Horrible customer service. I am 8 months pregnant and had to use the bathroom. I asked where it was and "Pam" literally said, "I'm sorry I'm too bust counting all this money." Had to find another employee to help me as she was just too busy.

So thankful for this store when I get in a bind. Nearest Walmart is 20 mins from me so this place has been my save more than once. They always have what I need and good clearance deals when other dollar stores not so much. Staff is really great and super friendly.

The people are amazing but the store is hot as hell. I tried buying chocolate pretzels for my wife but they melted together. Ridiculous! The poor workers have no control and working in that heat is inhumane! Thanks to all the staff for always being so kind and friendly despite the working conditions! Corporate needs to pull ot together and appreciate the great people they have!

I shop here alot because its right down from my home and so convenient. The employees are always so friendly and ready to assist you however they can. Everytime I come in the front door I know whether or not Erin is there because she always greets me before I can get 3 feet in the door with a warm smile. their prices are low and the parking lot is always clean. 5 out of 5 for me. 😀

I was accused of stealing by the store manager. She said she saw me put something in my girlfriend's purse when she was watching the cameras. I have been coming here since the place opened up and way before she started working there. I have never stolen a thing in my life let alone have been accused of it. It's unfortunate that a good business can be tarnished by terrible customer service. I understand that people steal, but to suggest that a longterm customer would do it is mortifying. It will be hard shopping here comfortably for me now thanks to this experience.

Drove for the grand opening in New Summerfield due to receiving the sales circular in the mail. Was looking for coke 12 packs, powerades, t.p., and detergent that was on sale. Store had NONE of these items on the very first day ! Manager was rude, stressed and even threatening IMO. Others came from Bullard and left empty handed also. Poor planning and management. No customer service skills. Never again.

This store had stuff I don't have at home. If you want stuff you don't have this is a great place. The parking lot had cool yellow lines for some game I haven't figured out yet. The door also not only let you in, but also let you go out. Coming back to see if that door always does that.

I shop here often but there have been several times I've gotten things that were expired. Maybe someone should look out for that. I live to far away to drive back to return it, so basically money wasted. Now I make it a habit to check the date before I buy anything.
