Today went to this store with a two year old that is currently being potty trained. Was told that the two year old could not use the restroom. I understand the guidelines of covid but this is suppose to be a family store. The two year old had a accident in the parking lot.

I ran by at noon to pick up a few items. I had about fifteen minutes remaining from my lunch hour. The clerk had a lady with numerous items in her cart and another person ahead of me. As she finished with the lady, she asked "Would you like for me to cut these coupons out?" I asked the clerk if someone else could help check as there was now someone behind me. She just flippantly replied, "No, this is all we have". I knew that wasn't true as another lady had just walked past the line toward the back of the store! I put the things in my hand down and walked out. You lost a sale today and not too sure that I will come back to this store.

It's getting better.For about 3 weeks stock was setting in the isles and only 2 people working.Tonight was better,the one stocking was really hustling i think she's new.Didn't recognize her and im in there at least twice a week but it's getting better.

Not happy at all had a rude worker there was trying to find my size panties & bras the one of cashiers had told me that the mess I made really not a big mess I layed some of it on the shelf & she told me that I better clean my mess up I look at her & said that's your job not mine thats why she getting paid there for it she told me that she cleaned it up already that for me clean up my own mess so I did but I shouldn't have to do I'm customer that's her job not me but I was giving her respect . so I put the things back & told her & them ill take my business somewhere else. So I did when I left she did come out for cig.break I did apolized to her but she was nice I shouldn't had too she should have To me she explain she got tired cleaning up but that not my fault her job . black woman long black curly hair big butt other workers tiny black girl ,white guy young looking 5:00 pm along that time still light outside . thank u Tammy McConnell Paris Tx.

Lots of parking, clean, well organized, friendly staff. Love the dollar store brands. Great prices. Great place to buy personal items like meds, hair care, teeth care items.

Every time we go there no one is at the register for check out , their either outside smoking or in the back, the dark haired woman acts like your a bother, most of the time it sucks going here, management very poorIn town visiting family today and stopped by for a few items, see they hired more helpNot any better than what they had, possibly worse ,customers backed up and a rude girl " lattice" at the register corporate should step up and help this store be better

My mama was @ family dollar brought a cooler for 12.00 and it was to small and she carry it back and they didnt even give her taxes that she pay on the cooler that bad businee i rate them very low rating that taking money frm ur customer.

Was rudely told I could not being my purse in the store because he thought it was oversized and I could steal I never stole a thing in my life and am a very regular customer there. As of today i am no longer a customer
