I love Petsmart ! I love looking at the animals and all the dogs people bring in! The employees are so sweet! If you have any questions about an animal/ pet ask an employee and you’ll get the help you need! The store is also very clean it it’s so organized.

I was recently shopping for supplies for a new puppy! I was so excited when the store associate was able to find my account since it has been over six years since I lost my furry family member. She explained to me the “book” and all the offers to save money. It really pays for itself & then some! I was happy to purchase as many things I can use for the new puppy!

Thank twice before you take your puppy to petmark in Missouri City it is terrible since 6 years ago I've been taking my puppy there never had any issues to last year when they changed the manager and the grooming department she is horrible and wouldn't even do my puppy I took her in before I can get home they call me and told me to come get off because she won't come out of the kennel had been having some problem but just looked over it but it's my problem because I should have done something before. They only know one haircut and as to cut all your puppies hair off it is really sad they need to do something about these groomers at petmart Missouri City they do not have the training that they should have sorry to have the move puppy but I hate to because I think they was mistreated her That's why she would be afraid. About 3 years ago I used to take her in they had the best groomers on this side of town not anymore .

Went to buy my Grand doggie food. They only had one small bag left. This was my first time at this location. One of the other customers looking for her dog’s food was telling me that they are never stocked up. That was disappointing to hear. Now I know that I cannot count on this store in case of an emergency.

i don’t usually write reviews but this time i have to. i just left the groomers and i am absolutely mortified with how my bichon looks. she is all white, at least 7 lbs and has a curly fluffy coat. i don’t get why majority of the time i take her here she always leaves bald. the last appointment was totally fine. it was perfect. i understand her hair was a matted this time but my type of dog is known to have a fluffy do & i tell them to only cut a little off her head. every time i pick her up she looks like a schnauzer. im embarrassed to even post these before and afters i could cry right now.

I took Teddy into the Missouri City location to see the Banfield veterinarian to discuss a dietary regime to assist in weight loss. The people there were great! They made both Teddy and myself feel comfortable and relaxed. One of the Vet Techs helped me with a strategy and recommended a feeding plan that will help prolong my Teddys' life. We will definitely be making regular visits back to this Banfield facility for regular checkup and other preventative medical needs.

If I could put 0 stars for this location I would. The grooming here is horrific! I have been a patron at Petsmart for years and frequent often for my pet supplies, but today, they have lost me as a customer for grooming. My dog has been here several times and I have tried SO hard to understand the miscommunication, and misunderstandings when it has come to the final look of his cut. Today I brought my Shi zu - poodle mix to get a teddy bear cut and they shaved him completely off! No ears, no tail, just a little bush on the top of his head. Only to get I'm sorry we didn't read your notes. I literally wanted to cry when I saw him. I know they don't care to lose me and my dog as a customer, but this review is because I know first hand how much love and care and money we put into our pets and no one in this line of work should make us feel like they don't care about a profession they chose and should be passionate about. These groomers need more training in customer service and more importantly, grooming overall.P.S. I moved, so I come to this location due to convenience and the experience I had at my old location in Sugarland, but never again!

I went in looking for some goldfish for the only one we had at home.. The girl that helped me was so pleasant even the cashier had superior customer service..Yes, I got my goldfish.. and I would recommend this PetSmart to anyone that wants a pet or needs anything for their campaign little friend.. Very disappointed and pissed. My babies had grooming appointments. I just moved to Texas and have used PetSmart for years elsewhere. The first time I took my babies her told that they could not do paws on one dog because he would not let them. I never had this issue before but I said ok and I took him to vet and they cut his nails. Now my baby he weighs about 20lbs is a shitzu poodle mix. Not a big dog at all. This time, they took hours to call me to tell me my babies were ready.Told one would not let them cut her hair they charged me an extra fee because they claim the had to get extra people to help groom her, a 15lb shitzu. They did not use the right clippers or the clippers needed to be cleaned etc. her face area cut too close they cut her several times. Her butt area they used clippers and got too close and the razor cut her butt that it looked like she had hemorrhoids and her private parts was cut bad it was bleeding. They didn’t call me her nails, one was bleeding. That’s why she gave them problems and would only sit. She was traumatized.My baby the male shitzu poodle mix was very loud in and ready to go. They hurt him too. The corner of one of his eyes the slit it’s obvious the wrong scissors were used and got too close to his eye. They did not cut his nails or shave his pads. They said he would not let them. I wouldn’t either. His butt area is raw with razor cuts. That’s why they hid him from me til last minute. The whole team that was there needs to be held accountable. I will never use this facility ever again. Been in Texas seven months and only groomed twice in this location and they have really traumatized my babies.

Total disregard for the welfare of my dog. After his being there for 4 1/2 hour without food, water or facilities break (“safety concerns), they did not call me as they said they would and said it again when I called them 3 1/2 hours into the grooming. Calling the owners should be the first priority..I didn’t even get an apology from anyone including the store manager.

I've giving this location too many tries, but today was it! Had an appt for 2 dogs at 8am. Got there and was told the doors aren't open and she forgot the keys inside and the manager wont be there untile an hour later! I drove to far to come back and not hanging around with 2 dogs for one hour or more ! I will find someone who's responsible!

Use this place to purchase supplies. Use local pet stores to buy your animals. The animals at all PetSmart stores are purchased in bulk and not well taken care of as well as the fish. Trust me in any hamster, fish, gerbil, guinea pig does not die on you within 6 months you are just plain lucky.

Never had a problem with the groomers. I drive 45 minutes to get to the Missouri City store but I won’t do that anymore. After arriving at what I thought was on time for our appointment but told I was 15 minutes late and they could not take my dog because they are busy. So standing Around talking is busy. Two were talking and the other was on the phone. No dogs were being groomed at that time. Taking my puppy and business somewhere else.

Hi, I had been doing pick up from this PetSmart for months now. Today I picked up my order and in my order I found 6 cans that were dented, some worse than others. This is not good as there is a chance of food poisoning as the content inside could be compromised, such as it being rotten or botulism (rare but can happen). It's better not risking a huge vet bill by double checking. But, what I don't understand is why anyone would put such obviously dented cans in the bag and think it's ok?!

I wish I could give less than 1 star for this. I recently moved to this location from downtown. For past 2 years I have been taking my dog to pet-smart for grooming and never had issues but the customer service here is really bad. The person who groomed my dog said he was all done but the truth is he was not. When I called them to ask on this she hanged up the phone which I felt was very rude. I feel like groomers should have the patience to at-least listen to our concerns. I will definitely not be going back to this grooming salon. I don’t mind driving back to my old place. I hope they can improve so it doesn’t happen to others.

Rude service people. Wait at cash out counter for quite a while, no cashier to checkout. Manager 2 worker in the office.Rude reply, no help. Never buy here again. These people should not work in retail management.
