I purchased three pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut website, and unfortunately, one of the pair arrived with a slight scratch on one of the lenses. I read the exchange and return policy and it clearly states that I can return to any Sunglass Hut store.I arrived at the store and the manager from the store absolutely would not exchange them because they were purchased online. I showed him the return documents and he wouldn't budge. After about ten minutes discussing the return policy and not really getting anywhere with the manager, I became befuddled, thinking that perhaps I was misunderstanding the return policy. Soon after, the manager admitted that he did not want to fill out the damaged product paperwork; hence, the reason he wouldn't exchange them.I really couldn't believe that he had just said that so I left, not wanting to waste more time. I would absolutely never purchase anything from that specific store. It was the worse customer service experience.

The young lady, I believe her name was Sam, was very helpful. Definitely recommend this store. As soon as I walked in she engaged and made sure I got what I was looking for. Very helpful and her beautiful smile made my day even better.

CAUTION OVER CHARGING !!!This store is overcharging in taxes. Sales tax in the state of Texas is 8.25% and somehow when making $100 transaction, my total was $126. I asked about the extra amount and they said it was taxes, I asked him to show me the percentage and I he didn't want to. I told them the amount was incorrect and they blamed it on the computer. I asked them to fix it, he got upset and got a manager involved, the manager also blamed it on the computer.... after informing him and showing him the sales tax percent on all my other receipts, he fix it. Will NEVER buy there ever again !!!

I was very disappointed with this location. i bought a pair of polarized ray-bans that started to peel from the lens. They referred me to the ray-ban site and said there was nothing they could do since it was a mfg issue. They were only 3 months old and lived in their case most of the time.
