I have always received amazing customer service and my dogs have always been really well cared for every visit. The vets and techs pay really close attention to detail and are always on top of any problems. My yorkie got a dental cleaning and they did an outstanding job.

I have 5 dogs, 2 cats I bring her regularly.I also breed Bordoodle and I bring each puppy here for a puppy checkup prior to going to their forever home.I have been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed with staff members (which they are GREAT) nor shocked by a vet bill.I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I called in at 8 AM on a Saturday morning to see if they were able to put my dog down due to old age and health problems. They took me in immediately, and the process was very quick, and of course, heartbreaking for me and my daughters But their customer service is beyond excellent and I recommend them if you need to see a Vet.

Dr.Hannah Spacek is an amazing vet. We were in a bind she reached out to other vets to help us get it so i was able to show. and was on a sunday. we are so thankful for her and everything she’s done for us. best large animal vet ever!

5 stars to this clinic , I was super nervous because I know that they are NOT strictly exotic vets but by recommendation I took my rabbit Coco to be neutered there. Please note that I live in Houston and I drove one hour to Needville bc in Houston they wanted to charge me between $300-$500 to fix my rabbit local exotic vets .The price of Nedville pet clinic was super affordable , I booked one month before , Coco was in and out in a few hours … I paid bit additional for a pain medicine that’s as really worth it . Coco is at home safe and eating his hay.This was a good experience besides the lady in the front is very nice and friendly …Thanks very very much !

Our Great Pyrenees puppy was involved in an accident over the weekend. I called early Monday morning hoping to get him in right away. I was told they were booked but I could bring him up and they would work him in. When we got there, I was expecting to have to drop Duke off and pick him up later, but they took him back right away. Dr. Hannah was so amazing. He was thoroughly checked over. We did X-rays to be sure nothing was broken and she explained everything in the X-rays and answered all my questions. This office was beyond wonderful. Im so thankful we have such a fantastic vet right here in Needville.

Great people! You know, it's hard to find a place that'll do honest business with you, but they do here. Not only are they honest, but are up front and will let you know the cost, availability, and expectations. Don't see myself taking my pets anywhere else.

What an awful experience with this place that calls itself a vet clinic. The vet failed to properly supervise the work of her young assistant, and the animal returned highly contagious and sick home. After sharing the news with the vet, she got nasty and defensive, quite unprofessional. The vet made it to be our fault and problem, somehow, refused any courtesy of treatment or reevaluation at least at a reduced fee, and demanded full payment for further services and treatment. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t be surprised if the other reviews were fake, purchased, or otherwise with the conflict of interest. Do NOT send your animals here. There are better options not far from Needville.

I've only visited twice, once for my older dog for an urgent visit and once for my new puppy to get his shots. Both experiences were great. Office staff was friendly and they got my dog in immediately on a Saturday. Easy going atmosphere that I like with large animal vets. I definitely recommend.

Great group of people. Resently took my mother's female dog with mangled ear and a very wide open gash in her neck area. Doc and staff mended her back she now back to normal and happy, happy, happy. I highly recommend them as a go-to veterinarian thanks Doc and staff..Kenneth S..

Every time I call they don't have an appointment available until days later. That's fine for Wellness exams, but you have to use a different vet for any urgent needs.

Dr Stern is the most caring vet I have ever met. Genuinely very concerned with his patients. Recently had to put to rest our two Boston Terriers and Dr Stern showed tremendous sympathy for our family. Thanks to him and his staff

My deepest gratitude goes out to the dear staff and Dr Stern at the Needville Animal Hospital. They not only carried both my 30+ lb. elderly dogs into the clinic. They spoke soothing words to both the girls and I as we said our goodbyes. I am indebted to them for their dedication at providing such a caring atmosphere. It truly helped me to not have a total breakdown. ❤❤❤

I don't believe Dr stern is there anymore. Took my dog in to have a couple of growths removed and some young girls had done a butcher job on her. Left unhappy and the dog was bleeding from one of the wounds. 3 days later the stitches broke and the wound was hanging wide open. My wife took her back and this time an older fella fixed her up and it looks well done but we were charged nearly 200 dollars for their rework. They said maybe she scratched it open but it is located on the front of her chest were a dogs leg won't reach. Last time I deal with this place.

I am very happy that I chose Needville Animal Hospital. Dr. Stern was very knowledgeable and caring. They saw my dog Disco on an emergency visit, and fit us right into the schedule. Dr. Stern did x-rays & blood work. He was very thorough and explained in detail his findings. The staff was very friendly too. I may have found a new favorite vet! I just called this veterinary office because it was highly recommended from members of a Facebook group. My dog is in great discomfort and I am trying to get him seen, if at all, as soon as they can work him in. My high expectations were quickly shot down when speaking to the person scheduling appointments. Although I was presented with an afternoon time, as we were on the phone my dog collapsed! I asked if there was any way they could see him sooner as I was frightened. The young lady was extremely dry from the start and I was a little put off then but continued on because of the high praise they received and because my dog needs to be seen, but now she was out right rude. Maybe I offended her with my question. I was very turned off by her treatment but I just told her I would call back. I called my regular vet and I received a warm greeting as usual and although they were booked, they fit me in. A night and day experience. I'm sure the vet is as wonderful as people have said but if they are interested in new patients, they have got to present a better first impression.

I will never take my animals to another vet. I've never had a vet care so much about my dogs and horses. They do what it takes to help them out. Dr. Stern got my horse through a severe impaction and colic last year and never gave up on him. Dr. Spacek got my dog through a splenectomy the same day she discovered internal bleeding during to a ruptured growth on the spleen. She also found a dental disease in my gelding and took the time to get him the dental help he needed. I appreciate having vets who are genuinely here for the animals and do not try to get every penny from me. So grateful for these vets!!!

Dr. Stern sincerely saved my dogs life.My boxer was diagnosed with pyometra and was on medication while I searched for a vet who could do the surgery under $1500. Once I found one they could not do the surgery for 2 weeks. Pyometra is usually an emergency surgery.  While I hoped the medication would hold her over she instead got worse. She needed the surgery immediately and the only hospital available was Sugarland emergency but they would only do it for $5000. Exhausted I reached out to my vet at Rosenberg clinic and the receptionist told me I could try Dr. Stern. She said he was a wonderful doctor and will possibly be able to do it within my budget. I am so blessed he was able to perform on my dog immediately.  Not only did he save her, her stitches looked amazing! I'm amazed looking at her tummy now, it's like nothing ever happened. I am so grateful for the care of Needville animal hospital.
