Matt at customer service desk was efficient , helpful, courteous ,knowledgeable, quick, kind ,and it was a great experience with him . One of the employees there was very unprofessional. Thank you Matt.March 27. They won't answer and there voice help connected me. A machine is not the same as a person. Never got anything done. Frustrating! March 29. 1:25pm. I am calling for status on order and this young lady was soooo rude that she hung up. Why do people do that?

Please teach your employees the products the store offers, or at least get someone who can help not just walk away, or say that you don't carry it if I'm showing you a picture from HD website....🤦 Please practice common courtesy, if your having a bad day, please stay home or maybe working with people isn't for you. Offer faster check outs for contractors, please don't put the slowest person on there, please do not close isles when it's rush hour. Offer parking for trucks hauling trailers. Long list of improvement possibilities, I know it's hard to hire good folks, manage departments, and multitask with customers always asking for help. I've done it. Maybe add a digital assistant in all departments and digital map at the entrance? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I shop at different locations on a daily basis, and yet the "blue store" experience is so smooth, just saying, it can be done. 😬

Nearly every associate was nice, said hello, and was extremely helpful except for Joe from hardware. He makes no eye contact when you talk to him, has his arms folded like he’s annoyed you’re even asking him a question, and his entire demeanor just screams, “how dare you bother ME, an associate that works HERE”. Just rude.

The worst experience I’ve had by far. I was purchasing a fire pit and needed assistance but everyone apparently had more important things to do as they kept telling me. Once someone came to help me he said I needed to go get my own cart then he would be able to help me. No offer to help load in my truck and had to keep asking employees for assistance to load but they needed to take care of other things before. I guess there’s no customer service at Home Depot and no wonder self checkout is now a thing everywhere.

Love this homedepot it's my go to for home essentials and materials I love how everyone offers to help with what I'm looking for, oh and this place doesn't just have home essentials it also has gardening equipment and plants as well which is a win win for me! Overall I really recommend

I usually go very early in the morning, for the past 2 months. I've been doing plumbing work at my home. There's this one guy by the name of Manny at the plumbing department that has been very helpful and knowledgeable on the subject. Always has a simple solution for my needs

Everybody’s reviews are based on their experience could be different and this one is mine. They always have what I am looking for, the employees are hard to find some times but after walking all over the place, you find help. Some will guide you and some will redirect you for a better option. I liked that you can find some deals once in a while if you know how to look around and shop for the right items

When you need stuff it’s the place to go. What sucks is that there’s one that is far from my house but I found this one and it’s not that far as most places are like sams club but it’s a bit closer which makes it a bit easier to just drive from my house to this Home Depot in about 5 to 9 minutes depending on how much traffic is passing through from. School, work and the usual one.

Talk about above and beyond, JOB I think is the man's name. Approached me asking if I needed help, went above and beyond to look for item I needed. Had a great conversation after helping me and my wife. We need more people like him in this world.

Aisles always closed when trying to get material, should work over night have everything ready for morning workers, always waste of time and time is money…Sometimes you’d be in an aisle and workers tell you to get out of the aisle because it’s gonna be closed… really…?

Great helpful employees are getting harder and harder to find. Margie at the service desk is awesome, beyond helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Friendly smiling face is the cherry on top of the dessert 👍👍👍

Just delivered my brand new DENTED fridge. Not sure if delivery drivers fault or because it wasn't packaged properly to protect from damages, either way not a happy customer. I requested delivery because I don't own a truck to pick up now I have to figure out how to take it to store to try to get replacement. Fun😒

Today, I went to the nursery side of Home Depot. Let me tell you with this heat it's been soo HOT the plants are getting the hit very well. I feel bad cause some plants are not been watered. I think if the plants are watered at night the water will last longer so people can purchase. It's sad the plants are going to waste and it's loss merchandise. Aside from this everything is good.

Needed some Paint. People where scattered everywhere. So I asked a girl by the name of Nat if there was a line and she directed us to the sign shown in the picture and there was no line. Soon after we waited in "line" and didn't even bother attending us.

Super bad customer service!!! Lady from appliances needs manners . Rude didn’t give her name . Later found out it was yoli(Yolanda) . If your so short staff then start HIRING!!! Useless as guys flirting with any girl they see. Yet when you ask for their help they ignore you and have you waiting for HOURS. Waited about an 1hr to get help then another 30 minutes for them to get someone to get the machine down 🙄. Didn’t even help us put it in the cart. Just left it in the floor for us 2 females . In the section for the windows . No one helped us . Had to get 2 big windows down myself from a height of 6-8 ft.

Not happy with any home depot location here in McAllen. They treat you with distain from the time you enter the store. They treat you like your a common thief. They don't ever gather the carts and have them in the store. Getting to the contractors loading area is impossible it has been blocked off all week. My business is going to Lowe's for the remainder of the time working here in McAllen

For years my to go place to find things for the "do it yourself projects "I only have on thing against them , they need more cashiers, those self service one are always holding you and making you wait for assistance. And honestly you waist like 15 minutes using those machines . I personally prefer a human being helping me out .

Four stars because they got my order correct in the end. If you are looking for tool storage, you need to walk every isle of the tool section, including the front wall. Still seems to be a lot of power tools that aren't in stock. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was very refreshing.

The best home depot store in the valley, loved I been buy material since home depot in mission texas sherry was open. Nice professional service and excellent customer service. All employees are nice.
