Still has the new feeling and look, it was very clean and fully and NEATLY stocked, GREAT zone coverage. I loved it personally. I didn't come out with one complaint. There's a Wendy's connected to it and a Chic-fil-A next door. A one stop shop...plenty of goodies and souvenirs as well. The young lady serving the tacos asked if I would like to take something to eat and right away offered me her special. Buy 3 tacos and get one for free. She knows southern hospitality.

The lady at the go loco taco shop took longer then watching a turtle do a marathon! I’ve watched grass go faster. No wonder no one comes here!

The place is brand new but not 100% functional yet.It’s is well planned and seems to check every box on the list of what a truck stop should have.I had the opportunity to talk to the manager who is a really nice guy and he told me that the place will be completely functional on Monday, 05/15/2023.I will update in the future.

Wow!! A Pilot in Mercedes that's so cool! The store is amazing. It was very clean and well organized. It's so nice they have a Wendy's and a Chick fil a next to it. The space they have available for trucks to park is huge.

Great service, place is clean, staff is very friendly, easy access if you need to gas up, eat at Wendy's, Chick-fila or Gateway. Nicely decorated.

DRIVERS BEWARE::: showers are not 24-HRS.. CLOSE 9PM. reopen sometime in the morning front desk could not give me a time. got here 10 mins before 9pm front desk was waiting on customers I was waiting in line when it was my turn it was 9:02pm I argue with her I was in waiting and i was still turn away.. NEVER COMING AT THIS LOCATION!!

Facilities are new and very neat, it really impressed me how clean they keep it, restrooms, showers, parking, it’s all very clean. I hope we drivers help keeping it that way. Wendy’s and Go Loco (street tacos and burritos, will open on 10/23/23) inside the building. Chick-fil-a with in the premises.Staff very friendly and helpful. Glad to have a Pilot in the Valley. It’ll be nice if showers had a way to keep water from spilling out of shower pan, not a big issue though.

It looks like a nice place the staff especially Rafat are very rude they can’t even figure out there system for a shower fiberglass shower floor was cracked about 6 inches long door don’t have a dead bolt or latch to prevent someone from coming in , towels were damp ,I had 7 shower credits but still had to pay and a representative credited a shower with my transaction #

Was turned away cause of my girlfriends service dog. They said no pets told him it was a service do and he proceeded to tell me that it doesn't matter no dogs in store. I did not have the time to rebel but I hope others will find this and protest. This is unlawful and service animals help millions of handicap and veterans

New place. Very few customers. Cashiers don't really know what they're doing yet. Coffee is $2.50, and after paying that, you have to wait in another line to pay $4.30 for a couple of small tacos. For some reason, you can't pay for the coffee and tacos in the same place. So, in the end, you spend 15 minutes and almost $7.00 for something you can get for less than $5.00 at Stripes, and a lot faster.

I was really excited they opened up a Pilot in my hometown really nice truckstop and the owner is so nice but the fuel is 40 cents cheaper at the Flying J in Edinburg hopefully it won’t be like this all the time because I really would love to fill up here before going back on the road.

Brand new place, very Lazy SOB staff, no trucks in the parking lot or pumps and told me all the showers were busy, not acceptable, I am very angry, did not care, boycott this pilot just out side of Brownsville Texas, will avoid it like a plague
