Let me just say for the record, you don’t have to have the best people service to be the best dog groomer in town- the state as a matter of speaking facts! This place is amazing. Every time my babies have gone, A1 has not failed! My babies come back beautiful and perfection! When I lost my yorkiepoo, Coco… even after only visiting one time, I had one sorry for loss card or word spoken and that was from the owner of this place. Don’t take her wrong if she rubs you that way- she is passionate about her business with her animals and cares deeply about them. ❤️ I remember the first time I came to this business I wasn’t so sure about coming back, but when I see the love and care that the owner puts into our fur babies, I said no matter what- my dogs will be coming here. Forever clients - Roxie, Ruby and Rosie Lopez!

Highly recommend Pets of Perfection. They were able to fit our two standard poodles in for baths the same week. Our pups were not stressed at all. One of our pups is pretty busy and they handled her perfectly. Asked them if they could do nails on our small dog when I came in to pickup and they were very accommodating. They came home with these adorable bows. We'll definitely be back!

I have taken my dog twice. First time we had just a bit cut and loved it. Second time we had summer cut, blueberry facial, blueberry shampoo, teeth were brushed, anal glands done. I asked to have her face cut shorter because it grows so fast. She was absolutely perfect!!! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and very helpful with each pet parents' questions. Cost is worth the service. 🐾❤️🐾 Before and after pictures.

This is the best groomer in town and we feel safe and secure leaving our Great Pyrenees and our old husky/lab every time. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s also reasonably priced.

Terrible owner should be shut down. Did things to my pet that she was instructed not to do and gave him half of a haircut for $78. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND MONEY! If you love your fur baby...go somewhere else.

Great place for kitties! I bring my Persian cat (7yrs old) here for a nice high quality cut and grooming, she been coming here for years. She always smells like heaven when she leaves here. I’m 100% sure my cat is over me sniffing her randomly 🤣 but she’s so clean I can’t help it! ❤️

Love Pets of Perfection, they care about your dog just as much (if not more sometimes) as you do! Cynthia (the owner) is AMAZING with our little spoiled-rotten cotton ball Lucy. No matter how Lucy is feeling that day, Cynthia can adapt to her needs, which I understand is outrageous for Lucy being a dog, but with Lucy, it is either her way or the highway as many can attest. I began to love Pets of Perfection when Lucy was having bad allergies and Cynthia said she will do everything she can to get to the bottom of it, whether it was changing her bathing products to oat-based products or using different conditioners, or different perfumes or food. Along with all the thought and consideration for our baby, Lucy is always looking her best after leaving Pets of Perfection but what I love most is that Cynthia is amazing at what she does! Customer service, website fluidity, etc are not as much of a factor for me as all I want and all that really matters in terms of keeping my dog how she is intended to be is high-quality grooming to 'perfection' and that is what Cynthia and her staff is best at. Another available option that I love is the boarding, I personally have seen Pets of Perfection's new boarding facility when I went and picked up Lucy and wow. A brand new building with A/C and heat and tv's and adequate room and storage and toys, bowls, grass to run and play and pass the occasional bowel movement that all of our pets do so well...it's everything you would need for a dogs home away from home! I'll attach a picture of our little fur-ball lucy, she is a little Bichon Frisé with a very big attitude and she loves Pets of Perfection, as do we!

Pets of Perfection has taken care of my Havanese since I got her. The treatment she has had is excellent. Here hair cut and bath days produce a beautifully groomed lady. The extra care provided by all of the personnel there is exemplary.

Called to see if they did cat nail trims, They said yes, So i came over, And a older lady greeted me, and i saw there were TONS of dogs, Really shows other people really enjoy these guys, Brought my cat in, Explained shes a bit, stubborn and nervous and hates being grabbed, around other animals etc etc, The old lady said "do you want her done?" and i knew already these guys were the real deal, she got done in a record 32 seconds, (not counting payment) and we left happy. yes she was rough, but knew what she was doing, will be coming back.

We love Pets of Perfection! Friendly staff. They love my dog, and Jovi LOVES going. Worth the drive to downtown Midlothian. If you are looking for a place to have your pet truly taken care of- POP is the place!

If you’re okay with your pets being shaved down every time you take them there.. then this is the place for you. I didn’t say a word upon pick up. I was too stunned to speak. I paid $120 and left. Got out the parking lot and cried all the way home. THIS IS NOT OKAY!! Her hair was maybe an inch long and we comb often. And what gets me the most is THE EARS.. they shaved them.. and clearly they’ve blocked it so you can’t post photos of their work.

Not quite sure where to start... I've never experienced anything quite like I did yesterday (11/14/17). My wife & I have been taking our Papillon, "Primo", here for the past 3 years. I dropped Primo off at 8:00am yesterday to be groomed. Around 1:45pm, my wife received a call from the Midlothian Veterinary Clinic stating they had Primo at their office and needed permission to give him shot so a 2 inch laceration could be stitched up (NO CALL FROM PETS OF PERFECTION). Since no call had been received from Pets of Perfection, I finally called them at 2:30pm. They said they didn't want to upset us with a call until they had verified with the Vet that everything was OK and told me some story that Primo's skin must have just torn from trying to brush him out (WHAT!). I know accidents can happen, but PLEASE, TELL ME THE TRUTH! My guess is he received a cut from scissors. You don't get a cut like this from brushing out hair. Primo was released to us from the Vet's office at 4:45pm with 2 antibiotics & 2 pain killer meds. Needless to say, we won't darken the doorway of this establishment ever again and caution others using them or considering using them.

We have a huskey and he is old. Pets of Perfection does such a wonderful job with deshedding and loving on him. I would not take him anywhere else. If you have a large breed dog this is the place to go!!!! And they do fabulous with the littles too.

Cynthia was great! Was a little nervous about bringing my cat in to get a lion cut (more nervous for the employees so they wouldn’t get scratched) but Cynthia definitely new what she was doing! She made the whole process quick and seamless and no one got injured. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their pet groomed. Professional people here who know what they’re doing.

We have been taking our two big dogs here for almost 2 years. We have always been treated with kindness by the staff. This place is run efficiently and they always do a good job on our boys! Would definitely recommend!
