Normally, I'm not one to post or provide feedback in a public forum. However, my decision to stop at Kim's was positive. The restrooms were clean. Kim's REALLY markets their deli specials (I'm talking eye level flyers on the door of the restroom stalls). There were signs about the April Deal of the Month (their chicken club and bacon sandwich 🥪) in so many places, I had to try it. People kept coming in and buying multiple items off a heated display in the deli. When one man ordered five (5) items, then two women picked their items, fear of missing out had me lining up to review the selection. In addition to the chicken club (to which they will add lettuce and tomato if asked--per the flyer) I ordered the beef and bean burrito 🌯. Believe me when I tell you it was worth writing home about...and apparently posting feedback as well! You know how polarizing good BBQ and burritos can be for Texans. Clearly, it was packaged well to maintain temperature and for traveling by someone cognizant of those two factors. The REFILL coffee prices were exceptional and tempting, though I decided not to indulge. Seriously, their salad 🥗 varieties (chef, chicken, and grilled chicken) were appealing and fresh. I was passing through town to handle the day's business, the scenic route was pleasant and the burrito was delicious! The clerks were polite and friendly when checking out. I would stop at this location again.

Bought a drink for $2, jerky stick for $2, and a bag of chips for $5. Lady tried scamming me as she double rang up my drink and my chips. She was very rude and possibly high on something(bloodshot eyes, slurring words, and i had to repeat everything i said to her). Have had a similar experience here in the past. One of the worst gas stations in Palestine

Went to use bathroom in here morning of Sept 30th. Talk about trashy, dirty, lack of responsibility from employees and managers. Looked as if hadn't been cleaned in days. Soap didn't work. Toilet paper was on floor, left there not put on dispenser, dish towel on floor. Bottles piled in corner in stall. Trash was full.

Y'all need ti get more training on the people y'all hire. Kid in there this afternoon argued with me about the peak sweet tea 2 for $3 and wasn't coming up and didn't know how to change it and says it is what it is and they had no manager to talk to about it. Another lady came in and changed the prices right then with no argument.

Went here to get gas and breakfast about 8 am and there was no breakfast stuff made, they said they couldn’t make it for one reason or another. It’s always like this and also with the coffee, none of the employees hardly know how to make the Java hut iced coffees, I know the turnaround for employees here is quick but still…think they should just take the deli and coffee signs down

Trenton on the Afternoon crew was awesome!! Very friendly and super nice!Now the other two people working with him were no help! Demarques the night stocker had his hood on and stole one of y’all’s 12 foot chargers like many other employees do. Kadence the night cashier is vaping at the front counter. Y’all need to get this handled.

Recently I came to this store. Kenneth was standing behind the counter looking creepy and he is very unpleasant and disrespectful to his workers. It was my first time there. Never coming back

If your going to have rude employees running the cash register that never smile and they where customers themselves that where always rude you need to learn who you hiring its sad the store use to be popping and all about customers and customer service it sure has went down hill here lately just sad as can be
