We went in to get some feed for a hog we are getting. The guy in there was so nice and very helpful. He let is pick his brain on feed, pen, water, heat, and a handful of other questions we had. Although the line at the counter was getting long, he never left our questions unanswered. While paying, we asked about gates for the pig. He walked us out back and showed us what he had. To all the guys that helped load our 1500 lbs of feed into our daughters car, you were very friendly. I left here thinking how fun this place would be to work there based on the friendliness of all.We will be back

Shouldn't compare to Tractor supply cause this place is much much better. Walked back and talked to a kid. Quickly realized he knew his stuff. The young Man really was impressive, reminded me of myself. I'll be back hopefully with my equestrian Daughter in tow. buying here from now on and sometimes Dover.

I bought a freshie (car freshener) on July 18th, 2023. On July 19th, 2023 it melted while hanging in the car. It melted off of the string it hangs from and further melted on the dashboard. It was a gift for our employee, who is 18 years old and just bought her 1st car on her own. I first called the store and spoke with a lady on the phone. She was fairly rude and basically said, It's Texas, it's hot, it happens, we won't do a refun or excahnge, deal with it. I've had numerous freshies and they have never melted, even in this extreme heat.My husband had other shopping to do there so he took the freshie and receipt in to show what happened. He spoke with the same lady I spoke with on the phone who is a manager. She told my husband they don't have a return policy. He told her it wasn't about the money ($10.99) it was about selling a product that doesn't hold up and she might want to let the distributor know. She then became very defensive and said no she would not call and tell the maker of the product. She continued that it was a local person in town whose father passed away during COVID IN 2020. While losing her father is sad, and I feel for her, I couldn't believe her response was to not say anything. I know if I was making a product that wasn't up to standards, I would want to know.What poor customer service. I can't believe this manager would not only not refund or give store credit for the freshie, but she also won't even let the supplier know about the issue.It is not normal for them to melt no matter how many times she says.... yeah that happens sometimes with this heat. No, this is not supposed to happen. Do right by your customer who just purchased this item and make it right. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from there anymore which is a shame because we shop there VERY regularly for feed, farm supplies, pet supplies, etc.... Especially now that I know there is no return policy and it's up to this manager to just pick and choose what she will or won't refund. Absolutely, unprofessional.

Cute store. Great gift shop. One of the cleanest stores I have been in. They have a variety of horse and pet accessories. Overall it's bit pricey for most 8trms in the store.

December, I went to buy hay for a Nativity (manger). Had good customer service and they also loaded the hay for me. Good place for deer corn and feed.Today I went to go buy pesticide for my home/lawn at there new store at the new location. The store is nicely organized. Very customer friendly and the girl at the counter was very respectful.Congratulations on your new store...its nice and convenient.👍

The new co-op is amazing. Amazing gifts at very reasonable prices. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Such an array of gifts. And the same wonderful products they have had for animals, etc for years. The new building is wonderful. A must to visit.

Clean store but the lady behind the counter is rude. When we asked for prices she rudely states the prices are posted. When we go look there is a sheet of paper and she tells us two prices on the cheaper food but we get to the register and it's 9 dollars more. We will just drive to Beckers in Seguin from now on.This was at the new location near the New Braunfels Police department

I was in town and decided to stop by the store to see their selection. I am not sure what their perception of a criminal looks like but it’s definitely not a 30 year old in a T-shirt, cowboy boots, and blue jeans. The second I walked in I was eyed down and then followed around the store by the clerk. I was repeatedly asked if I needed help finding anything rudely. I think the clerk should invest in some jeans without dip puck holes before chasing away new potentially customers.

The older guy behind the counter is rude, unhelpful, and treated my father with disrespect and contempt. My dad is new to buying feed and the guy was extremely impatient with him while he tried to figure out what he wanted. It might be a great place, but that one employee ruined it for me

Cute if you're looking for decor and candles....Not so much on the smaller pet supplies like dogs and cats. More for large animals like horses or farm animals.
