I give my dog raw and I make that myself bc it's expensive as much as he needs for his size. BUT!! He gets a Kong filled with kibble and whatever else as a treat. The selection of dehydrated or freeze dried kibble is pretty good here. They have a nice selection of raw food too.If you're wanting better ingredients for your pets, this is a shop worth a stop. The variety of food and treats is nice.We've got a cat as well. Her food comes from here too.The store in Garland would pull up what we purchased if we really liked something, but couldn't remember. That's helpful when you're on a pet diet journey. Ha! Hopefully they do that here as well.The guy that waited on us was nice.

I have to share the wonderful experiences I receive every time I shop at Pet Supplies Plus on Legacy.From the moment I enter the store when I am welcomed to when a clerk finds me in an aisle and offers me assistance if I need it, I feel like I am receiving Award winning Customer Service!As each is helping me, they inquire about my cats and actually remember them from visit to visit. That is just incredible to me and shows their dedication to their job and love for animals.Coming in the store having listened to my situation of my finicky cats that turn their nose up to most food , actually rememberedmy last visit and asked “how did that last selection of canned food go with those kittens? “ WOW !!I felt like I was the only customer in the store!Pet Supplies plus always carries my purchases to my car and have a policy of excepting returns if I Purchased a bag of dry food and I tried one little bowl and they never touched it! Incredible return policy.Great because they donate to local shelters. I’ve never received such great customer service from any store I’ve gone to.Thank you Pet Supplies plus for all you do!Your prices are great your customer service is beyond words and I will continue spreading the word !

This review is for the self serve wash only. All other services are great.I have been a member of this company for several years. About a year and a half ago I purchased the dirty dog card for $25 at my then local store in Conroe, Tx. That was a great deal at $5 per self serve wash. Then I moved to Plano almost a year ago and the price went up to $40, making it $8 per wash. I waived it off as cost of living adjustment, different store policies, etc. Yesterday, I went to purchase another 5 washes and now the price is $60 for 5 washes! When asked about the price increase, the guy up front just tried to make the conversation go away by saying I must have gotten a 20% off store wide discount (lol math). That doesn’t compute, sir. 20% off $60 is $48. It’s really disappointing to see a 240% increase per wash over such a short period of time. Nothing about the services offered have improved nor has the quality of shampoo (which is watered down).To top it off, I visited the website and it mentions a free wash after every 8 purchased. Is this 8 dirty dog cards at $60 each, totaling $480 to receive one free wash (can’t be, that would be outright ridiculous, right?), or is it after 8 washes you get a free wash? If that’s the case, I’ve never once been offered that free wash and this would be my third dirty dog card to purchase. It would really suck to have to find another place to wash my dog.

Bigger selection of products same brands more options than the smaller pet supplies plus in the area. This location is very clean. I usually go on a Saturday or Sunday between 10:00 and 3:00 p.m. And every single time every associate is very nice. Usually younger people working and they are very considerate and attentive

The store is large and filled with many necessities for animals. The prices are reasonable, however they didn't have much items spefically for Sugar Gliders. I was able to find some yogurt drop treats and freeze dried meal worms ($10) for #MylotheSugarGlider. For my dogs, I found some calming treats and mouthwash for my stinky-breathed boxer girl. Both items seem to work fine and my dogs enjoy them. The associate that checked us was friendly and engaged in conversation with me while checking out.

I can always depend on PSP having my dog's food in stock. She (Kyla) is allergic to chicken and wheat (very common for dogs), so her well-being depends on better options.For almost 12 years, we have both trusted Pet Supplies Plus. ❤️

Juan is a great manager there.Although they didn't have the item I needed he gave me some recommendations also gave my dog a treat. I saw how he interacted with an employee who completed a task and they both High 5 each other. I would love to work for one.

This was my first time visiting. My dog gives so much hassle what bath time. He is 75lbs and becomes deadweight camotose helpless when it's time to get him in the tub. A friend suggests Pet Supplies Dog Washing Stations. I called to inquire about the process and was greeted by an extremely nice employee who gave all of the details I needed including best times to avoid the wait. My dog was able to walk right in the tub basin and get a good bath. I will definitely be back.

Love all you guys at the Plano store! It’s always a pleasant experience. My last survey I talked about bagging because they were filling them to full especially for us older folks. Have shopped here for years for my dog’s food and now for his medications. Have a good rewards program and also a reward for the dog food I buy. Easy online ordering and good curbside pickup. Always have discounts which is nice. Sign up and they send in text or see on instagram. Friendly staff. Also, if your dog doesn’t like the food, they will take it back. I had to use this years ago but I’m sure they still do it. You can ask.

This is the closest Pet Supplie Plus location to me. Pretty much the same as other locations. Store has tons of stuff to shop for my doggie Lulu and kitty Leon. People here are friendly. No complaints

Customer service is always great. In the evenings when they have more staff someone always offers to help me load my car since I usually buy a lot at once. Make sure to make an account with them, since the coupons really make it the best priced pet store around.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. We always go here for the self-serve dog wash because my dog has too much fur for me to do it at home. The shop is well organized and stocked. I can always find what we need (grooming supplies, food, etc.)

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the Pet Supplies Plus in Plano, TX. I have done both same-day delivery and curbside and both experiences have been perfect. The team is very communicative about order status and which items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, they always call and offer a replacement. The manager, Isaiah, is particularly communicative and helpful. I can't recommend this store highly enough.

I just love this place. Brought my dog here for a bath. They have the self dog wash, which is awesome for dog parents who want to have the bonding time with their dogs.They have never pressured me to get my dog wash done quickly. You can take your time bathing your dog, to pamper your dog. Oh, a suggestion for those who want to have a great deal. Ask for the "Dirty Dog Wash" package. You will not regret.They also have a great selection of pet items and food. Pretty the same you can find in the big chain pet stores.And you will always expect a welcome whenever you walk past the front door. I have never once walk in without being greeted.A big shout out for Steven. He was so polite, courteous and professional to me and my dog. Thank you Steven for your outstanding assistance.I highly recommend this location since I have been here. You will definitely like them.

Love coming here and checking out the large variety of quality pet products. Plus, become a member and they regularly send you coupons! I feed raw/ high quality meals and that gets expensive, but I stock up when the coupons come along.
