(Other photos) She is such a blessing and we love her. The shelter was very clean and helped us with every step to take her home. The staff just wants to make sure the animals find a forever home!

We have used this firm for many weeks. After letting them go I went out into our back yard and picked up a lot of poop old and new. We have 2 small dogs so they do not put a lot in the backyard. Doggie patrols mission is to collect a month’s money up front and then run through the yard as fast as possible. 2- 2/12 munutes at the most. When you talk with the head guy or owner he is very rude and even yells at you, that their misses is your fault. I would not hire this company for many reasons but at the end they did not pick up for 2 weeks in a row and refused to explain that to to me or refund me. That means money means more than service with this company. Look around there are quite a few pet waste services.

I have adopted 3 from this shelter. If you are looking for the most wonderful people this is your first stop. Caring, giving and the facility is very clean. You can tell the people who work there are fantastic. I adopted one that was a little hard at first, but this is the best shelter I have had the please of being involved with. They are so caring, I would say Virginia and the rest thank you for your attention to the ones who need homes. Make this your stop, you won't be sorry, I wasn'tSusan Brown

Wish I could leave zero stars. I had called in to report a trash neighbor who is violently abusing their dog. He has is entire family, kid included, beating this dog on a daily basis. I’ve witnessed it on several occasions when the dog had managed to escape and run towards my house, only to submit back to him out of fear. I called multiple times to report him and I was simply told if I didn’t have video proof there’s nothing they can do. No compassion, no welfare checks, nothing. They did not care one bit. I was even told they’d call me back after they advised they would take my complaint to management. Never heard back. If they wanted to do something, they could have. They didn’t. It’s been months now and I have not seen the dog again which leads me to believe she is no longer alive. Her name was Elsa.

We adopted a deaf dog named Rose almost a year ago. She was so shy and scared at first, but with lots of love and patience, she has turned into one of the best dogs we have ever had! She has brought so much joy to our lives and is best friends with our little dog Scruffy! This shelter was awesome to deal with so remember to go here first when you want a pet!

NEVER AGAINMy girlfriend and I showed up to see some dogs. Old woman approached us and asked what we were looking for. We told her exactly "we're here for dogs" maybe a handful of times before she finally let us go with her constant non-stop talking. After looking around a bit we found a particular dog that we wanted to see. We spent a couple of minutes, came out, and were about to leave the building. The same old woman approached us again and asked if we were set on signing paperwork for adoption.What in the world??? We came to look around. If we liked a particular dog and were ready to adopt, wouldn't we, the customer approach the employees? Just by spending some time with a dog does that automatically bind a contract to adopt???When my girlfriend repeated several times that we didn't like the dog and will try another place as courteous as possible, this old woman who was later identified as Veronika? Virginia? (she immediately covered her name tag with her hand) gave us a smirking look and treated us like we're no good.She then went behind the counter where another woman sat behind a computer, pointed in our direction, and with the same smirking look started talking and shook her head.We definitely figured out their routine. If you're not ready to adopt and commit, don't even bother looking at the animals. They will treat you with an ill-mannered approach.Unbelievable.We've visited many shelters and adoption centers but never were we treated like this. Hope the animals here are well taken care of because the way we were sent off, don't think it'll be any different to the animals.

Very well managed place. The animals have lots of time to play every day. I love how you can meet the pets before getting them, and how quick it is. They provide as much information as they can on the animals, and how to care for them. They definitely care for the animals, and provide the best shelter they can. I definitely recommend this place if you want a cat or dog.

Exceptionally clean facility. When you’re inside, if it wasn’t for knowing that it’s an animal services facility, and of course seeing animals, you’d never know an animal had even been in that building. Because it’s that clean. There’s no odors or nastiness on any surfaces. Super friendly and helpful staff. I can’t express enough how wonderful the staff is here. Not only to the humans, but to the animals as well.

This place is very clean and the lady helping us was very caring and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend coming here to find your furever friend. Just so you know if the animal currently doesn’t have shots and is fixed they do not do it themselves but can recommend affordable places but there isn’t an adoption fee to make up the cost difference.

Our kids wanted to adopt a dog. We went there a couple of times to find out the right pet for us. The staff were extremely friendly and patient with us by letting us have time with different pets. Finally we were able to make one of them a part of our family. The adoption process and paperwork were hassle-free. Great bunch of people there. Very caring and patient - both to the pets and the people. And the place is exceptionally clean too unlike some of the other places we have been. Keep up the good work.

High quality with playyard for dogs. Going to the monthly volunteer orientation that is on the first Saturday of the month. They can use more volunteers.So we tried to get trained and volunteer this summer but i made a typo on my background check so they finally called me after a month and asked and i gave her correct spelling of my address and she resent it.It goes to the town if FM for processing and i STILL have not heard a word.We want to voluteer But i guess they lost my application. Maybe they have enough voluteers ?? I doubt it.Other family were approved but we were planning to go together. 9//15/2022 and still no call. Or email.

We visited with our Daisy Troop and they were great about explaining the process they go through with each animal to the girls and letting them meet some of the animals. They were very appreciative of our donation. About a month later, our family went to adopt a dog. They took a lot of time helping us find the"perfect fit" for our family. We made multiple trips and asked to meet several dogs. They were very patient and seemed concerned with finding a good home for each dog. They worked with our precious girl to help her manage her anxiety so she could be adopted. We are so glad that she did. She is a great new addition to our household!

Worst decision I have made. This choice of adopting from cost me days of work lost, and more to come for a court date, for not being able to secure a date for my dog to get fixed. When we scure a date and tell them. There response was a fine that requires a court date. The officer Ferguson I talked to was rude and laughed at me when I was trying to explain that I had secured a date to get it done. I have 5 animals I have rescued and all are in better health, and a very loving home. It may be a free adopting the animals there. But the after math and clear disrespect will still cost you money. If I were you I would spend the money to adopt somewhere the staff is professional and understanding. You don't want to loose more money and have to go to court for being a good person and saving another animals life ...

It's about my ideal for a pound. I adopted a dog recently. They were very concerned about matching us, so that I didn't end up with a bad match that would be bad for both of us. And they wanted the dog back if it didn't work out. There was no charge. It was a wonderful experience.

14 years ago we adopted two black and white cats from you. They were both 2 years old and named Rita and Cal. We changed their names to Mia and Mario, and they have been wonderful companions, traveling to all 48 states with us in our RV. We just celebrated their 16th birthday last week.
