I've been taking my dog (potter) here since he was a puppy and they always listen to the type of cut I want for him and if I ask them not to do something like ear cleaning then they makesure not to do it. Thank you so much for his recent haircut!! We love it.

Just picked up my baby from this groomers! Hands down, an amazing job! Look at that shine on her fur!! She loved them and came out super happy! I also love how she gets greeted when we drop her off. She used to have separation anxiety at the groomers until I started using this pet salon. Thank you for your awesome attention and service for Korra. We look forward to using your Pet Hotel Services soon! I can finally relax at home without seeing her hair all over the place!😅

This was the first time I’ve ever needed a dog hotel service. I left my Venancio here from Thursday to Monday. I am very happy with the customer service. They called me and kept me updated… When I picked up my dog he was very happy, clean, relaxed ,and well hydrated. 10/10 recommend, I will definitely be returning.

Amazing service!!!! My puppies looked adorable after they were groomed. My older baby has long hair and knots, you can tell they take their time because her hair was knot free and the softes it’s ever been. We will be taking them back as needed. They got new loyal customers, we loved their work. The staff was amazing and friendly, you can tell they love their job. :)

They definitely took care of me as a customer and did a wonderful job on my dog Junior!!! I was in a car accident and told them I depend on rides and accommodated me by bumping up my Junior to get groomed so I can have my ride pick him up on time. They also groomed Junior exactly how I wanted him to look like in the picture I showed them. I'm very impressed and appreciate their customer service.

ABUSED AND NEGLECTED IN BOARDING!I took my dog for boarding. Just got her back and WOW! I got her loaded into the car and she was whimpering from the moment she saw me until we got home. As I got her down from the car I noticed her back end was weak and when I looked she had a CHUNK OF FLESH MISSING from her tail! It wasn’t a fresh wound! There was no blood just a raw open wound. I got her inside and she couldn’t drink enough water. I called immediately and the owner said to send him pictures and he would get right back to me….here we are next day and nothing. He claimed he would pay for vet bills and get to the bottom of it. Now I’m looking at other reviews and see the water issue is no coincidence nor is the abuse she was subjected to. Not the last they will hear from me. And if your pet was hurt there please post and hold this owner accountable so other pets and owners don’t have to go through this trauma. 🙏

Thank you so much! My husband and I drove in from San Antonio to celebrate my nephew’s birthday in Mission. They got extremely muddy and matted, so we decided to look for a dog groomer nearby before we checked into our hotel. We called 1 HOUR before closing and they were able to squeeze us in!!! They were so friendly and understanding of our situation. They accommodate both Shiner and Tejas (large Goldendoodles with lots of fur to bathe and dry) on a Saturday one hour before closing. When we picked them up, the owner came out to ask us about Shiner’s paws and how he would complementary fix his paws. The owner was so professional and patiently explained some grooming techniques he recommends. We were so impressed with their cuts. Their ears were cleaned out and their teeth were sparkling! Highly recommended this spot.

Professional haircut and style for my Morkie. He came home happy and perfectly groomed with clean ears, trimmed nails and a beautiful coat. This is the first groomer we chose in the Valley because of the reviews. The prices are very competitive compared to three other cities I've lived in. I will definitely be coming back!

Connor is always happy to be dropped off here, forgets all about me when staff opens the door. His fur is always soft after grooming, nails are always neat, and his mood overall is just better. If you have any medical concerns, Flash Pet Salon is always happy to accommodate if they can during overnight stays. My guy seems delighted to see staff everytime.

My Little Marty loves going to this pet salon. The owner’s name is Arthur and my dog absolutely loves him. I send my dog there Monday through Friday for daycare and for all of his grooming needs. They treat my dog like family and my Marty loves them!They also offer wonderful services at affordable prices.

I had used this business for about a year and never was consistent with my dogs grooming. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this last time is where I drew the line. My dogs hair came out horrible. I plan on moving on from this place.

They had an employee choke a dog & it's eye pop out. Not to sure how well they keep an eye on employees or who they hire isn't patient. But definitely wouldn't recommend this place

Honest people and great service. Caring groomers. I had over paid 20 dollars and the cashier was honest to give me back my money. She could of easily pocketed the extra money but she didn't.

They did an okay job tbh. The price for both and teeth cleaning seemed to be a bit pricy. Its 71$ for 2 small dogs of 15lbs and less. My dogs were shy and such but only because they've never been near anyone else other than us and our family. The nails they did good on one since she has a crooked nail ( was already there when we adopted them ) but the other it seems like they didn't do much and seemed to still be pointy. Other than that its a great place. They say they would call us when they're ready. But it was already close to closing time and we haven't received a call. They seemed to be a bit annoyed when i called to check on them because we should get a call. But im calling cuz its 2 pups who hardly been separated and tend to be scared with new people and they said they would be done in 2-3 hrs.

Professional and Kind! I can’t say enough good things about that his place. The owner is hands on and super nice! The staff go above and beyond to help you care for your dog. The groomer take pride in the work that they do and always leave my dogs looking their best. I highly recommend this place to people to people with multiple pets as they are reasonable and fair.

This place has it all! Professional and welcoming staff, attentive and caring. They provide excellent service at great price. I relied on Flash Pet Salon to take care of my dogs Through their boarding services every other week for almost 5 months while I received chemo treatments. They gave me peace of mind knowing my 2 dogs were well taken care of and not an additional worry during such stressful times. My dogs were always happy to go were welcomed upon arrival and when I picked them up they were clean well groomed and smelling great with a bandana. I highly recommend Flash Pet Hotel. My daughter and I were leaving out of town for 5 days and had never left our 6 month old pug Luna with anyone before. I researched reviews of several boarding places and this was the one with the best reviews. I was hesitant about leaving her because Luna has to take medication twice daily and can only eat her prescribed food. When I visited the place and spoke with the manager about my concerns, she assured me that our Luna would be given her medication and would not be fed anything but her prescribed food. We left her and checked up on her daily and were reassured that she was fine. I was concerned whether she was eating enough daily as she has a poor appetite due to her illness but when we picked her up, the manager told us that she had a trick to get her to eat her food by crushing her treats and mixing it into her food. Our Luna looked happy and healthy when we picked her up plus she smelled good. Great place, great staff, and great prices. We will definitely leave her there next time we go out of town...Thank you Flash staff for taking such good care of our Luna.

Took my two girls, a Maltese and a maltipoo. Told them I understood if they had to shave them down since my Maltese was a bit matted and every place I’ve been to usually doesn’t bother trying to brush them out. I was shocked when I picked them up and saw they took every single matt out and even gave them little bows. Will be bringing them here since it’s a very reasonable price and amazing service. The owner was very kind and professional.

I love this pet salon! The people there are so nice. My dog is a tiny, long-haired chihuahua who is afraid of literally everything but the two times I have taken her her she seemed happy and comfortable. I also noticed that she became more tolerant during bath time and I think it was because they made her feel comfortable there. 10/10 would recommend. My dog always comes out happy, smelling good and looking great.

I used this business to take care of my 4 dogs over the weekend. I was very hesitant to use them simply because of their high cost but I was hopeful they would at least receive good attention. I'm not sure they were ever given water over the 3 day period based on how much water they consumed when they got home. On the plus side, they got a bath. I do feel like the business is a facade and in general a rip off. Paying $606 dollars (originally it was $706) for 4 dogs to sleep on a concrete slab that is 6x6 seems at least twice as expensive as it should. I feel relieved that they came back alive. It's a very expensive dog kennel.

Flash Pet Salon & Hotel is the first grooming place where my dog feels safe, I've taken him to many different places and he would always come out shaking and scared, since the first time I took him here he was so calm when I picked him up, this is the second time and same experience. About the grooming, this is also the first place where my Toy Poodle has had a really nice stylish teddy bear face haircut. Owner and staff with very good manners, excellent customer service, salon location it's awesome and the place is clean, They really treat your pet as they deserve to be treated. Brownie and Brownie's mom and dad love this place

After trying to find the perfect place for my 9 month, extremely active and hyper Lab, I found THE BEST place for weekend boarding (hotel stay). They allow you to give them a schedule of your dog’s day as well as take/leave anything with your dog to make them feel at home — toys, treats, beds, etc.When I picked Champ up after the weekend, he was so so excited and happy! When we were walking out, he ran back to the door where the staff enters through and he did not want to leave! HAHAHAThe customer service is exceptional and they really make you feel like part of the family! The facility is extremely clean and prices are very reasonable!You will leave your dog in good hands! ☺️👍🏼Clearly, I highly recommend them!
