On April 21st, 2024, the Mercedes TX outlets experienced a power surge around noon, causing an interruption until 3:30pm. Despite power restoration, the Express management and staff chose not to reopen the store, opting instead to close for the day. As customers, we understand the challenges of unexpected events, but we also expect a level of consideration for others' time and schedules. It's disheartening to see such a lack of commitment from both the employees and their organization.

I went to a few stores. Aerie had a very inviting front store display, went in there and found a dress for a very good price. The employees were very attentive. Thank you Jessica for the great customer service, young lady & for helping decide on the color of my dress. Bath & body works, has very good customer service and good deals. Loft has nice clothes, I found myself a cute blouse on clearance.

This is an ok outlet place. Not a lot of stores and some stores are like stores you find in Progresso Mexico. People are nice. Most visitors seem to be from mexico. Of course, car door got a huge dent in it here. People in the valley don't seem to care about other people's cars or trucks is what i have noticed from working in the rgv and visiting

The clothes are very expensive but they feel very high quality I would recommend buying from here when they're having sales

4.5 hands down. The associate there helped my husband so much. We were very pleased with the customer service. Their clothing is good quality and way less expensive than the non outlet store. Pricing $$

Loved it it was an awesome experience because almost everyone was wearing their mask 😷 I can say that out of 10 one was not that one did not loved himself or others that one was not a happy person in life 😜

I just went to the store right now and I got a horrible customer service from a girl named Josie I believe. If I’m not mistaken she has some sort of store manager or assistant manager anyhow I want to try to make a purchase for eight dollars and their system was not working for my EXPRESS account. I asked why to see what was going on if I have available balance all she said was I need to call customer service and they could not help and not to mention they’ve been having issues all day. So then I made a comment saying only in the valley because it seems tha I just went to the store right now and I got a horrible customer service from a girl named Josie I believe. The girl looked way older than me like in her late 30s early 40s and for her to be sarcastic especially while she was working I would expect much more from her especially with her status been some sort of manager. Horrible customer service I will not go back there again

So the lady in the register convinced me of opening an account here so i can get a disscount. I gladly accepted who doesnt want a disscount right. Worst decision ever she told me she had to charge the item to my card and then i can make the payment cash so they can balance it out i did. I made the payment cash so the credit card could be at zero. I left happy 3 month later i get my balance and bam it says i still owe that plus the late fee. I told them i made the payment they said i needed a receipt why would i keep a receipt from 3 month ago. I have to pay $68 when my account shouldve been at zero. Moral of the story dont open an account with express they literally steal your money here

Just got out of the Doctor's office and was told to lose weight. So I decided to walk around the outlet mall to see if I could lose some weight but my wife keeps finding me.

Great prices and selection of clothes but my shopping experience was not that great when security guard literally stood next to me the whole time while I browsed through clothes. I get that they're doing their job but I felt like I was treated like a criminal.

Clothes are labeled original yet they are specifically designed for the outlet with less quality materials than the retail brand. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency, why they just dont tell the truth to the consumer. For those that do not know, when the shirts or the pants have 2 stars under the name means made for outlet with cheap materials.

I love there style especially for my size 28 by 30 son. Hard to find clothes this nice in his size. Only thing is its pretty expensive.

The specific day, they had a rack in the middle with specials of clothing. Found exactly what I need. Very good

Excellent clothing store, great designs and incredible promotions, and the geographical location is great but within the outlet, would be good if it was with other brands such as AE, Adidas and others.
