This was our Pups first grooming experience! She was very reluctant at first but they were great with her and tried several different ways to make the experience less scary for her. She left feeling, looking and smelling pretty and thanks to the nail trim was able to give me 5 without leaving me bleeding!

Mishon always does great, she has been grooming my furry baby since she was a puppy. Bella is 3 years old now. Mishon is now also grooming my new furry baby Cali. Bella love her as well

I had a pleasant experience taking my two Morkie's here for grooming. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning them up. I'm glad she asked about the upgrade file and buff of their nails instead of just trimming them. This is a must for a lap dog. Their availability was awesome because they were able to fit us in at short notice. Its hard to find a good groomer close to home since we moved to this side of town.

I dropped off my dog off at the scheduled time of 10:00am. I was told that it would take around 3-4 hours. After 4 and a half hours I still hadn’t received a call or text from anyone, so o decided to drive down to Petco and see if my dog was ready. The girl told me that a message was sent out to me at 12:00pm saying my dog was ready. They had my dog waiting for an extra 2-3 hours and probably more if I hadn’t showed up.They had the wrong number on my account. The said part is that this same issue happened the last time I came and dropped her off.

I'm so, so happy with my experience here! I have never had a better grooming experience; this was the first appointment my dog had where she wasn't shaking and jumping into my arms after getting groomed. In fact, she seemed so content staying with the grooming staff. My groomer was Falynn, and she did an amazing job. My dog came out looking super clean and fresh. We'll definitely be coming back! I booked online, and maybe I missed it, but I didn't know that my pup couldn't even be on allergy medicine when bringing her in to be groomed. They rebooked me for the next day, and luckily I was able to do that. I brought her in, not on medication, and they groomed her decently well. I paid and left, and realized they never put her collar back on. I began driving back, calling them to confirm that they have it and they never answered. When I got there, they handed it back to me and apologized.I normally go to pet supplies plus for grooming, but they were booked. Petco was fine. I didn't especially feel confident in the groomers when I met them like I did at PSP. My pup also didn't come home smelling nice from their shampoo or anything.All in all, it was just fine. Kind of annoying at times, but fine I guess.

This is the first Petco I visited that looks so big, fancy, and clean. The staff was very nice and my dog's stylist, Katrina, was excellent!

They should adopt a better way to handle pups that has never been to their location. I took Zion for a grooming and he was happy to go with the lady. But she immediately placed him in a kennel and left him for a little over 10 minutes. When she went back to get him he would not let her even release him from the kennel. If this is the puppy's first time being around you. I feel that it is necessary for you to start your grooming process immediately to avoid any irritation or aggression from the dog. He was not barking nor biting while being exported to the back. As I mentioned in fact, he was very happy to see new faces.

I have a labradoodle who is only 3 months and had never had a groom before. Chelsea was the best. She was so sweet and gentle to our little Dandy. We will be going to Chelsea for all grooming needs plus we will recommend her. That’s how we knew about her.

Been going here for years and it's always a good experience. My dogs won't let me clip their nails, but they're well behaved for the groomers who always do a great job. The dogs also just love coming here for the great smells.

Nancy is an amazing groomer, worked on my puppy who hadn't been groomed yet. He came out with an awesome cut and happy as can be. She did a wonderful job!

They did a great job. Her ears were cleaned well. She was brushed beautifully. Her nails were perfect. All within the 2 hour timeline. Plus she didn’t seem stressed out.

Never coming here again . I took my dog here for the first time ever for a grooming I specifically told her I wanted the teddy bear hair cut the one she always gets and she came out with a while different hair cut very ugly . Either she forgot or she didn’t know how to . Very disappointed. Hopefully her hair gross fast. Sticking with PetSmart

Mishon has groomed Cody before and she does a spectacular job! She listens to me when I describe the cut I want and she is gentle and kind. Cody is a scaredy-cat dog, but he is always comfortable at Petco.

Mishon is the best groomer in any of your stores nation wide. We have been bringing our pet (huge Alaskan Malamute to your locations for years and from locations in Hawaii, Florida and Texas. Mishon did the best ever in the scope of performance. She even De-sheaded his coat perfectly and most of all dried him thoroughly. Plus our Dog came out happy and excited. Again I stress she was the best we have used ever and you as a company need to take good care of Mishon, keep her happy and employed. She shines for Petco and makes the company stand alone in grooming. I have already told all my dog friends just where to go. We thank her for an excellent job performed, as should you.

Michon is very gentle and loving with Nikki, Is skilled with grooming . The environment is clean and express services are available for pets with separation anxiety. I would give 5 stars but the pricing is a little higher than other grooming services. The express service is why I use PETCO

Far too expensive. I paid $91 to bathe two tiny dogs. Including two $5 tips of course since 2 people did the work. It's just not reasonable. I can do the same at home in 15 min per dog.....including the nails.
