I give a low score for the service & accountability. The price was clearly $2.59 I was charged $2.99 for the white cabinet shelves. I went back to the row & shelf where I got the white shelves & nowhere was a $2.99 price. They would not & did not honor that price. I understand you may have raised the price but because the old or incorrect price was still there I feel it should have been honored. That's how you keep customers coming back, instead of putting a bad taste in someone's mouth & feeling I probably won't come back here again. There are so many other dollar stores in town. I can say I am thoroughly disappointed in King Dollar.

People outside begging for money and disturbing the shopping experience. A lot of customers still use cash at Dollar stores, maybe that's why the beggars are here? I won't return.

I have been to most of the King Dollar Stores but this one in Missouri City is my favorite one If you are looking for name brand Merchandise for less price so you have to come to King Dollar stores. Different Varieties of Products like Home Dector, Cleaning Supply, Glasses, Toys,Foods, Drinks, Mexican Candies, Flowers, Auto Stuff and much more for only 1.39$ this location the owner and Employees are very Friendly and Helpfulas a Local guide i Highly recommend King Dollar .

I come to this store all the time and never have they ever turned me or my family away. The sign out side the door says they close at 8pm . I arrived at a locked door at 7:49pm and the guy standing at the door would not let me in. He states that the store closes at 7:45pm but clearly the sign on the door states the store close at 8pm. However, a customer literally walked in just behind me and was let in to purchase her few items. This is poor customer service and need to be change. If the store closes at 7:45pm Monday-Sunday then the sign need to reflect the correct time! Poor management and customer services!!!!!!!!!!!

Eventhough I like going to all family dollar stores or dollar tree stores this store is the coolest store I've ever been to they have alot of selections to choose from, if I can't find anything or I need help of what a price of an item is I either ask one of the employees working or ask management. The manager is way cool and so are the employees working there! Go checkout this store they have plenty of Christmas items to decorate your tree at home and they have some cool jewelry there to!! All the employees are very friendly as I walk inside the store and I will say this compared to other stores this dollar king store is cleaner than some of the other stores I've seen and will not stop shopping there!! Esta tienda los van a gustar munchisimo:) preparanse van a ver munchas cosas en esta tienda bonita!!

Love KING DOLLAR. Everyone who works here is friendly and polite. They always have what I'm looking for. Even though it be over a dollar. It's worth it. I go here so much that they know me by name.

Store well stocked, clean, and convenient but Dollar King need to be removed. Dollar days are gone.. bought 3 items $6.25.Next time I will go to Family Dollar next door and possibly come out cheaper.

This place is a hidden gem! I love going in weekly, you just never know what you’re going to find. The carry Glade candles, Dark and Lovely Aue Natural Products, Carter’s, Dove, and even Carter’s baby products. They have workbooks for the children that are really good! I’m definitely a frequent shopper. They have the thick neon socks with the grippers on the bottom and holiday decor. I could really go on and on about this store. I buy my auxiliary cord, extension cords, scrunchies, and body wash from here. My boyfriends work gloves, he doesn’t know, but they always come from here. They have 6 pk of socks for all ages and Crest toothpaste. Secret deodorant all for $1.25. Best part of it all every time I walk through the door this nice guy says, hi friend we have new candles today good to see you!

Love this store! Some items can be found at a dollar tree, so I wouldn't suggest getting them here, but for items that usually cost more than a bulk. The price keeps increasing...I believe when they first opened everything was 1.09 now it's 1.45...Store is loaded with everything from school/office supplies to cookware and even tools!

Great Store! Many items, wide selection. Well layed out and clean. I didn't use the restroom, but my mom did; she reports it was clean, but didn't like the automatic light as it had a significant delay in turning on (at least 30 seconds). The employees were professional and friendly.

Owners are very nice here. I visit April 2,2021. My sister and I bought a couple items for my moms bday ,at the check out there were some rings my sister was trying it on to see which one fit her so she can purchase some, and the Mexican man at the cash register told her ." I need to help the next person ( pretty much leave) my sister just looked at him and left. She didnt buy no rings smh. Why you have rings by the cash register if you dont want noone to try them. My sister was only there for 20 secs i can understand 5-10 mins her trying on the rings smh. Other then that the store is great for a quick pick up. Thanks!

They over charging for items and taxes.dont call it dollar store if things are 3$ 4$ on stuff and charging so much on taxes.i had 4 things came out 15$ or more.this store prices are high.cashier old man with glasses annoys me counting my items saying mucho dinero over and over again.stop that.plus they sell snacks their expired to December 2019 or 2020 items.thats wrong selling expired items.

The store is very clean and well stocked! However, o do not like the fact that they do not clarify what items are $1.39 or $1.59. Just recently the items were a$1.25 but now they are $1.39. The only way you find that out is when you come to the register and they have it posted on the window facing you as you are ready to check out! It should be to where you are able to see the price change as you walk into the store, not after!!

The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because 1. The gentleman up front is very kind. 2. They have a great and wide selection of items (gifting supplies wise since that's the only area I saw). My first time experience there was terrible because of the older middle eastern lady with the glasses that works there. When I entered the store I asked one of the employees if they were selling their empty boxes and said "yes, it'll be $1.50" I found the box I needed to wrap my gift and went to check out. I noticed the lady (w/ glasses) was staring at me weird but I thought it was bc I was wearing a mask. When I approached the checkout she snatched the box away from me and with an attitude kept saying, "we're not selling our boxes anymore because we're running out." I said, "oh sorry, one of the employees told me I could buy it." Then she repeated herself shaking her head and waving her hand at me saying, "No! We're running out of boxes and aren't selling them anymore!" I was like "okayyyy...." I walked away disappointed. Checked out the gift supplies area again. Decided, I wanted to ask if they had big wedding themed gift bags just in case I missed the area. I noted to myself not to talk to that lady every again since her attitude is TERRIBLE. I wanted to speak with the gentleman instead. As I was waiting she approached me and asked if I needed anything. I told her, "I just have a question for him." Then she started having an attitude again and spoke in Arabic and said that they're not selling the boxes and that she already told me no. I was just so disgusted and shocked. What am I, a child??? I told her in a very stern voice "I'm not asking about the boxes. " Then she looked at me surprised and walked away. I couldn't believe this woman would do something like that, for no reason. I value customer service and would never go to this store ever again, especially if she's still there. I do appreciate the gentleman I talked to afterwards and other employee that was nice but she(glasses lady) took it to another level of disregard and disrespect. For that, I refuse to spend my money here. Sorry for the long review this just happened to me 10 minutes ago so I couldn't help myself. Lesson learned. NEVER. AGAIN. If it wasn't for the other employees and selection I would give this place ZERO stars bc of my first time experience.

selection does change so you have to get it if you see it. For those that complain about cheap stuff, what do you expect from a dollar store. They get a lot of name brand closeout stuff so if you catch it at the right time, you can save a lot! Also some have posted about charging more. Yes they do get some specialty items and charge more, but they tell you up front. They will have a price on it and then when you check out they say it will be more so it's not false advertising. Besides some of these are huge discounts compared to getting them at a box store. So is 1.59 not a good deal when its 8 or more elsewhere???

Pretty big selection. But I've been 2 times to this location and found the employees "difficult " .. Not very friendly. They hover you as if you might be shop lifting. Not helpful in finding things. And rush you out of there. The man checking me out started out nice but ended up being rude by rushing me when there was no one else in line.

Love this location. Went before closing and it smelled good from them cleaning and they were stocked with everything I needed. And of course it was 1.39 for each item and most were name brand items.

I live in Mobile Alabama. I make at least 2 trips a year. I spend at least 100.00.I get enough of supplies to last me 6month.I love that store.I got one problem. In the last six months there prices has changed. 25 cent. From 1.15 to 1.25.leave your prices the same. Dollar General an Dollar store will beat your prices.

This place is definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at. They have it all for low prices if you need to decorate for a party, they got you. You need school supplies, they got you. If you haven't been here stop by you will not regret it
