The older woman who “greets” the customer service calls SHOULD be fired for the way she responds to customers. Extremely rude and passive aggressive despite how politely I replied. Corporate should begin monitoring calls after reading similar reviews. And on another note, if you hate your job THAT much simply find another.

Several times I've visited this store to buy Chicken feed, amongst other things and I usually find someone to help me load the 50lb bag of feed onto my cart and into my car.. I recommend this friendly and helpful store to everyone🤗

My spouse went in to get a chain for a saw . Asked for help from a lady. She ignored him and never helped him. He waited and waited. There is lots of people but she ignored him.He was there a few minutes ago and had to leave.Now my husband who goes there 2 to 3 times a week doesn't want to ever go there again.

I went for the dog washing station and was disappointed with the setup . First a couple was washing 3 dogs before me and was not told about this before I purchased my dog wash ($9.99) . The wait was a little over an hour for them to complete. The room drains began to overflow and there was much dog hair in the actual area where you was your dog. This left about an inch of water inside the washing area. After the long wait and then the mess in the washing area I was given a refund and left. Still the store was great to walk around in but the washing area not so much.

It was my first time visiting the store. I was super impressed with how well run the store is.I had no idea how pet focused Tractor Supply Co. was. As soon as I saw the section, it was like a pet food wonderland. Huge bags and a large assortment of dog food, treats, and toys. Super cool.I was even told they have a place for you to bathe your dog in the back.They also have a pickup service with their app. You just drive up, and they load your order. This is great because it makes it so easy to order 50lb. bags of dog food.I didn't have much time to explore the rest of the store, but I'm looking forward to it the next time I need to get more food for my dog.

Not the stores fault but be careful ordering from online. Ordered dog food, May 25th. Supposed to ship within 2 days. It's been 7, hasn't even shipped. They claim it's a supply chain issue. Tired of that excuse. Two other stores in area have this size bag in stock! Talked to customer solutions twice, they "can't cancel order, you have to "return item once you get it.". So called credit card and filed stop order as they are holding my money. Credit card company too happy to oblige! Store here is great, but two times issues with online ordering.

definitely good place to wash your dog for a very cheap price! one problem is we went early in the morning and waited over 10~minutes for the water to never warm up a bit. But definitely recommend here if you want to wash your dog!

I have loved tractor supply for years. For the longest time your men's bathroom doesn't have a toilet paper dispenser.Please, please can we live a little better. It's bad enough that people throw toilet paper in the trash can but they also handle the hopefully the clean roll.I have even had to search on the floor for the toilet paper.Thank you for your assistance.

Great quality pet food huge variety at very reasonable prices! Staff is very informative & helpful.. they even carry vaccines, along with dates as to when a vet will be on site. Its great knowing some people/businesses really do care about your loyal sidekick :)

Great tractor supply! Always very clean. I just wish they had carts. Every time I go in to get feed I've got to carry the 30 lb bag over my shoulder. You would think for a store that sells such large and heavy items / equipment they would have more carts. I really didn't want to have to carry that bag today and even went looking for a cart in the parking lot. There was one that looked like it got hit by a vehicle and was unusable. Please get carts and The shopping experience would be perfect.

Will Never step foot in any tractor supply store again because of this one store. Stood there for 30 min after the cashier said she would have someone out to fill a propane bottle for me. Went back in and spoke with her again and again was told there would be someone out to help me. Another 15 min went by before I tracked down the man working outside, he informed me that they had no one available to pump propane and I was out of luck. 45 min standing there when they had no intention of helping me.

Love this store but this particular location seems very discombobulated. The signs say 75 percent off but when you get to the check out, they ring up at full price. Manager isn't available. Only one fairly new employee working the one cash register. Nobody knows where anything is.

Normally I love Tractor Supply but the service is extremely slow here. I've only ever seen one register open at a time and there is always a very slow moving line.Today I waited 40 minutes and politely spoke to multiple employees trying to get them to fill my propane. I spoke to someone every ten minutes and after 40 minutes they finally told me they are out of propane and cannot fill my tanks. Wasted my time. Wish they would have told me the first time I spoke to them.

Not a good store. Made three trips to find a belt for my riding mower no luck. And when I looked for help the two guys I asked kept saying it was the customers fault for not having the area organized. I even took the cardboard box from the belt I was looking for and they both were to busy from what I saw they were just standing there. I don't recommend this store

Worst place ever! You go to a smaller place because the service at Lowe’s a home depot are just the worse. You think this place would be different. They have one person on the floor. There’s people in their stock room laughing it up. I wait to see if someone would offer help next to the battery area and nothing...I wait in line at the register to be told that an item that is said to be available at their location online is truly not in stock. I kindly asked if they could check if another location had the battery I was looking for. I was told to call the numbers for the stores and ask my self. First and last time at tractor supply.

FYI I went to the one at Rio grande city and took a long time to pay they had a line of more than 5 people and the funny thing is that there were 3 ladies there and only one register open. Don't get me wrong I like these stores but it was just ridiculous the time we have to wait to pay.

I'm a regular here and so is that me little when you come in you can ask for us we usually come in there and walk around dog section and me Lou likes to check out the toys we have a great time together here over here in the staff already know my dog so well that they have treats waiting for her when she comes in
