Cole was so helpful, we decided to get some chickens to raise for eggs and she answered a ton of questions and helped us get everything we needed. The best part was, when we tried to buy a bunch of stuff that we didn't need, she stopped us. We'll end up spending a lot more money there now than we would have if we'd realized that we were sold a bunch of stuff we didn't need. We'll buy all of our supplies there going forward and I know if we run into problems or if we have more questions we can go talk to Cole.The place gets better every time I go. Everyone is so nice, can't even bring my own cart back inside without someone greeting me before I get to the door to take it the rest of the way inside, I didn't catch her name 😞

Had a great experience today with Karen. She greeted every person walking in the door with a smile on her face, even though the typical local New Braunfels crew completely disregarded her. She deserves a raise!

I have had issues with this location for over 5 years. Today was a great experience! Karen was such a nice kind employee. Wow I must say I am extremely surprised that guy finally for the first time ever have received and what I believe to be the best customer service ever! Karen who works at tractor supply Co. loop 337 amaze me. She was with several customers and. Managed to find time to assist me outside while I was looking at the mulcher they had for sale. It must’ve been no more than 10 seconds after I got my rival that I was greeted in a genuine heart-felt welcome. Immediately I was part of the family, I was thinking. She identified my problem sought solutions and added some friendly advice. She made my day. I was to thrilled that finally someone working at a store was caring and putting me, the customer, first for once. I felt like a million bucks. Great store with friendly and helpful staff. This is a very popular spot for propane and the demand in New Braunfels is ever increasing! Best best is to call ahead fill up your tanks in the morning! Do those quicks steps and you’ll be barbecuing or running hot water in your RV with no problem!

Well went in found some good boots steel toe asked if they had FR clothing was told to look around no help or knowledge of products didn't even attempt to assist me meanwhile the employees were talking amongst each other had no interest to leave stations so I happily put the boots back and walked out bad experience I would say. I buy all my dog needs there same experience everytime I go. Needless to say will not be going back for sure.Very sad I have been so tolerant of it but when the service is better everywhere else enough is enough nobody wants to work no more and it shows

I love tractor supply. I even find my clothes here.. I like things that last, are useful... And comfortable.All my critter needs are here too.The people are knowledgeable and helpful whether you're a rancher or a touristy type... You're welcomed here.

Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff.Wife has been bugging me to go there because they carry a certain kind of flea medicine for dogs so I went under duress.Big store full of interesting and cool stuff to browse through. They usually have baby chicks if you want to bring your kids to see them.Friendly employee helped my wife find what she needed as soon as we entered the door.Awesome place and will definitely be back again

Very impressed with the determination of finding the product I was looking for! Store said they had 4 but we couldn’t find them, I was getting ready to head out and saw him running out holding what I needed 10 minutes before closing! Very highly impressed and had a good laugh!

Cole!! She’s amazing! She went out of her way to help us find a hitch with the drop we needed for our new trailer. She walked out with us and worked to help us disconnect and connect the new hitch. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her! She is one special person!!

I love that there is a selection of everything from candy to candles and gifts as well as clothes and live animals and feed. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. The guys in the back helped me fix a wheel barrel and answered any and all questions I had while doing this project. I appreciate and love the vet services that are offered on Tuesdays. I've been coming here for years and will keep coming back.

Really the only reason I marked this with 3 stars is due to the “big chain store” feel you get when you shop there and that is most felt with customer service. They have a really good selection but the staff seemed to avoid customers who looked noticeably lost or trying to find something. I’ve been helped a few times by staff and they were friendly, but every time I go there I have to hunt down the staff to get help. They would have had a better rating from me if this were not so consistent every time I go.

Although I was just there for a return, the lady who helped me was very understanding about my situation. The store layout was organized well and while I waited at customer service I had multiple employees check to see if I had been helped. I definitely will be back to do more shopping

Always a great experience at tractor supply! They always have everything I'm looking for and are quick to offer help finding anything I need. They have great prices on everything in stock. I go at least once a month to get propane filled and always find something else to buy while there cause the prices and selection are fantastic. Highly recommend tractor supply to anyone

I am surprised by the number of negative or mediocre reviews. We have shopped here a number of times and always found them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Patient and willing to help find a solution to sometimes tricky problems. Will definitely be coming back.

They have a lot of items. Had trouble finding some things. A manager took time to show me the products and help me find items. They have an awesome online system to order and pick up later at your local store. They have a long bin up fro t with tools and toys that would make great gifts.

I recently had a propane tank filled at Tractor Supply Company after 45 minutes of waiting the person who filled my 30 lb. tank opened the valve so far that he broke the handle/valve in the open position and he didn't say anything to me about it. I can't shut it off now. This could have been a disaster! I drove home with a full tank of propane, and stored it at my home... The only thing keeping the propane in the tank was the "backup" safety check valve. It wasn't until I needed to use it a few days later that I realized what had happened. I had to take the tank to a propane service company to have the handle/valve replaced. Tractor Supply Company needs to properly train their employees who refill propane and educate them that if they make a mistake to tell the customer and get a manager to correct the issue. I will not use them for any future for propane refills! Way Too Dangerous!

Bought a battery one and a half years ago, stamp and sticker say 8/19 with numerous other stamps and sticker saying "free 2 year replacement " and yet while I am within that 2 year "free" replacement time, I cannot exchange this battery because they dont honor their own advertising. Called to ask about a product, to be told someone was looking for it, and put on hold, for about 15 minutes, but when someone answered I had to ask again if they had what I wanted. The guy said they didn't have it in stock after two seconds.Finished driving in, to find it on the shelf.When we tried to address it in the store we felt very brushed off.Needless to say very displeased with the level of customer service provided.

New Braunfels TSC in typical fashion didn't think or plan to have a food truck, all the remodeling parts and equipment everywhere, no place to park for the food or to shop in the store. They actual management of some sort.
