After years of great service in multiple locations this one set the bar super low today. My go to is a cheeseburger. The one i got was old. Idk how old it was but the lettuce was almost transparent the tomato was super soggy and the patty was dry ans gad zero flavor. Come on guys please do better. "Have a Super Sonic Day"? So my husband and i went to sonic last night and took our pup with us.. our car hop was Alicia and before bringing us our change she asked if our pup wanted a pup cup! What! Yes absolutely!!! I didn't know they had these.. For her to see our pup and offer was like wow! That's awesome. I know Starbucks and DQ have them but never has anyone ever offered.. that was the best experience and she is awesome with her customer service skills.

We wanted to go try this new place. It looked beautifully constructed. We were impressed. We order and start to eat.I was very disappointed with the hamburger meat 🍔 . It tasted like it was past dated or freezer burned. Sorry, but that's what we got. The coney was ah ok.

Carhop was rude and unprofessional. The carhop repeated our order correctly and then she when she gave us our order it was incorrect. Never again will I stop there.
