At the outlets, tried going into Lids at 8:50, all other stores I had been to are open and this store is closed already 10 minutes before closing. Very unprofessional. Was the same for other location here at the outlets. Should be open at least 5 minutes before closing especially on a friday night.

Came to the lids outlet in Mercedes and the representative Matt assisted me very professionally. He was very helpful on the things I wanted and was polite. He should be acknowledged.

I bought a premium access pass that they charged me $ 10 for it and it supposedly is good for one year and the girl that helped me there to setup my account did something wrong she didn’t know how to do it and told me it was all good to go. And nope it wasn’t I got charged $ 10 for nothing I feel like I got robbed. Don’t ever go to that store workers don’t know what they are doing they don’t care for customers

1st off, they didn't even steam BOTH my caps right... Never used the caps .. went back 2 days later WITH receipt n they said no refund after steaming... Noone said that before!! Jaime the manager was NO HELP.. he took off the cap sticker without Me knowing so I wouldn't be able to return it. NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING TO THAT LIDS

Out of all the lids in the 956/Valley area this store is by far the best. The customer service is phenomenal and the selection of caps is great. I have boughten at least 20 caps from this location and although I live 30 minutes away I will always choose to visit this store since the customer service is ALWAYS great and the employees do the best job to answer the phone when calling to ask about current hat drops. I recently got a custom WWE cap made by Seth the store manager and it came out awesome ! Definitely recommend visiting this store and asking for Seth for all your cap needs. He will not let you down and his customer service is second to none! This location is located in front of the food courts in the mercedes outlets.

Jaime and Drew where very polite friendly and knowledgeable about the product in the store and made my experience wonderful I recommended they ask for them personally they where the best the world need more people like Jaime and drew.

Had a couple hats stitched at this place they had to redo them again since they messed up. It took about 3 weeks for them to get em done, it sounded Iike they would make excuses when I asked em if they had finished the hats, first they said they were short handed then they said some customers were in front of me, and then after they said they were trying to get a hold of me, nothing but lying all the time and very unprofessional. I would re-evaluate the employees and fire who ever is setting the bad example

Very disappointed. I went to exchange a gift that was given to me for Christmas and they did not allow me to return the hat because of a stain that was on the cap, that was gifted to me that way . I mean I get it "policy" I had the receipt too but the manager told her employee No. I will never make any purchases from this store again. Ever.

Great store got some hats made in short notice and they knocked them out for me in like 2 and half hours.. if you need any thing put on a hat look for Jesse you won't be disappointed he will hook it up.. the whole team did a great job they went above and beyond to make the hats look good..Rancho El Banquete

Nice small store...was wanting to get a boston sox cap for my baby boy...I dont know anything about sizes...salesman didnt offer to help..even after he saw me trying cap after cap.. I could've asked for help, but he didnt even seem to want to be there...left empty handed
