Very disappointed with their "order online, pick up in store" system. Ordering online doesn't make shopping easier since you'll still have to wait in their very long line to ENTER THE STORE, which is a total joke. And according to the employee, this was a "common problem" (asking to skip the very long line and just pick up my order). If it's a problem, then fix it?? I will not be back to this store.

Went in today to purchase a few Mother’s Day gifts . Was not greeted nor was any help offered . Went to pay and was asked if I was assisted I advised the cashier JOEL that no assistance was offered . I paid and told him thank you have a nice day and he was rude and started talking to another associate.

Went in to get a birthday gift. I called earlier in the day to see if the purse I was looking for was out for sale in the color I was trying to get. They answered and were able to go check and let me know. Thank you Raul for helping me out and checking. When I got there a few hours later he remembered me and helped me out. Going to be going back soon. Thanks again Raul.

While the variety is wide, service left much to be desired. The sales staff gave that kind of “why ask me” look and reluctantly checked for the enquired item - black-faced. She did even bother to inform when the enquired item was not available, but turned to serve another who spoke her language (Spanish). Unwelcoming place. Terrible service. 20180723, 1320h

My wife had to stop here at the Coach Outlet Store. She had to drag me into the place kicking and screaming. I hate shopping with my wife, but husbands have to do that sort of thing. Anyway, there was a large selection of purses and women's accessories. High quality stuff with the prices to match. They have good quality stuff, but be prepared for sticker shock.
