Yes. Another rave review for Love's. I swear they aren't paying me to promote their gas stations. Lol. This store was great. Offering beverages, sandwiches, snacks, knickknacks, etc. Clean bathrooms. Good gas prices. Great location. I recommend Love's to any traveler in the southwest.

Traveling through the West this is a great place to get gas, go to the bathroom, get a snack or a full meal! Many of the truckers who use Loves also can schedule a shower!

I was very upset when I arrived at the location 5202 S Cedar St Pecos, TX 79772. I parked to get gas and stay over night due to me being on reset. I asked the sale associate where is free public water hose for the truck drivers.He then advised me that Loves is private and his manager can said he can make up his own rules and not give out the public water.This was very disappointing because I never experienced at any other location therefore I had to settle without any public water which I was using to prepare my food during my downtime.

I love love's travel stops. Always clean restrooms, good fast food and wide variety of snacks, beverages, stuff you might need for the road, toys, etc.This location is well managed. I loved the fact they have cheaters chicken. Really tasty chicken.

Extremely crowded parking lot. This place is popular! Don't be surprised to find lines for the rest rooms and even long lines to check out.With all this considered the place appears quite clean and well maintained. Three different fast food restaurants at one gas station/truck stop is a big deal too. Might be part of why this place is so popular.

McDonald's at this location is hot trash stood at counter 10 mins while employees including manager played on cell phones texting and chatting.Finally got help an they acted like you were bothering them. Employee couldn't wait to get on the phone again while taking orders.Will avoid this mcdouble sized garbage service.

I’m a truck driver and I faithfully use the loves app everyday I’ve become a platinum member on the app which means unlimited drinks and showers. Well today the Mexican lady who feels like she owns the place refused to give me my free drink even after I showed her on the app made me feel like I’m stupid when I’ve never had a problem using the app redeeming drinks. It’s sad we drive and move this country and these truck stops wanna nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING!!!!

Speedco (loves tire center) is not 24 hrs, called around 2am and was told they don’t have anyone overnight till 7am. Tire was changed around 8 am truck as been 2 hours on the road and this happens on the recommended tire they said we needed. We got sold a bad tire! aside from the miscommunication from the loves team, they kept our spare after we specifically told them we weren’t going to dispose of it. Do not recommend unless you want to throw away money.

Had to wait to be helped at mc Donald's, waited 10 minutes at the gas desk to be helped no one was even there, and the young lady who rang me up was rude af. I stop at loves all the time l, especially since the one in the town I live in is like the only gas station. Worst experience I've ever had in one.

Love’s app charged me $17, but did give the PIN code. I explained to the manager the whole situation, he charged me again $17. So $34. When I had this situation in Petro, the guy gave me the PIN code. Because we are all human and have to help each other.Love’s always cause some problems. I have 1412 rewards points but it doesn’t let me use them. States, I don’t have enough pts.That’s why I prefer Pilot, they’re generous and always surpass your expectations. The only thing why I stopped here, bc currently I can’t buy a shower on Pilot’s app. I’m sure they’re gonna fix it.

Stopped at the loves travel center store number 492 pecoTexas finished for the day and wanted to get an oil change and generator service done on my truck. I was told they don’t do generator services or apu services I know for sure that they do cause I’ve had it done here before a few times not very happy with the service will probably never use loves or speedco ever again. And the sad thing is I use speedco for all my truck needs from tires to small mechanical. And the tech technician pretty much lied to me because I know for sure I’ve had both done here before sad.

No hot water in the shower, no hot dogs available on the grill, menu board in Chester's out of order. Employees looked and acted miserable. Speaks volumes about the management here.Management needs to imitate a grand opening on this location and prep the whole site accordingly.

No love here. Stopped for 3 things…all were epic failure. Dog park: nothing but hot gravel and pooh. Too hot for my pup’s paws. Two dog bag/trash stations destroyed. No bags and nowhere to dispose of bag I brought. Restrooms: both men and women’s not clean or fully operational. Drinks: wanted Icees, but store had no ice because AC was broken and temporary units were being used which filled the store with a toxic chemical smell. Pecos store please improve so I can leave you a great review as I pass through next month!

Worse customer service ever. They only had one cashier working at the main store side with long lines and long lines in the truckers part with NO ONE. There was people in the hidden room upstairs though, seen that. No one was answering calls. Shift supervisor and store manager need to be trained better on how to run a loves or get replacements.. flying J is better and will be getting my business from now on

Loves is loves and there is not much nice to say about loves except for the 4 points offer you purchase lots of fuel. Petro and TA now offer a similar points system. Anyway, this blueparrott headset that I purchased from Loves one year ago is still working great.

I normally stop at Love's whenever I'm on a long trip. Normally, they're pretty clean. But by far, this one takes the trophy for the filthiest one. It's filthy outside and not clean inside. ALL the trash cans outside are running over. There's trash on the ground. The pumps are filthy. Buckets with water to clean windshields are empty. Management is sleeping on the job or there's no manager. Yet, the place is packed with people. So they're definitely taking customers for granted.

Great store. One of the best I've experienced as a professional driver. The mcDonalds could use a little work. However, it was better than most of the lives in the south, and Midwest, I have visited.Clean bathrooms. Staff was above average considering I mostly fuel at pilot. But this location absolutely out produces 95% of the pilot/flying J's I've visited. Especially in the shower department.Don't believe all the negative reviews you read. It's just jaded one time visitors that are used to being spoon fed in a west coast manner.

This place is a disaster. Stopped in to get a shower. The app said 7 showers, 3 available. Actually, 3 were shut down to try and make the hot water go around. Which wasn't working since as I was waiting, 2 drivers came out and complained about no hot water. There is a review from 2 weeks ago saying there's no hot water, so apparently closing 3 showers is the only effort that was made to address this. Still, I was willing to take a cold shower, but no one would go clean either of the 2 showers that came open since I was waiting. After wasting 30 minutes, I got my credit put back on my card and left. I also noticed every trash can i saw was overflowing. Very poor management here and a disgrace to the Love's name.

This might be the dirtiest loves I’ve seen in a long time. The men’s room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. No window squeegees at any of the fuel pumps except one that was falling apart.The worst part was watching a McDonald’s employee from the store use the restroom and not wash his hands. Never coming back here if I can help it.

Went in the store behind another driver watched him get a shower at 7pm when drivers are getting off work and need to feel human. Come back to the desk three minutes later to find out they are shutting down the showers for some made up excuses because they don't want to clean! If you have three showers working being that there's three people showering keep them running! Until none work. I don't like being lied too...
