I didn’t like this place or how slow it was to get a coffee at first. BUT I got so tired of the only 5 drink flavors Starbucks has so started coming back here to try things.I get a hot golden eagle almost almost daily, it is delicious. It’s good iced in the afternoon too. The iced cocomo is good but very sweet. The iced double torture is amazing, not too sweet and very strong in coffee flavor. Peach iced tea is good. The staff are always friendly and happy to see customers. My dog loves the pup cups and gets excited to go.If you join the app you get a birthday drink and collect points on purchases.The only thing I still don’t like is the double line, it isn’t always managed properly and those of us already in the left lane before another person drives up in the right lane should be served first, in the order we were there, not the person that just drove up on the right get to cut the line. If the line is very long I’ll just go home and make coffee because it isn’t the fastest coffee place but some mornings depending on the staff working that day the line is fast and on others I could wait 30-40 min being behind just a few cars. Some morning the golden eagle is barely warm and goes cold before I finish it and some mornings it’s so piping hot I have to ask for it to be double cupped and need to let it cool some before drinking.

First time ever coming and went to the window since the drive thru was packed. Took a while to even take our order. They forgot about the lady in front of us, gave us part of our order and the ones that took our order left! A young lady noticed we were waiting when she came in and immediately came to help us and apologized for the wait, which we appreciated.

The staff are friendly and the service is good. However the coffee was way to sweet for me. The milk to coffee ratio is not for me. There is a lot of milk so the coffee flavor is subtle. Instead of coffee with an added flavor, it was more like milk and flavor with a hint of coffee. 😅However, the service was great which is why is got three stars.I personally am not into this type of coffee so I won’t be back but if you like sweet coffee or a sweet drink with some caffeine, this is your place!

Well, this experience was interesting. I heard Lil John and the East side boys blasting from the restaurant speakers. It wasn't the clean version either. Listen to what you want in your ears, but with kids in the car.Let's train the young kids about customer service and proper establishment etiquette.etiquette

I love Dutch Bros.. but today I was in a long line and was waiting patiently and the boy that was taking peoples orders skipped my f150 to goto a car that just pulled up and took their order instead of mine. My boyfriend mentioned to him that we have been in line waiting and he said that they are supposed to go in a zig zag motion taking orders and that we would be after the car that just pulled up. So I left due to this lack of compassion for my time and the time or their customers.

I was just randomly driving by and hungry. Expecting sandwiches on the menu, however to my surprise they have this awesome Lemon Muffin. It was a great alternative to a traditional breakfast sandwich that i had my mind on.The service was absolutely Awesome. The young man outside taking my order, asking about my expected first visit and all. Possibly one of the longest drive through lines I’ve sat through. Total time was 29 minutes for coffee. There were 3 cars ahead of me, no one taking orders until you got to the window. They say pick the shortest lane so people were coming up and cutting in line, 3 cars cut so really I had to wait for 6 cars before getting my order. They need to shut down the second lane until they can get someone to work that part and take orders.I ordered the cocomo blended which is delicious, they forgot the whipped cream but I was running so late after sitting in line, I didn’t even bother with it. This Dutch Bros is still relatively new so hopefully they get the staff they need to run it.

Dutch Bros really showed that they care about our community. Kendal is amazing! She donated to project graduation to help us raise money in our silent auction, and she blew me away this morning with iced coffee for the entire Elementary School South staff. The teachers felt so appreciated and excited. Cold coffee with special creamers, and all the good Dutch Bro sweetness put a smile on all as we prepare our little ones for state testing. I was SOOO excited to find a Dutch Bros in Mont Belvieu on my way home from Houston. I LOVE visiting them when I go see my daughter in Oregon and was super excited to find one! My mom has never had it and she loved it as much as I do. The golden eagle blended drink is my absolute favorite. So creamy and delicious. Wish we had one in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area. I would just have to have my paycheck sent directly to them if we did. 😂

10/10 the staff is amazing, they all deserve little forehead kisses.I was struggling to find a new cold brew to try and the employee at the window knew exactly what to recommend me. For some reason I felt safe, knowing my drink order was in this employee’s hands. And boy, I should’ve never doubted him. It was literally the best coffee I have ever had, like I kid u not I literally slurped it down in 15mins (which is so psychotic of me but it was so freckin good) it was the nitro cold brew with some type of cookie crumble on the top idk but i felt like the main character drinking it. And to the employee who recommended me that drink I hope your ur pillow is always cold on both sidesSincerely,the stressed out white girl who needed a good drink

The people are really nice, but good lord the line takes forEVER. 3 cars behind me got their coffee before mine was even made. I finally got up to the window after waiting 30 MINUTES and they JUST started making my order. A simple order too! A regular, how it comes, iced coffee.definitely don’t go in the mornings if you’re headed to work. You’ll be late for sure.

Dutch Bros in Mont Belvieu is by far my favorite place I frequent! The baristas are amazing, fun, and will bring joy to your day every single time you visit! My dog even knows this is the place to be! This establishment is very dog friendly, and all the employees will greet your pup with some love. I honestly order the same thing when I go, which is Dutch classic freeze, plain, no toppings, and I rarely order muffin tops, but they are so good!Thank you, team, for not only being so awesome & and energetic while serving but being so sweet to my dog. Ares says hello, and we'll see yall soon for his cup of ice & water.

Just waited 35 min in the cold for a $7.20 lukewarm cup of coffee. There were entirely too many people there working for the lines to be moving that slow. Too many people standing around doing nothing at all. I was asked 4 times in that time what I ordered. And even after k was told that they were working on my drink, other drinks that ordered after mine were made. That’s too much $ and too long of a wait for poor service and subpar coffee.

As far as I'm concerned, this location is God's gift to Mont Belvieu. The coffee tastes like it was brewed by artisians and topped with fluff whipped by cherubs. Every single person who works here is the happiest and nicest person you've ever met in your life, and they've all got encyclopedic knowledge of the drinks available. You'll probably never even look at the menu, nor would you need to, because the staff will give you spot on suggestions. They also give out stickers and play great music. The price, size, variety, and taste are all far superior to Starbucks. Terrible!!!! Everytime I go there with friends they get my drinks wrong and nasty! I go again because I think maybe someone new and experienced will make me a better coffee than last time I came. It’s always so bland so watery and no flavor at all. It taste my water with soft top. Please don’t waste your time here and go to STARBUCKS! it’s BETTER! Even if it’s more pricey it’s way better than this dump!
