I can never thank J.R. enough for explaining the importance of life insurance to me. Because he took the time to review several policies and how they are designed to meet my different needs, I was able to choose and purchase a life insurance policy for each of my grandchildren. My purpose was to ensure they would always be eligible for coverage, even if they developed medical issues down the road; I never expected to submit a claim.On February 15th, my 5-month old grandson went down for a nap and never woke up. It's the hardest experience my family has ever had to endure. He was healthy and chunky and full of smiles and giggles. He had no medical concerns whatsoever. Yet, in an instant, he was gone. And our hearts are forever broken.As painful as this has been for our family, I'm so very grateful for the conversation I had just a few months ago with J.R. First time with State Farm; used many of the big agencies over the years...they came out swinging, and got us a great deal filling our insurance needs. Bundling, discounts, and better coverage at a MUCH better rate. JR Arey went out of their way to meet my schedule, speak to us about our needs and coverage in an easy to understand and down to earth way. Although we hope to never need to make a claim, I do believe should we need to, they will excel at this as well.

I contacted the J.R. Arey - State Farm office to get a quote on bundling my renter's and auto insurance. I spoke with Jackson, who was very prompt in gathering the information I asked for and then calling me back. In addition, he helped me understand about adding a rider on my insurance to give me some additional cover that I wanted. I would highly recommend this agency for going above what was asked of them and also making me feel like an important customer.

State Farm is so much easier to deal with than progressive. I had progressive initials. Very poor customer service. State Farm gave me the same coverage for half as much as progressive.
