Bag of purchased non perishable items never made it into my cart or home with me. Store was supposed to hold MY items for pick up, which involved an 80 mile round trip. When arrived to pick up, they had returned items to shelves to resell. Apparently, if longer than a week to pick up what belongs to you, you forfeit your paid for items. One item in particular was not even available for purchase anymore.

These minorities that have been hired here are not providing adequate service. I've had multiple issues coming here. The service here doesn't compare to the service I receive in Plano or other mostly white areas.You should hire humans.

Shop often at this location and for the most part is okay and yet I've had bad experiences well yesterday was one. Having sales in various departments. In the process to purchase a brisket on sale the tag was yellow with new lower price of $15 proceed to complete a slight manager said that wasn't the price and Said it was the wrong tag for that Beef! Okay! So she goes to get another one more higher than the one we picked. In my tenure honor the price because it was surely from their end. Someone marked it wrong that's not our fault

I love this store I come here a lot , I love the deal and digital coupons I have been coming here many years never had a bad experience but the old milk once. I use self checkout and I don’t know what happen to the old workers but please bring them back they were so sweet and helpful I was in there lastnight and had a 40lb bag of dog food and a case of soda and some pumpkins , I won’t even go all into detail but this lady was rude as can be I believe her name was Dona maybe I know I haven’t seen her there before. I had both my children with me and they were like mom why is she being so rude to you. Bad experience, hope they get some better people in self checkout

I’ve never seen ANYTHING like this before in any business. 99% of the employees act they just got out of a psych ward. Entire store wreaks of weed and mold. It’s absolutely disgusting.

Love Kroger but don't shop there as often as I used to because they don't contract with express scripts. After being a loyal customer for 17 years I had to move Prescriptions to walgreens at brookshires so kroger loses out

I absolutely love shopping at Kroger's Grocery. I always know that I'm going to find the freshest produce, widest selection of groceries, and lowest prices. Plus, their staff is friendly and helpful, and always willing to answer my questions about products or provide assistance. I highly recommend Kroger's Grocery to anyone looking for a great shopping experience with great deals!

Literally the absolute worst grocery store I've ever had the misfortune of being in. Expired products, coolers aren't working properly and opens meats and cheeses to bacterias and mold (already experienced that) extremely unhappy staff. And very questionable at best customers. Corporate should really consider evaluating this location.

This store is a health hazard. We purchased salmon and came home to it already past the sell date and had gone bad. Now I'm about to eat a cheese snack and these expired over a month ago and are moldy. We purchased these a few days ago. Aren't expired things taken off your shelf? These cheese snacks are $7 a bag. The salmon was over $30 because both packs were expired. These mistakes get people sick or worse and it's not acceptable.

One of the best experiences shopping at a grocery store in town. Shammond was super helpful at self-checkout with heavy items and he offered the assistance unrequested by me. Nickolas took my cart to the cart return after I placed my groceries in my car. These young men made my day a little brighter by their kindness. Good customer service is rare nowadays, but when it is experienced It is greatly appreciated.

Awful experience. The older lady in the bakery was friendly and the manager was kind in passing. That is where the buck stops. All other employees not friendly. No produce bags available. I specifically went early this morning (before 8am on Saturday), to avoid the crowd. Living in the country I shop in bulk every few months to avoid constant trips to the store. I had A LOT of groceries and the only check out was self checkout. The checkout monitor lady said 'this is all ya got this morning' when I asked if a conveyor type check out line was open. I am very old school, and prefer to check out in legit checkouts when buying so much at one time Good service goes a LONG way! But this experience was a total pain in the tush type beatdown.

Kroger is my go to store.The place has wonderful customer service. They will take you to the item you are looking for. The meat department is out of this world. They will tenderize anything you need it done.Produce is great, fresh and well taken care of. Best place to get your meds.Except on Mondays, thats the busy day for meds. Go on Tuesdays if you can wait a day.

My pick up order was completely wrong. I've done the pick up twice and one was a bad experience. The young man that brought out my groceries was very polite but seemed to have some issues with my order processing. I waited around 15 minutes for him to come back out to continue loading my groceries. 9 out approximately 15 things were completely wrong. I attempted to make contact with the local store and was put on hold 3x for lengthy times and 2x they didn't answer at all. I sing Kroger's praises and am really disappointed in their customer service. Anything is fixable but when they don't answer the phone to attempt to resolve, that is not good customer service. Corporate took care of this immediately.

It like shoping for groceries at a convenience store. Almost $10 for Blue Bell, Fairlife Milk $4.79 soft drinks out of sight unless you buy 3,4 or 5 six packs.

My husband works there. I would NEVER put his name in the mix. But i ordered ONLINE!!! Given Specific Instructions..... That could not be followed!!! Easy instructions that a MULE could follow and still got it wrong. They do what is the easiest for them to follow. Not what the customer pays for!!!

worked here for a few months, awful experience. other employees were lazy and barely did their jobs. baggers hang out in their cars when they should be grabbing buggies or helping the cashiers bag groceries. i had to do all the cleaning otherwise it wouldn't get done. supervisors are rude and talk nasty about employees behind their backs and talk nice to their faces, they probably did it to me too. ken wall is a creep and watches cashiers from upstairs and calls us if we arent smiling enough. david diaz is a jerk who always has a problem with someone. cindy and ashley were the only decent managers. do yourself a favor and stop shopping here, and definitely don't try to work here.

I have shopped at this store almost exclusively for the past 18 years. Overall, it is usually a good experience. However, due to the length of time I have shopped there, I have had some bad experiences as well. I did not give 5 stars because many times when there has been a sale on something, Kroger is very slow to re-stock those items. Also, many new items seen advertised on television or in manufacturer's coupons are never available at this store. Many popular items seem to be in short supply. My other major complaint is that during peak days and/or hours, not enough staff has been scheduled to work. Too few employees has become a real problem since the installation of the self-serve registers. I am sorry so many have lost their jobs. Not a fan of the self-serve registers. When in Kroger, I usually buy many items and it is too difficult to check myself out, so the wait in line begins. I can say the staff that is there is very friendly and I find the pharmacy employees to be especially helpful.
