This place is no good In nocona tx. It's always so messy and nothing ever seems to get put up on The shelves out of the boxes. This place has been a wreck for years. They need to be more like family dollar next door. Walking I to this store makes me feel like I'm in the ghetto!!!!

They need to buy all new equipment, not only for the employees but also for the customers. They update half of old equipment but keep the other half that’s outdated. And they don’t even care. Well Family Dollar is next door and they offer Delivery with Instacart!

I had to wait at the register for over 5 minutes asking for help several times a black-headed lady said she was busy stocking shelves I said I have merchandise to buy and pay cash in a few minutes she came up to the front through several bottles of tomato juice in a basket and through several and through several bottles of tomato juice in a basket and mumled something. I walked out. This is the second time. You have lost me.

Love the people work there. Super super friendly!! Willing to take their time to help out if you have any issues!! Store looks nice and Clean, alway have one of the worker greeting at you if they see you come in and when you leave. They will help orders carry their things out!! Love my small town nocona dollar general!!!

The lady stocking the pet supplies was the most friendly employee in the store, get to the register to find 3 employees standing there... no HELLO or DID YOU FIND EVERYTHING O.K..... just dead pan faces and very rude atmosphere... not what we thought would happen in this small town... y’all lost our business, we’re just visiting this town for 3 months!

Overheard a stocker to her friend "I haven't seen any hand sanitizer and stuff but we are still unloading the truck. I have your number so I will put some back and call you if it comes in". Told the cashier about it and he could have cared less. No wonder people can't find anything, employees are not stocking them and selling them to their friends. This store just lost a customer, you should not be treating your customers like this when there is a pandemic going on!!!!!
