From calling and asking info to picking my fur baby up they were absolutely amazing. He was so happy. I love all the pictures they post and they made me feel good about leaving him. The facility it’s so nice. We went all out for him and got a haven suite. They let me say goodbye in his room!!

We live on a ranch with 3 rescues. One we've had for about 6yrs, one for 2 and one for 1yr. We've gone a short weekend trip and had someone stay at the ranch however this time we were leaving for 7 days. In all the time we've had them they've never been away from the ranch, been socialized with other dogs so we were a been hesitant about leaving for so long and putting them in a strange place. Someone had recommended Circle Star to us and we booked them to stay in the Haven Suites. What an amazing place and the staff made us feel really comfortable in knowing they were in good hands. We enjoyed seeing daily pictures and could see they were having a good time. If we had a question or if they did about their care they were quick to respond. Can't recommend them enough and now we know they have a place to stay when the need arises for us to travel again. Thanks y'all A++++

I have boarded my Porcelaine hound Bianca here several times when my husband and I go on vacation. She comes home happy and tired out from all the fun she has! I appreciate the fact that Circle Star takes photos of the animals daily because it's a fun way to check up on my dog when I'm out of town. The staff here are always kind, helpful, and accommodating. I never worry about her when I'm away because I know she's in great hands!

I've used Circle Star three times now, and after the third time, I'm done. The first time I dropped her off, nobody knew she was deaf or how she was dog selective, even though I spent a good amount of time going into that with detail on her profile. That was red flag #1. The second time I brought her, I picked her up and she was covered in pee and acted like she hadn't drank water in days. The third and last time she stayed, I picked her up and her nose was mysteriously red. I attached two pictures so you can see the difference. None of the staff could tell me what happened and tried to dismiss it as no big deal. We will not be returning to Circle Star and I would not recommend them to anyone. The only reason I gave two stars was that they kept her safe-ish (besides the nose incident).

We have boarded our girls at Circle Star several times and have always had the peace of mind knowing that they're safe, secure, and loved! The staff is wonderful and I feel they truly care about your precious pups as if they were their own. Beautiful property and several levels of accommodations depending on how much you want to spoil your loved ones. Highly recommend!!

Circle Star is the best! I brought my dog Cranberry here for daycare several times and it was always a good experience. You can tell they are really thoughtful about which dogs they put together for play groups. I had recently adopted my dog and they took the time to integrate him with other dogs slowly since I didn’t know how well he got along with others. The online booking process was always quick and easy. Checking in and out was a breeze. Sadly I moved away from the area, and I wish I could’ve brought Circle Star with me!

Circle Star helped my sweet girl gain so much confidence in just one week!! Due to Theia’s checkered past, she was frightened of door thresholds and leashes. The trainer Bridget kept us updated on her progress, and the daily pictures posted on Facebook clearly showed my fur baby having a blast! There’s still work to do at home, but now we can actually love on her inside. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The gang at Circle Star is Stellar! Paige is the ONLY groomer i will let touch Tessa, my Westie. Nobody could ever do her nails without getting bit, until Paige. Tessa loves her and love Puppy PlayCare! She hardly lets me park the car before she tries to get out lol!

We toured the Circle Star facility yesterday in preparation for Gabby‘s training there in a couple of months. We were so impressed with the attentive staff and beautiful lodgings. We went back today for her first bath. They apparently treated her so well, she fell asleep during her bath. We’re big fans!

It is extremely rare for me to post reviews for services of any kind. However, I am making an exception in this case due to the great experiences that I have had over the last couple of years when boarding my dogs at Circle Star. All of the people there go out of their way to take the best care of my Labs and my dogs are always excited to go there. I have used Circle Star several dozen times and whether they are just there for the day, overnight or for a week they always have a great time and they are always have a great disposition when I pick them up so I know they have been treated well. If there is ever a problem (never) or a question, someone will text or call to make sure that I know what is going on. That has not been the case at times when boarding at other places. Overall the staff at Circle Star is very courteous and professional and they are always going out of their way to make sure the animals are well treated and happy. We are fortunate to have such a great place to board our dogs. I would recommend Circle Star to anyone who needs this servise!

Circle Star is the BEST! We have our Miniature Schnauzers (Milo & Coco) groomed with Paige every 4 weeks and are going into our 2nd year with Circle Star. We have had occasions to board our dogs and everything worked out great. I won't say how many places we went through, before we found the wonderful staff and facilities at Circle Star. If you're looking for a GREAT place for your pets, look no further, head to Circle Star and you'll know you made the best choice.

Finn had an OUTSTANDING stay at Circle Star. Hailey provided spot training daily and his refined manners were visible immediately. We are working hard to maintain them well at home❤️.The care was exemplary! It was clear that the team at Circle Star Pet Resort and Training aim to meet each pups needs.Finn participated in daily activities and worked on his socialization and interactions with others.We will be back soon!! We absolutely love this resort for our sweet Sissy. We are very very glad we found it. All the den moms are so knowledgeable and friendly. We also love that they have options on the kennel choice. Very competitively priced and worth every penny. I can’t sing their praises enough! We take sissy there every few weeks to play either for daycare or an overnight stay.LOVE IT!!! The resort is clean, fun, and well run for any dog’s best experience. It was difficult to be away from our puppy for a month, but I got to see her in daily posts and hear about her via text conversations with the trainer. Our puppy was happy and played well; she has graduated with the skills promised in the program. She was obviously well cared for while she was away, and I couldn’t be more pleased. We love Circle Star! The staff there are so helpful and caring for my sweet pup! He was trained there and anytime I go out of town we are sure to board him at Circle Star. We live 40 minutes away from Circle Star, yet the drive and time is worth it. My pup loves it there. He gets to play with other pups, swim in the pool when the weather permits, gets love from staff, etc. He is always happy when I drop him off!

I always feel confident that our dog will be well cared for at Circle Star. He was trained there for 30 days at one year old. He has returned each year for the last two years for boardinng and brushup training.

Our dog was with Circle Star for 30 days for training. They accomplished so much over the 30 day period with her. Bridget was her trainer. She communicated with us throughout the training and they allowed us to visit our pup several times. We’ve already seen amazing results with our dog since she got home. I know my dogs are in the best and most loving hands when they are at Circle Star Ranch whether it’s excellent training from Bridget or being bathed in the spa, and I love seeing it all captured on Facebook so we feel like we are there even when we are traveling. Daisy’s week at Circle Star was the best! She was in the Haven. It felt very homelike and truly had the dogs first.I was very nervous to be honest. We rescued our girl about six months ago. I was afraid she would be back in a crate like setting. Not at all! She had Den Moms who put me at ease. They wanted to know all aspects of her routine. She had a full toddler bed and a tv!! Knowing she was taken care of while I had to board her was very reassuringOther places I looked at we could add activities but they were extra. Here, she had an activity every day. And tge pictures!! Each day a drop occurs on Facebook.We will be back. Thank you so much!!

Circle Star is the only place I will board my pets. I have never had a bad experience of any kind. I have boarded various pets for the past 5 years.The favorites are awesome. Kept clean and functional. The activities are cut and engage my puppies. The interaction with the den moms are fabulous. My dogs love them!This is just one of those places that does it right.Thank you for always caring for my sometimes difficult fur babies.

I was just telling Tamra yesterday at pick up how much we love and appreciate all the employees here as well as the business as a whole. We've left our dogs at one other boarding facility and will never do it again. My poor basset cried for 4 days when we picked her up. When we board at circle star i always have picked up a VERY happy girl. It's obvious that she missed me but that she had a wonderful time. Now we have two dogs and believe Circle Star is worth every penny and more. If you want to know your pet will be well cared for, THIS is where to send them for sure. We've been loyal customers for coming up on nine years and will be for the years to come. There's no where else for us ☺️

My Golden Retriever, Cooper, went to obedience school for four weeks. They did an excellent job training Cooper and I came home with a calm, well mannered dog.He left me wild and unruly, and is still his sweet loving self.I highly recommend them.

We've been taking our dog with us everywhere we go since he got traumatized with the last two dog boarding we put him in. With me going overseas and husband out of state for work we didn't have a choice but to board him this time for a week. So we gave Circle Star a try based on the reviews. And they did not disappoint. They went out of their way to put some dog treats on his food to encourage him to eat since he tends not to when he's anxious and stressed out. This little thing means a lot knowing that my furbaby is being taken care of. And he was clean and looked healthy when I picked him up. A special thank you to the ladies in Haven suites and the ones working behind the scene that did such a great job. Our Petey will definitely be coming back.

Everyone at Circle Star Pet Resort was helpful, kind and loves dogs. We boarded our older small pup for over a week here. Our trip had delays, and they were able to accommodate our change in travel. Our little girl is a Coton de Tulear, she get separation anxiety at times and during the stay didn’t want to eat much. The team solved the situation with some wet food on her dry and didn’t have to use any anxiety meds! After some special 1-on-1 with the care team she opened up and actually had a good time! It was a relief for us to board Button here. I couldn’t have ask for more quality and gentle care for my special pup. Thank you all for caring for and loving on Button for us. We highly recommend you guys to anyone needing any type of service, your furry loved ones are in good hands and care at Circle Star Pet Resort Ranch!

Circle Star Pet Resort is the BEST! My Frenchie Ollie absolutely loves going to daycare and staying over night! They take great care of the animals. Great staff that really seems to Love what they do. If you are looking for a facility that will love and care for your fur babies like you this is it!!!!
