explained what we wanted and even showed picture to the groomer; I absolutely hate the result.Taking my boy to another place tomorrow to complete the job. I asked picture one, picture 2 is what my boy looks like now.

My furbaby Crockett absolutely loves going to Woof Gang! Somehow he can always tell when we’re headed there, and starts to beller and dance in his seat! We always schedule the first available groomer, so I can say that they’re all great. He leaves so silky soft and smells so good every time!

I took my fiancee to this bakery on her puppies 1 year birthday to get him a treat. The shop is clean, cute and has a variety of treats for any occasion. The gentlemen working there at the time was getting ready to close the shop for the day but opened the door for us. He was friendly and took us straight to the treats we were looking for. Our puppy went crazy for it!We have plans to visit this shop over and over again. They also have ice cream and cake mixes so you can design treats for your pets yourself.

Woof Gang did a great job grooming Zeke. After our previous groomer retired, we tried a few others and weren't happy. Woof Gang listened to our requests but was also experienced enough to know best practices with each breed. We will definitely return. The store is nice as well with friendly staff and an offering of toys, treats, food and more.

I think I've finally found a new groomer!! The last 2 or 3 have had uneven cutting & they have cut Bailey with the trimmer. They are a little more expensive but that is worth it for me!

My one-year-old labradoodle, Bella, loves going to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Legacy for her spa days. Her first experience with a different groomer was pretty traumatic. When I started bringing her to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Legacy, she is so happy and calm when she comes home. My two boys always tell her she is so soft and that she "smells like flowers." Not to mention Amish and his team are wonderful. Any time I have had a question or concern, I am treated with respect, professionalism, and amazing customer service.

Have had good experiences here for the last 1.5 years with grooming services for my dog! My dog has short fur that doesn't need to be cut, so I can't speak to those services - however, I've always been happy with bathing, nail trims, ear cleaning, and toothbrushing. My dog is typically nervous anyplace that has the smells of other dogs, but she seems fairly comfortable going in for her appointments. I've never noticed bleeding with nail trims, and she definitely benefits more from getting her teeth brushed by the grooming staff than from how well I can do it at home. The prices are a little higher, but I feel like my dog is well taken care of.I would suggest that if your dog is bothered by fragranced shampoos or similar, let the staff know before the appointment starts so they can skip those products. You can also bring your own products if you wish, but in general they use their own. They're very open to working with you on what you'd like for your dog. They will sometimes give my dog a free bandana after she's all cleaned up :) Truly feels like I'm giving my dog an occasional spa day and improving her health!

I love the care my dog receives here, she has never received clipper burns or cuts and she always looks adorable. They take excellent care of my dog and they have adorable little treats and toys that I buy when my dog is done with her haircut. I highly recommend this place, we’ve been coming here since 2018 and I’ll never take my dog elsewhere. Pricing is reasonable and the level of care and quality of service is spectacular.
