In and almost out . Purchased two items. Not bagged. Went through self checkout and was even assisted by a very nice attendant.. only to be accosted as I attempted to leave the store with my purchases untagged in my cart and my recept in my HAND ! FYI HEB DOES NOT ACCOST ITS CUSTOMERS.

I've counted the times I had an upsetting encounter with an unhappy employee, 2 out of way too many. All the way from a refund to the self checkout, everything and every cashier that helped was friendlier, and the promptness is greatly appreciated when your time is precious

When I checked out last week, the machine didn’t have the cash back when I used my debit card. I had to stand in line at customer service. Today the machine spit out a few $5 fives, and the rest were $1 ones. The helper said I could exchange them at customer service. I don’t have time! Very frustrating. No live tellers anymore! I told the story at HEB cashier! And they laughed and laughed!

Just came from store. Bought 12 items. They had a few self serve registers on East side of store open. Many were closed. It is ridiculous to have to wait in a line to check out. One gentleman set his 2 purchases down and walked out of the store. Very disappointing.

Store, along with the entire area, looks newly built/developed. Much better traffic wise than going east to any of the other stores

This is setup more like Walmarts in Mexico. They have a large grocery section. Like many others, the aisles get clogged with the store pickup employees and other customers. Trying to find some items are harder because of the different layout.

They are no employees working the floor, a lady asked me if I work here because she needed help, the greeter in garden is on the phone while customers waiting to be checked out only to be told the register is closed. Produce sucks I rather go to HEB. Garden center looks abandoned. Produce lacks freshness. This Walmart needs a whole makeover with new management. Sorry, that's how I feel

On 12/6/2024 a little before 8 am we had groceries delivered. The deliver guy had his music blaring with the base booming. We live in a 55+ community and he woke all of our neighbors, who are now quite annoyed. I asked him to turn his music down and instead he sat in front of our home with his windows down for several minutes.

No cashier's. Asked one gentleman where something was and he said he didn't know. Asked two others if they weren't having cashiers anymore and they both said 'I don't know, I just got here.'

My complaint with this store is that there are never store personnel around to help. Also, items are placed on the very top shelf and unable to reach.

good selection and not too crowded. I went there around 10 am. the gas pumps are also Walmart brand and not MURPHY so you can't use your MURPHY Reward points. Also the entrances are the Side Street from the intersection and over by the Gas pumps. no direct route to the front coming from highway 83.

I love the quality of the products at Walmart and the cheap prices and he kicked me out of the town so I can come and walk around Walmart feeling very well getting to meet new people getting to talk to new people and enjoy shopping

It was Walmart. 3/4 stocked shelves, misplaced items, 1 human checkout open, long line, finally opened the second just about the time I had enough and was ready to leave and abandon the basket

Found everything on my list, still wish there were more cashiers. Self checkout is fine with a few items, but when you have a full basket it takes so much time.

I usually self checkout. That being said, I had issues with my transaction today and needed assistance from an associate. She was knowledgeable and provided a willingness to help. Huge thank you to her for getting the issue sorted out timely and efficiently.

Purchased a motorcycle battery. I had help looking up the battery and got home to find out it was the wrong size. I had to return it, and trying to get get the staff to understand that I needed my old batter back was a nightmare. Eventually, a manager showed up and I was able to get the old battery. I bought a battery from Auto Zone. Walmart is getting worse than K-Mart. I use to spend several hundreds of dollars there a month on food etc... I rarely go to Walmart these days.

Love Walmart.I get geoceries, toiletries, clothes and school items, kitchen ware, most of my art supplies & meds for my kids and family at the pharmacy. Drive up is easy as pie for both store and pharmacy. I love that I can find certain products here, that I can't find anywhere else. ♡
