Always friendly, easy in and out. Better than going to wal mart. No self check, and they still carry your groceries out for you. Great selection of meat.

It's sad that this once trusted chain of stores has gone so down hill. Meat is crappily cut with more fat than there used to be, prices are high, not that it isn't everywhere, but the fact that they have down graded their quality and pride is sad. Sign of today's woke and WEF agendas. Less quality less employees, just less.

I had a batch of strawberries that didn't make it very long and they replaced them with a smile. That's how you treat people!!! I was so impressed that I loaded up with a bunch of stuff that I probably didn't even need😆 Great customer service

This was my first experience at United. Upon entering and looking at the store I was quite impressed wish the cleanliness and selection, but most of all a lot of the prices. With today's economy your always looking to save where you can. My main purpose was to shop for meat. And the meat deals I found, just took me a minute to realize how to shop for the deals. Like buy one get one "free"and to look for the yellow tags of discounts. You have to look. The only disappointment I found was not knowing if a register was actually open because no lights were on, so I had to ask a girl who was checking if she was open. I loved they had someone right there to load my groceries in my car. I looked at my receipt saved over 40.00 and got 17 packages of meat!! 111.00!!! I was Super happy and our freezer is full!!! Thank you United!!

Grocery store that has a Starbucks located inside business. Has deli market, limited bakery food, dairy, produce section has a nice selection of fruits and vegetables, meat sections has various grades of beef, pork, chicken, fish or regional dishes like fiajate meats, or specialty meat like tripe, pigs feet etc. Has sections for household products, baby aisle, paper goods, candy/soft drinks or drink options.

The manager in the deli is rude🤦‍♂️ but she served her friend politely. I guess you have to be a regular and her friend to get some respect from her. Won't be going there again! So sad the "management" that is in charge these days.

This store is clean and had all the products I was looking for. Workers still had masks on which was great. An added bonus that we haven't seen at any other store in our travels, everyone had a badge on that stated that they were healthy. Thanks for making me feel safe United!

About the rudest and laziest group of employees. Not a smile one, act like you are interrupting their personal cell phone time, when you ask a question. I would avoid this place, and give some other business your business where customers are cheerfully greeted, and interacted with.

It was nice but i did understand that they were low in bag people and had to use a senior lady the geogery were heavy . she was so much with smile that i enjoy being in contact with her help was great i really enjoyed meeting her.. This is my go to market. The staff is very courteous, respectful, helpful, and attentive. Very clean and upheld inventory. Sometimes the line can get a little heavy on certain days and times. But it's not enough to bring it down a star. I've never had a bad experience here.

This is the cleanest grocery store I have visited in some time. The produce section was very well displayed and the product looked fresh and clean. We stopped for some deli sliced meats and the clerk granted our every wish. We will stop here more often in the future.

Made the mistake of stopping by on Christmas Eve, store was extremely crowded. Never the less, the crew was bending over backwards to keep everything stocked, and management was out in force to help with customer service. Very impressive for a holiday.

Great selection of food and the customer service is outstanding. I walked around looking for certain items and each time without asking I was approached asked if I needed help and they knew exact where the item I was searching for was located every time. Even took my groceries out to the car and refused my tip.

United is the best ! Have always loved it! Been a united shopper for as long as there has been United.. close to 40 years. They train their employees to be polite and talk to the customers so that everyone feels like they are being treated special..

Best place to get produce and meats by far!! You can even have them grind your ground beef fresh and even have them cut your steaks at 2" just like the old butcher. Friendly Associates and great atmosphere! All the way around A+++

No seating area, but bathrooms were clean (behind the backroom doors), and I found a shaded parking spot, although I might not supposed to have parked there, as it wasn't marked for parking. Minus stars for the whole store smelling of bacon in the morning — disgusting.Also, produce wasn't great — bananas were stale, and 59¢/lb — the pricier out there.

I enjoy shopping @ United on Olton Rd all the service workers are helpful and always willing to help especially (Jason) in the Meat Market department he goes above and beyond his duty to help you make the right selections for your diet and research items you are interested in. Thanks Jason for making shopping at United a grand experience that I haven't received the few times I've shopped at Walmart.
