Swung by to get 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches. Service was fairly quick, they weren’t busy at all so no need to be in ANY rush. Well I go to unwrap my sandwich and my hand gets covered in a gob of Mayo. It was all over the top bun and absolutely none was inside the sandwich. And BOTH sandwiches were exactly like that. This was pure sloppy, laziness. No excuse, Management needs to have a talk with the kitchen staff.

I saw the new Cajun Bacon Mccrispy came out today and I thought I would try it. I proceeded to place a mobile order for the sandwich and customize it without tomatoes and wanted to add pickles. I get my order…there is no bacon or pickles, and there is tomatoes on it. I thought this is no big deal i’ll just go inside show them the sandwich and ask for the pickles and bacon they left off and just put them on the sandwich myself. I go inside and show the employee the receipt and the sandwich. She then proceeds to pick up the top bun with her bare hand and look at the sandwich put the bun back and tries to hand me back the box and says “no this is how it comes”. I then explained to her again what I had ordered. She goes to get the manager and in front of me asks the manager what the sandwich looks like it is and the manager says a deluxe mccrispy, which isn’t what I ordered. She also kept telling the manager that that was how the sandwich came and that I was wrong about what I had ordered. She never even let me talk to the manager at all she just kept running her mouth about this is how the sandwich come and that I was wrong eventually I just walked out and left the sandwich there. I never have good experiences at this mcdonald’s, they always leave something out and when i politely ask to get what I paid for that they left out, it is always a fight and they make customers feel like they are completely dumb. Will not be going back and do not recommend this place to anyone!

I recently visited McDonald's, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The wait time was over 30 minutes, for the customes. I had ordered online, but there were 6 differentfamiliesawaiting food for 30 minutes. Not only that, but the customer service was subpar. The staff and management were rude and unprofessional. Using unprofessional language and insulting customers because they asked to get their food or a refund. I was hoping for a quick and meal. Considering I had ordered in advance it should have been ready. They wanted to deal with the drive-through orders.

Very rude. Can't get an order correct & then argue when you tell them it is wrong & apparently cant read a reciept either. I would give zero stars if I could. I don't know why we ever waste our money there. It's an issue every single time. I have never left a bad review on a buisness at all until now because I am shocked at the rudeness I just experienced.

A breakfast burrito is now 1/3 of the previous size and went up 23%. Mostly flower tortilla now. But since it’s 1/3 the size, that’s 53% .Just make it the way you did before and charge double. Everything cost more I get it, why make everyone feel cheated? I’m sure my 1 burrito every morning I’m in town business doesn’t really matter in your picture just my thoughts.

I went to McDonald's I went through the drive-thru matter fact on Monday febuary 5th at 10:50 when I place my order and went to the first window . Young lady took my card and told me they did not have no printing paper so she could not give me a receipt. The lady and the other window would I drove up got my order and I asked the lady may I have my receipt she went back walked around maybe a few minutes made me think she was doing something came back and told me sorry it didn't print you have no receipt. I would have loved to have my receipt but I guess not today.

Every time I order from the machine, I get my food before my drinks and usually have to wait an extra 5 minutes to flag down 2 people because the first one just yells out the drinks and walks away. The food itself is good, but between the service and how dirty it usually is till before shift changes its honestly been one of the worst mcdonalds I've been to in a while

This place needs to be shut down for awhile and need new management and staff. Online order always messed upAsk to talk to management and was told no because she was busy and they had to employees no show. Which we found out why because it's a small town word gets around and they was arrested. They mess up your order and you ask them to fix it and they act like you didn't know how to order online.SMH!!! You ask for refund and they tell you they can't because corporations has control over the kisok and online orders and they are the only ones that can refund anything.When you order and they are out of something like orange juice and tell you o we are out and bring you tea instead you are like no.

Ran by this McDonald's before church this morning. The young man at the first window was very courteous and professional. When I got to the second window, I didn't receive a sweet tea. Though this could have completely been my mistake, the young lady at the window was very sweet in taking care of the order. I can't rate the restaurant on day-to-day interactions and service, but it was so refreshing to deal with such polite people. (If a manager reads this, I was there at 10:20 a.m. Give these folks a pat on the back for me!)

I ordered breakfast in the app this morning and when I got there to pick it up, the employees told me they were out of what I ordered. They refused to give me a refund for the food I paid for and didn't receive, telling me to request one from the app. The app clearly states to request refunds directly from the store purchased at. The employee told me to ignore what the app said and still refused my refund. I'll be taking my business to literally any other McDonald's.

Last Saturday called to see when they stopped serving breakfast and was told 10:30 AM. When I finally got to the to place my order at 10:20 AM was told they had stopped serving breakfast. I was not surprised, given the number of customers in front of wo ad "balked" and departed. Tis McDonald's and others I have visited are challenged on serving breakfast, either being out of products, or just stopping earlier than posted.I will not be returning to this McDonald's except under extraordinary circumstances.

Took my 6-year-old son to McDonald's tonight. Little different. Ordered from the kiosk thing. Everything was going smooth. Nobody ever called our order number out. Been on top of everything. Apparently there was one employee on break but all the other ones that were supposed in the back were out there gospel with that one employee cussing at the storm dropping f-bomb and all other cuss words for my 6-year-old son's right there. Not to mention so other customers come up to actually be waited on by somebody and they had to wait a good 10 15 minutes because the other ones were gospeling. Normally I just got through the drive-thru but my son really wanted to go in. And it was hot so I was all for it. But now I don't even know what that was a good idea. Plus the lady yelling from the back at the other employees.

This place is so bad. I constantly have to send my order back because it’s wrong. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Prepare to be waiting much longer than normal for stale food and melted beverages. Just horrible

The food should be tested on a regular basis. Too bad we give to children what dogs won't eat. Not good enough. If you put it in your mouth and know something is wrong...just don't eat it...don't give to your children the food at the bottom of the food chain. Plan on swinging by somewhere like Aldis and getting 1lb of grass fed beef for around $6.00. Plan on picking up fresh lettuce, tomatoes...a loaf of good bread. If you don't have money, stretch good meat with oats or rice potatoes or eggs, but get your children good food...it is so important. Time to change our habits.

I have literally been to McDonalds all over the world, and this might be the worst one I've ever been to.The staff was not rude, just not engaged and not welcoming. They were in their own world and not really focused on customers or their work.Even the food was not to McDonalds standards. The nuggets were somehow overcooked on the outside, but undercooked on the inside.
