Air machine took $1.50 in quarters, didn’t work, then I paid another $1.50 with my Apple Pay; didn’t work…so I went inside with the cashier n manager, they said nothing they can do, but to call the 800 # posted on the machine…guess what, the number takes you in circles and later just send you to a website… never again to visit this place…now I have to go find air for my tire.UPDATE 1: I visited the website and I was able to request a refund, after some validation steps they said I would receive a check for the amount requested.UPDATE 2: I stopped at another gas station at another town, looking for Air for my tires, and I found it…it was another Air Machine from the same company…this time I only paid with my phone and the Air machine started working; I took care of my tires and left happy. I’ll change my rating until I find out about my refund.

Does Texas state health codes require that you have working restrooms during business hrs?Their Mens bathroom was down and there was no accommodation to provide use of the women's.If they don't care about the comfort of their customers, I will go to a place that does.

THIS place appreciates your business! When I was told that pumping 100+ gallons afforded me whatever I needed, I expected coffee or maybe a cold drink. With 170 gallons, not only did I receive coffee AND a cold drink, I also received 2 tacos! Color me flabbergasted!Thank you, STRIPES(Did I mention that EVERYone who works here is friendly and seems to like their job? Kudos to the manager for that!)

Took forever to even put a baracahoa taco together staff just stared at me as I waited patiently then they put it together but never released it to me was just sitting behind the counter I know it was mine because I was the only one standing there for 30 minutes waiting and employees gave other tacos out.....

Three stars instead of no stars because Jordan was awesome. It's July 14, 2023 at 10:50 pm. There were ozium air sanitizer sprays in the aisle with car-related items. There was the original scent and the new car scent. Both were hanging under one price sign that was labeled ozium air sanitizer spray. There was no other sign for the ozium sanitizer spray new car scent. At any rate, the sign said they were $3.99 a piece. I took three. Upon going to pay with Gabby at the register, she said, $17 (I don't remember the exact change). I asked her, "How much were they again?" She said, "I don't know. It's $17." I said, "Because the sign said they were three something a piece. I'm not sure how it's gotten up to $17. Can you scan one so we can see how much one coats?" Clearly irritated, she scans one and tells me they're, "$5.49 you want them or not" (visually bothered). The three stars comes in because Jordan needs a promotion and/or raise. He exemplifies excellent customer service and professionalism. He was really cool. He intervened and said, "I can go check the price for you." I thanked him. He saw that I was telling the truth that it did say $3.99. He acknowledged the issue, apologized, apologized for her because she had had a long day, explained kindly that he would bring this issue to management but unfortunately he was unable to remedy the situation at this time. I thanked him for being so professional. His customer service is excellent. Thanks Jordan! Gabby, whew. Work on your customer service girl. It's a bad look for the business. Management, the price labels are off. Thanks.

Bathrooms were disgusting and smelled of urine. Entire store appeared to be filthy to the point of not wanting to place my hand on the exit door. Sanitized my hands as soon as I returned to my vehicle. When we travel to South Texas we usually stop at Stripes and have never encounter the filthy conditions of this store. Corporate apparently doesn't visit their stores.

Saturday 2/6 about 12 pm.The employee named Edwardo working at the counter of Laredo Taco was extremely rude and discourteous. All around bad attitude. I can tell even though he works at Stripes in Odem, he's the type of person who thinks he is better than everyone else.I wasn't greeted or even spoken too. Another customer decided not to order because of how they were treated and I really didn't appreciate the service that I never received either.I wanted breakfast tacos, I know it was almost noon but it was a Saturday. Edwardo was more concerned with putting the food away than helping the customers or even asking what he can get for them. He put away the food I wanted to order.The man in front of me left without ordering because he was chastised by Edwardo for walking up to the wrong side of the line. I decided that was a good idea for me too.If that young, (whatever pronoun he chooses), ever wants to work somewhere besides a gas station taco place he needs to stop acting like he is Gordon Ramsay and treating customers like they're stupid.But I know that type, he's probably one of the manager's favorite employees because he's the type of person to that will brown nose to the right people and treat everyone else like dirt.

We stopped in today heading to Woodsboro. We got some sandwiches to go from the deli but there was no Mayonnaise packages so we asked the cashier that rang us up. Her name is Syrenna. She went out of her way to look for some in the back. Didn't have any but she brought out a full size container of it and offered to make us some portion cups of it to take with us. She had a wonderful attitude. Very hard to get from a convenience store. Thank you very much Syrenna.

My sister and I bought alcohol around 12 PM. We ran out and went to the store to get some more around 8 PM. A lady behind the counter started saying to her coworker, “Why couldn’t they buy all of the alcohol at once?” And when we got up to the counter she asked my sister if she was in a drinking mood.It was very unprofessional and we will not be using their services again. I didn’t get her name, but she was the girl working around 8 PM on April 3rd.Get better employees please!

Went in on a Saturday to get chicken legs, container was empty. Walked in on the taco guy telling off a customer, giving him attitude, and telling him if he wants his tortilla Charlie Brown, to go get service like that at Burger King. Needless to say I was not impressed. I confronted the little guy and informed him that I would be calling Stripes Corporate. He informed me he was calling the cops. LMAO. Anyways Stripes Corporate called me during the week to apologize, and told me chicken legs should be available around the clock. Fast forward to last night. I stopped in, and no legs. But there was a fresh batch being cooked. Pablo the cashier was awesome. Very professional and courteous. I informed him that I would like a foam box to take some fried chicken legs home, as the heat will make them go through the white paper bags. He got me a foam plate. And I bought a big batch of chicken legs. Thank you Pablo. Was going to give the review 5 stars but all the trash on the tables in the dining room, was gross, while I waited. Please give Pablo a raise. Good work, and service deserves to be recognized. Thank You Pablo.
