The groomers did a great job with Riley’s Grooming, Although the Price was originally $77 we went to pick him up it went to $95 with a tip. But for a once in a while grooming I think it’s worth it. I can definitely see there is great quality & love put into his grooming. My little guy is so happy & he says keep up the great work. Ruff Ruff🐶🐾♥️

You have the best selection of fish. I have been looking for key-hole fish for all most 10 years now. You had them. I know, I can get them on the net but I am not willing to pay $150.00 for fish at one time.

I have been to this location several times and had never had an issue. I took my dog on Saturday for a 9:45 appointment for just a bath and I had to pick him up at 2pm because they had not yet started to work on him. Unbelievable that they would give an appointment for a certain time and leave the dog in a crate for 4 hours.

I enjoy coming to this Petco because of Pam. Everyone she interacts with, she listens to you and continues to give solutions or just allows you to talk/vent. Huge thank you for having wonderful customer service!

My husband and I went to petco in Midlothian and this was the FIRST pet store that would actually try and handle the hamster before we bought him to make sure the hamster was safe for our daughters first time ever having one for Christmas! Sara and Desiree were the best! Their customer service was the best I have ever seen in a very long time!!! They helped us make sure we got everything we needed for this amazing sweet hamster!! Thank you so much Sara and Desiree for all your help and hard work on Christmas Eve y’all are the best!

I should’ve just went to petsmart.I bought a betta fish for my daughter and have had him for about 3 weeks now. Yesterday we decided to get him a live plant for his tank. I asked for help since I am new to this and the girl that worked there. She told me about the plant and I asked which one she would recommend since she said she had a betta and she pointed two out that were in another fish tank where there weren’t any bettas. I immediately thought it was weird, but just waited to see if maybe she was going to go get it from a container or something. I told her which ones I wanted, There was one in a pot, and then one that was attached to the tank. Still waiting on her to get it from somewhere else, She said that she was going to get a container and put them in there But that she needed to get the algae off of one of the plants. She stuck her hand in the water to get the plants And used her thumb to wipe off the algae That was on one of the plants And put it in a bag. I asked her if I just put it in his tank or do I need to take him out first And she said that I would just put them in his tank. So I got home and put them in his tank. I don’t know anything about fish, but he seemed to be curious about it. This morning we woke up to a dead fish. I went to Petsmart to get my daughter a new one before she got home so that she wouldn’t notice because she has been obsessed with this fish since we got it. At Petsmart they’re very knowledgeable and You can tell that they love what they do. I immediately regretted going to Petco for a plant. This lady said it does not make sense how They just grabbed a random plant from a random fish tank, mixed with other fish THEN Didn’t even properly clean the plants Before she gave them to me. Might not seem like a big deal, But just wanted to make people aware. Highly recommend the Petsmart in Mansfield.

Absolutely terrible. I went in for two things and could not find the correct sizes in anything that I needed. The kindest young lady was helping me at the front try to search for the correct size, then the rudest, most disrespectful manager came from behind the counter yelling at her to stop helping me and get back to the register. Then, he continued to raise his voice at me saying that they can’t help me. The only option they had, had a stain on it and I asked for a discount due to there being no other option. He offer 10% off….i asked for more because there is a STAIN and he then raised his voice at me again and walked away. The young lady was left apologizing. She is clearly uncomfortable and in an extremely toxic work environment that is extremely hostile. PLEASE someone get this horrible man out of here and some kind leadership in place to oversee the sweet staff that they have.

Decided to have both my long haired German shepherds groomed even though I was very leery considering a not so SMART rival absolutely butchered my older shepherds trim a couple years ago. The salon manager, Christian Ramirez, understood my concerns and did the bathing and grooming herself and knocked it out of the park and it was much cheaper than my last grooming with the other place.

Groomers are thieves. Quotes me $60 ish over the phone. When I picked up they added an extra $12 in mandatory fees. Plus tax that cut for my 10 lb dog was $81. More expensive than everyone else and they didn’t even cut him like I asked. Call a mobile groomer or go to Petsmart.

i bought some crickets and they were all dead :/. i called up to the store seeking customer service and they said the pre recorded message said it would redirect me to someone who could help and just hung up the phone 🤷🏻‍♀️. never got a call back or anything. really disappointed honestly

Very clean store with all the amenities you can think of for your pet. They have veterinary service, grooming, etc. They have a wide variety of dog and cat foods that are top brands and are very healthy for your pet. The only complaint i have is that they want to charge you for a plastic bag to put your purchases in, so bring your own bag. I would recommend this establishment.

They sold a female Jackson Chameleon as a panther for $399.99.I notified them twice and called corporate."A" manager said they ordered a panther, but Jackson is what arrived.Fraud defined.

This is the nearest Petco to me, so I don't come often unless there are a few places I need to hit in Midlo. The place is always well organized and clean. The employees are courteous and efficient. Don't really have any negative thing to say about this store. The only thing I did notice is that the leash and collar section was practically empty. I guess everyone is looking for new collars for their furbabies today.

I have never been in here without 2 or 3 people asking if I need help finding anything. We took one of our dogs here for the first time this month. We noticed that when we picked him up he was all excited and happy. At other places we have taken him you could tell he was stressed when we picked him up. They gave him a really good haircut, we will definitely be taking him back.

I rarely write negative reviews, however after the way we were treated today I feel inclined to share. My family and I went into the Petco in Midlothian, Texas to purchase some fish. We had a question before completing our decision. One of the helpers wasn't familiar with the fish so she went to get the right person. When she returned she delivered the very unwelcoming message from her coworker. We were told that they didn't have time for a lot of questions and we would have to come back tomorrow. The store still had 20 minutes till closing and we only had one question. We left with absolutely No intention in returning to the store.Customer Service is obviously absent from this particular store. I am only left to guess that they don't need Customers.

Damien is my go to guy. I love how he’s always available for Cookie. He does a great job working around my hectic schedule. Damien is so kind and patient. He is awesome with the reminders and makes sure I reschedule each time. I couldn’t ask for a better groomer. He stays a step ahead of me each visit. I appreciate him!!! Cookie looks d*mn good too. Bre always give Cookie a new nickname that I can’t remember. Great team!!!

Over charged me for an item that was supposed to be on sale, entered in her phone number for rewards and didn’t give me a receipt so no way of returning or proving. Dog treats 19$ toy was supposed to be 5.48 how did that make 43$ worth of a purchase.
