We've been going to Hollywood Feed since we moved here. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, and they've always got what we need. For some reason, we have repeatedly managed to adopt both dogs and cats with finicky stomachs. So we need higher-end food for them, so we don't end up with a mess on our hands (or more literally, on our carpets. Ew.). Anywho, they carry an extensive selection of both Fromme (what our dogs have used, mostly for the higher protein content) and Acana, which has a grain-free fish-based dry kibble that seems to have soothed the savage beast that is our dumb cat's dumb stomach. I don't have pics of the store, but it's pretty much your basic pet food store. High shelves, but the employees are always willing and eager to help retrieve unreachable items. Anywho, since I don't have pics of the store, here, have pics of the pets that this store feeds.

The individual helped me was very knowledgeable on a good food for my GSD puppy. He had an awesome attitude and was very friendly. It was a great experience. I went to the store in Flower Mound, TX.

Great experience at Hollywood Feed!I bought the $50 punch card for self pet wash. It’s a great deal and so convenient to walk in and begin washing my doodle! The pet stalls were well stocked, safe, everything worked, and several employee staff stopped by to confirm all was going well. I’m very impressed every time I walk into this store to get pet supplies and treats. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are well informed. They go out of their way to help and find answers if they are not sure. This is definitely my “go to” pet store.

These were the nicest, most knowledgeable staff I’ve experienced anywhere in a long time. They offered to carry my products to the register on my arrival, they greeted me at the door and they shared great knowledge about several products/ product lines I asked about. I’d give them 100 stars!

Came in looking for Prey limited ingredient dog food and a toy for my dog’s treat. The team working were so helpful and friendly. They were able to find the toy I needed off a fresh shipment that had just come in that day and made great recommendations for my dog ! They also helped carry out to our car! Thank you

This is my favorite store!! Best staff around. So friendly, and truly want to help. Plus, they have the dog whisper "Keri". She is amazing and so fast. My babies love her!! Forever the only place I will shop for my babies!!

Outstanding staff at this store. Went in not knowing what I was wanting in the way of dog food, and the young lady who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the feed I was looking for. Made my decision easier and very happy with what I came away with. And my dog is happy with the selection of products I brought home. I will be back for additional purchases when needed.

I love this place! Great customer service all the employees seem to enjoy being @ work. I have a new puppy. The manager waited on me, answered all my questions & made me a name tag. It was great I didn't have to do name tag by mail, I really couldn't wait for that. I really like the fact all employees we're genuine & not robotic like lot's of businesses these days!!!!😍🤩😆👍👍Also like that I didn't have answer a bunch of stupid questions & that I can let u know what I think & how I feel. I usually don't do surveys for that reason.

I shop at Hollywood Feed monthly to pick up my dog's food and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They even carry out the heavy bags of food to my car which I appreciate. Having a place to get my dog's nails trimmed and use their wash station is a nice bonus.

Visited the Flower Mound store and let me tell you how impressed I was with Hannah ( hope I spelled her name right) …I had no idea Hollywood Feed requires their staff to get training on their products. She was so knowledgeable and helpful - Hollywood Feed now has a customer for life and will not shop anywhere else. My dogs loved the new food and even the pumpkin “switch” topper I purchased to aid in the transition from their old food to the new no grain, no gmo and no added fluff food.Thank you Hollywood Feed for training, hiring and your knowledgeable employees! I feel more informed and better equipped to take care of my bulldogs!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Went to get a treat for my doggy for his birthday and he scarfed it down! They ran out of the birthday ones but he loves the good boy one just as much :)

I love HF! The staff is so helpful and the selection of products is outstanding. I especially enjoy their rewards program. Getting a free bag of dog food is a wonderful surprise in these days of rising prices.

Our experience with the dog wash was great. He wasn't a fan of the hair dryer. But hey, I was. It dried him fast! Staff is very helpful and friendly. They gave my dog treats also! My dog was excited about going into a store that was just for him.

This was my first time to picking my pet to this Publish dog wash since we arrived " I loved it". No time pressure, the water warm, the Shampoo and all the implements good quality, towels availables. And the most important the attention was super nicely Definitely 💯 recommended.
