Dollar General has lowered his standards when service is involved! There coupons on line to save money on their app is a maybe. I have had five dollars off twenty five not work a couple times. This time I had ten dollars off forty didn't work. They couldn't fix it at the store. I bought almost ninty dollars of items. I like the people working at the stores because they are friendly. But it not worth the headache!And once more it didn't work! . I don't like the big discount store but I may have to shop there instead. I'm tired of being ripped off!

This store is horrible about coupons. If the computer lets you use all the coupons why are they preventing you from using it. The coupon policy literally says can’t use with other DG coupons. The $5 off $25 is a DG coupon, the other coupons are manufacturer coupons! You can use those together! I don’t know why the employees are so rude to customers about this.

The store clerks are so on edge about coupons. They are so afraid that these coupons literally scare them and they become extremely difficult and rude and humiliate you and say fraud. Not sure what's happening or who the owner is but please let me tell you those tactics are mean. We are allowed to stack digital manufacturer coupons with your store made up Saturday $5 off $25 digital coupon. One is a store coupon the rest are manufacturer ones. We are allowed to stack these! Please read your coupon policy! Be more coupon friendly. Coupons are designed to literally bring people to your store! for Savings! HELLO PEOPLE!!! WAKE UP. It is so UNPROFESSIONAL TO ACCUSE PEOPLE OF doing something seriously wrong FOR just USING YOUR OWN VERY OWN COUPONS! FROM YOUR OWN STORE! Ridiculous. MANAGERS HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! If you don't like your job get get another one! This is for both DG stores at this city.

The last time I ordered a cheeseburger, I usually order the fish sandwich or the basket, the steak finger basket, the corn dogs are good too. It is a drive inn, you eat in you're car or get it to go. They have good cherry lime and other drinks.

Employees are great! But it's the heat of the summer and they have no air conditioning in the store! Dollar General Corporation needs to fix this. The shoppers and employees are miserable at 601 Frederick St. in Pampa, TX!

I would never suggest to get job here, I waited 1 month and a half for this job. I asked for more hours first day of working. I also talked to the main manager about the place being over stocked and unorganized. I was told that it was my fault that it wasnt organized even tho I only worked 8 hours in a week. Plus I was also told me that I wasnt worth keep. I felt really discriminated by this manager. I will be speaking to district and corporate manager. I also have all screen shots of the group texts she sent to everyone.Also I had to ask for more hours because in my house hold I dont even have food in the fridge. I will be making sure that this manager has then training that she need. Its shows that she doesnt know how to run a store.

I give this door to stars to because the owls were cluttered it's way too much inventory in the store candid was overcome by all thing that they had but they did have one now that was a discount now that was pretty cool and the staff was nice also they sold drinks in this Dollar Store I thought that was tacky but just my opinion

Tried to apply for jobs at BOTH locations. First location on Hobart Street both cashier and manager were very rude and clearly did not want me there. Manager Ashley Curb at the Hobart store, despite having a Now Hiring sign, clearly did not want to hire me. At the other store location I was informed that even though they have sign on their door stating "Now Hiring" that they arent actually hiring. Does this make sense to anyone? Change your damn sign to "Now taking applications" because "Now hiring" is very misleading and false advertising. That makes no sense at all.

The ppl working here should really stop giving themselves reviews it's very unprofessional. The ppl that work here are not that friendly it's a bunch of uptight women . I don't have n issue with them but they aren't happy ppl 80 %of the the time
