This plant is terrible. They have had more than seven hours to unload corn with only one truck in front of mine. They have the capacity to unload, they only do it with full intention!!!

Trucks- If you approach off Main st. there will be signage indicating a left turn over the RR tracks and then a right to the guard shack. Park on the shoulder (dirt) plenty of room and walk to the guard shack. William will give you clear instructions...very professional and friendly. Scale on your way out.

Most of the ppl are great to work with but definitely need to improve on the cleaning part of it. They fell off on it when I was working there. Sorry but sanitation really lost their touch and didn't care anymore. Never seen them sanitize a line if they send someone home for Covid-19. The day time supervisor Miss Lisa just called me in and put me in the same spot where the person was sent home from with the virus. Never stopped the line to clean anything . Never considered that I had a child at home that I was taking a risk bringing it home too. Just gotta keep the line running no matter what . But over all the plant manager is awesome and does an awesome job trying to keep it up. Good luck guys and God bless u

If you are considering bringing a bulk load here, stay far far away. Been waiting 6+ hours to unload. They could care less about how long you're here, and they all have attitudes. Especially the guy that runs the scale house.

I came in on a Saturday and yes it is hard to find with the to add restrictions. However when I got there I had the wrong unload #. The older Hispanic guy at the scale went above and beyond to help me to be able to unload. I didn't expect that and was very pleasantly surprised. It's not like I'm some pretty young thing. I'm old, ugly and gray. Maybe he was afraid I'd have a heart attack or something. Although I have found that if you treat someone with respect they usually do the same.

Decent place to unload. People are helpful, place is a little difficult to find. Take my advice and call for directions do not go through town it's a non truck route.

Got here to unload "wheat midds" pull on the scale they take a sample say that as soon as sample is done they'll unload me well 1:30hr goes by so I walk back to scale house different guy than the first time in there "chilling" says oh we need to weigh you then take a sample 😡 seriously like the first time never happened so now I am setting here on the scales and I refuse to move until they unload me or reject me either way not how I planned on spending my day

Arrived at approximately 0715 no trucks waiting to unload but me it's now 0850 was sent to the back to unloaded n person tells me they are transferring n doing other stuff so they don't know when they will get to me not a good answer no respect for my job do they not understand I'm paid by the load not by the hour

Lazy people. Arrived a 150pm an had to wait till shift change at 3pm. Then took them 45 mins after that to get me in the gate to get me unloaded. Hate this place
