This is the absolute worst Walgreens location ever. The wait time is horrible and a lot of the time they do not have your medication in stock. Some of the techs are ignorant as hell; I had one who struggled to pronounce the name of my medication, lol. How embarrassing. The 19-year-olds they have back there don’t have a clue what they’re doing. So yeah, have fun waiting an hour in line just to be told by some kid that they’re out of stock of your medication. I HATE dealing with this pharmacy. I’m gonna start using another pharmacy because I’m done with them.

This Pharmacy never has my medication in stock and it’s days after my prescription has been called in before I get what was prescribed. The drive thru wait time is Unreal be prepared to sit for at least 30 minutes of your at least 3rd in line.

I am so grateful to have all my prescriptions back at this location! Regardless how packed they are, they ALWAYS get people in and out and never treat people rude because they are overwhelmed!The employees are kind and after dealing with H‑E‑B and Kroger I am super thankful for this!

I literally NEVER write google reviews but I'm pretty upset at the service here. Placed an order for pickup since I wasn't feeling well enough to go inside and shop around. According to the website/app, your order can be ready in as little as 30 minutes, but I usually expect things in about 2 hours. Received an e-mail at 8:13pm stating that there was a delay in my order, so i gave it another hour. This location closes at 10pm according to the website so I called around 9:30pm to see what the deal was. Apparently they didn't even see my order on their end. The guy that answered said his manager would cancel the order, but how would that even happen if they don't see my order? Well, I drove down to the store to at least try going inside to find the things I had ordered because my nausea was horrible and I needed something ASAP and the doors were already locked at 9:40pm!!! Walgreens is an in and out store. You can easily get what you need in as little as 5 minutes if you know what you are looking for. I'm not sure why they closed early when there was clearly still people inside and why they said they would cancel my order if they supposedly couldn't see my order in their system??? Something is definitely not adding up. Ended up calling the 1-800 number to make sure my order got cancelled because I sure don't trust this location to do so. Very disappointed.

Rude cashier Nikki. When it told her she could give me store credit if wanted even though I purchased a prenatal vitamin 40 minutes away & I have to go all the way back there & waste my time. she argued & than proceeded to call the manager like I asked but worded the whole “she told us we have to give her store credit” good job for not listening Nikki.Your ignorance goes noticed.I been here numerous times & live down the street I don’t see why I have to drive over 40 minutes to ask for store credit for an item that’s over it’s time frame but I’m still trying to shop with y’all. You could of just did customer service right & saved myself time.

They just re-arranged the interior and the place looks good and clean. The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because sometimes the service can be off-putting when cashiers are having a bad day and they let it get in the service provider/customer interaction; for example: no greeting at all when you get to the register, no eye contact, a detached attitude and a hollow tone of voice, and then, to top it off, not even a miserable ‘thank you’.

Husband went to pick up my daughter's prescription, since I got confirmation that it was ready at 2pm. He went after leaving work got there at 8pm. And was told it wasn't ready. He was told to wait an hour for pick up. Which he did because my daughter is really sick and need her medicine. He waited in the parking lot. But when he went back to get it. The Pharmacy was already closed. No one called him or texted me stating that prescription was ready. Horrible communication between patients.

Went to get a prescription filled for simple Ibuprofen, was told to wait and hour and it would cost $16.99.Im dealing with intestinal pain and ended up going to a different Walgreens and was told it $9.99 plus taxNot sure why the price change but it's just weird. Both had bad customer service.

Dropped off a fedex package almost 24 hrs ago and it hasnt been picked up by fedex.. So I went in to get it to get it and take it to the real fedex location so it can be scanned and sent on its way. The girl working that Fedex at yalls store wouldnt give me my package, said theyd pick it up in the morning. I had my ID to prove that was package. That is mine, I wanted it and I couldnt. I have a right to get it. She treated me like I was lying with my ID in her hand! Not only that poor customer service the pharmacy is awful too. I asked how much for my daughters lupus cream and she stated 89.00 so I asked is there a coupon she said idk. I just drove off. This is the worst store I swear. They are so rude.

Horrible customer service. Shift Leader, Irene had a horrible attitude from the get go and was extremely rude. I’ve always had great service but that seemed to change today, she told me the photo computer was shut off since 7 when they close at 10, they should inform guests instead of having us just guess that they turn off their photo computers 3 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING.

Yesterday was my second time going to Walgreens in the evening hours and they don't turn on their parking lot lights on. They don't care about the customers safety. Across the street of Walgreens the homeless sit around in the bus stop. It's very dark and you can bearly see outside. Someone can snatch your purse or attack you. am pretty sure they can afford turning on the parking lot lights. The managers should be ashamed of themselves.

Would give zero stars if I could. My mother and I have been having an ongoing problem with getting our prescriptions filled for the past 6 months. Our doctor's office will fax them to the pharmacy and when we call we are told how long it will be then when we return to pick up the prescription they tell us that there is nothing on file.When we were called to give a survey we tried to give a 3 out of 9 rating but the system kept reminding us that 9 was the highest and zero was the lowest. We knew that but YOU DID NOT DESERVE A 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time coming& the lady did have me awaiting a few extra minutes & the lazy pharmacy wouldn't call Medicaid to see what the issue was instead told me to call and gave me a copy of what her computer was telling her. When I know they could've contact someone faster. I called and had to resolve the issue Myself in less then 10 mins ridiclious, I will be going back to my local Walgreen pharmacy.

I don’t see how this Walgreens has good reviews .. customer service is bad all the time!! Employees in the store and pharmacy are all lazy!! Pharmacy takes forever to fill a simple prescription .. I’ve waited over an hour for a prescription that was said to be ready the day before!! And what’s with the music? They have their music playing very very loud it overpowers people talking!! That’s very unprofessional they are not at home or at a club to be blasting this music so loud!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! SAVE YOURSELF! They close early or when they want to and there aren't any policies in place to transfer your medicine so you will have to do without. Super long lines inside and out. You literally will be on hold over 4 hrs and have to drive up there while on hold just to tell them you "need to fill a script". When this happened and I arrived there was a huge line of angry customers on hold too. When you complain to corporate the pharmacist will say in the resolution that "they spoke to you in person" to cover themselves even though it's untrue.Today, I waited at the box 30 min just for the employee to tell me "I'm sorry. We cannot dispense any medication right now. The pharmacist just left. Try back tomorrow or maybe later." I went inside to try to get a definitive answer on whether they will be open later or tomorrow and they had closed up the doors. The employees inside weren't helpful either. This has been going on (in my case) for 3 years and and recently has gotten a lot worse. They don't care about there consumers or their health. That's clear. Why is it so much to ask to fill your prescriptions and receive it within hours? If that isn't possible why aren't there policies in place to help and protect us and our health? It's a contingency when we fill our prescriptions with you, you know? And time and time again you fail to do just that: fill our prescriptions hassle free. You have failed us. Are you gonna pay our hospital bills when it comes down to that? Is it going to take someone dying for some management and change???? Without us you wouldn't be in business. So many complaints from so many people and nothing has changed. Not in the slightest bit. It's one thing if we are trying to fill our script elsewhere during hours after they are filled but when a pharmacy closes within business hours and there has to be a sign off to fill it elsewhere, how is that possible if they chose their own hours and aren't there to do it. There aren't any POLICIES in our favor. That's not our fault and when it's been reported by numerous people and it still continues, what kind of message does that send to the people giving you their business? It becomes our problem. Walgreens, you need to manage this or you will end up out of business. We matter too and so does our health. HORRIBLE staff there is young man named Rafael who is VERY RUDE and unprofessional,The multiple times that he has taken care of me at checkout time he’s been very very rude.This last time he actually told me he had a problem with my payment method to pay for my nephew formula,talked back to me and asked me if I had another way to pay other than my EBT card.I submitted a complaint form and really hope he gets taken care of so other customers don’t have the same problem.Its very sad that they have employees like this one working for them

The lights are always out in the parking lot. Parking lot is not very good, usually a lot of trash out there. I try and avoid it and drive down southmore to the other Walgreens.
