Man what an amazing experience. David was a one of a kind customer service representative the likes of which are rarely seen in this day and age. Super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Not pushy in the slightest. I really feel like he genuinely wanted to give me the best experience possible while guiding me through all of the products they had available. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with my experience here and David was the sole reason. You could go to any head shop and get a piece like I acquired but no where else would you get the top tier level of customer you'd get here. Can't reccomend him enough.

First time in Puff n Stuff and right off the bat I was impressed with David’s customer service and the atmosphere he provided!Large variety of products, clean and organized store, and David was able to answer any question I had and ultimately suggested the items I ended up purchasing.Great experience and am happy with my items…will be back! If you haven’t tried their Delta 8 or Delta 9 products, I highly (no pun intended) recommend them! I have back pain, sciatica and neuropathy issues and this helps me with that pain and allows me to sleep. Thanks for great stuff and wonderful customer service! Keep up the great work Puff N Stuff!

Got called in for an interview and the owner canceled it because I was two minutes late. Got there at 10:02 and was told by the girl behind the counter, very rudely, that it was canceled because it was supposed to be at 10. Who does that?? They've lost my business forever. I made the trip from one town over just to come work for them, I was very excited for this position. I'm glad I know the owner doesn't make time for his employees though, saved me the headache
