My experience at Pet Supplies Plus is always a great one. I am always greeted when I come in. I took my puppy Franklin here to get groomed by Ana, and she did a very good job. Franklin looks like a handsome young man. Also, prior to checking Franklin in, there was a lady, I forgot her name, but she was very nice and informative about how the grooming process goes since Franklin is still a puppy. I really appreciated the additional info on what to expect. I will definitely be coming back to request Ana for Franklin’s grooming services.

Our family is always happy shopping here for our puppy! Staff…….all staff are helpful, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and always listen to our questions and suggest appropriate items. Our puppy has been very picky and they have accommodated us without any hesitation. This is our go to store and will be for a ling time! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

I have shopped here a few times now and I can honestly say they have some of the most helpful staff. Always offering to help me find something or make a choice. This store has a large variety of supplies for my fish and dog.

i want to start this review by saying i’m a dog groomer who works at a salon in sugar land and i have utilized the self wash station twice now because the location is convenient and it’s affordable. i’d rather pay than drive half an hour on my days off. the ONLY thing i would change is the dryers in the self wash. maybe it’s because i'm used to using a two speed force dryer, but the dryer is soooo weak. it takes me well over half an hour to blow dry my short haired double coated dog. and that’s if i leave with her still damp which i hate to do. but the store is clean, the staff is helpful, and i love playing with the kitties that are usually there for adoption!

I love having Pet Supplies plus in Sienna! I was able to score this sweet aquarium for 60% off the price! They helped load it into my car and were very helpful with all my random questions!

Showed up 30 min before store closes today and representative who never really came over to talk to me said I couldn’t do a self-bath for my dog because the “tubs are closed already”. I can’t find anything that says tubs close that much time before store closes. I have a lab and it takes me 10-15 min to do a bath. Headed home to do a home bath. Probably wouldn’t come back except I have a brand new card we spent $40 on. Probably won’t come back when card is used.

They did an amazing job on my dog (Lucky).It was really hard for us to cut his nails and even Pet Smart banned my dog because he wouldnt let them cut his nails or take a bath. Pet Suites however was able to handle my dog. I would recommend Pet Suites if your pet is not used to grooming. We will definitely be coming back again!

Lovely little pet store! Super convenient and staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Have a grooming place and even a self grooming area. Fantastic variety of dog and cat products and everything in between. Would definitely recommend over Petco or PetSmart. Also rewards program is awesome as well!

I know I left a review last time because the lady who rang us up when the store first opened was extremely rude to me. I also mentioned that the owner on the same day was helpful, but she made my trip there a lasting *memory*. Since there isn’t a lot of pet stores in the immediate area I still used this store for curbside orders. I also recently started using grooming since Oct. for three different appointments. The first grooming was a pretty solid 8/10. Then it just went downhill from there, because I would find patches of fur on my dog that were just forgotten and left him uneven. I noticed the same groomer did his groom and it was even worse than the first time. This time I’m avoiding that groomer and sticking with someone else and if anything I’ll go back to the first groomer for another try. I don’t like the bowl cut look on my dog and they kept cutting it down making it look like my child had a fun time with my dog at the “salon”. I was going to upgrade my review to 3/4 stars, but seeing as my previous review was dirty deleted I’m sticking to 3.

Good for supplies - very helpful sales staff. I have spent several hundred dollars there on food and toys.Worse grooming center I have ever been to - associate was completely clueless (and proud of it) and the entry was filthy even though there were no dogs. Arrived 10 minutes after speaking with them on the phone and they had no idea about anything. The associate on the phone asked about rabies and I said she has a tag, the answer was “OK”. Then when I got there they needed a form or to talk to the vet (Saturday afternoon). The dog is 8 months old so not sure how they think it would not be valid. This would have been fine if I was told before wasting an hour of my Saturday.Not only was the person at the counter unapologetic, it was clear she couldn’t care less about my business. End result, I will drive a couple more minutes to Petco for all of my pet needs. A little customer service goes a long way! In the end, this experience converted what would be a loyal customer for years to come (i.e. thousands of dollars revenue) to someone who will steer people away!

I love this store, but the check-in/waiting line for groomers should have been designed better. I never had an issue when the store first opened. But since then, the store has grown popular, and waiting in line is a disaster for me. I can't keep my two dogs still in line for that long. And you can't leave the line because you'll lose your spot in line. Maybe get a software that allows customers to check in to hold their spot.

Top notch customer service! I took my Labrador in for a self-service dog wash and was blown away with their customer service. I was walked though exactly what to expect and their awesome staff even gave me a hand. I will absolutely be back and bring my other dog in too.

I purchased a cookie for my dogs birthday. Right before my dog ate her birthday cookie I noticed it was filled with worms. I was told the cookies were all freshly made but apparently they’re not. Never buying dog treats from here again.

I ordered dog food online from this location and had opted for delivery… I received an email saying the food delivered, but I never actually received anything. The following day, I got a call from an employee saying the food somehow made its way back to the store but I’d have to pay an extra $20 to have them attempt delivery again. Otherwise, I could drive to the store and pick up the order myself.When I arrived at this store, nobody knew where my order was (I’m thinking the Uber driver sent it back to a different location). Lots of confused faces but everyone I interacted with was so incredibly understanding, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure I left the store with what I ordered, even though my original order was nowhere to be found. They gave me some coupons and a free sample of dog food for my pup. The staff was super apologetic and caring. Said they’d save me the time and would figure out where the other package got sent to. They also carried my order out to my car for me (30 lb bag of dog food) which was also a really nice gesture.Store was also very clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. :)

My review is based on my visit this past week to purchase dog food. Upon entering the store I was welcomed by two employees and asked if I needed any help. It kind of caught me off guard because I was only about two strides into the store. I stated I was there to buy dog food. The store’s layout made it easy to see what each isle had and signage was large. The young lady associate told me which isles had dog food and asked if there was a particular brand I needed. That was very helpful customer service.Upon checking out I was the second person in line, but the gentleman associate waived me over to another register to check out. I had a fast and easy first time experience at this location.Prices did seem maybe a dollar or so more on the particular dog food I purchased than at pet co, but I am sure if I opted to sign up for rewards it would even out.

This place seems brand new in my neighborhood, clean, things are in order, many staffs, and they are willing to help.Prices are competitive to other shops, they carries brand-name pet products, do pay attention to their prices though, one of the brand dog food I usually shopped were advertised the same price as the other shop BUT the package quantity was less.I gave this business a 5 Stars because I like their idea of letting you wash your pet there for only $5, shampoo, conditioner, towel, and air dryer are provided. Also this is a brand-new shop, I like to support new business in my neighborhood.Please keep up the good work and keep your price more competitive.

Love this store! Very clean and organized. Staff is friendly! I have been using the self-wash station which is so convenient. I have yet to try the Grooming station for my Goldendoodle. Hope this store stays a long time in Missouri City. It’s a gem.
