This was my first time going into Hollywood feed! I expected it to be a high-end boutique, but I was a very very pleasantly surprised by all of the reasonable prices on their products.Sara was extremely helpful and took the time to educated me on the different brands for my dogs and cats. I will definitely be coming here on a very regular basis!

We love our local Hollywood Feed and team! We use the delivery for scheduled dog and cat food and it is always delivered right to our front door by happy staff. They even include treats for our pups sometimes which is a very welcome surprise to our furry family members. Love the interaction and service at the store as well, always helpful and smiling.

Not a very pleasant experience! I asked for a full groom for my 2 pund puppy but the lady that works there only trimmed my puppy's body and did not touch her face becae that was my "puppy's first groom"!!!! I was charged $45 and didn't say anything!! 2 weeks later I called the place to make an appointment to get a face groom because my puppy looks ridiculous with her face hair way longer than her body , plus there's hair going in her eyes and mouth because it's so lond! So I called the store, they put me on hold for 5 minutes, then I called at least 3 or 4 other times right after, no one picked up, so I drove to the store but I was told that they're completely booked for a month, complaining that there's not enough people to groom the dogs! Maybe hire more people and be more professional! I'm definitely never going back again!!!

My wife and I are new dog parents. Just like when we adopted our guinea pigs 5+ years ago we are in learning mode. We had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly today. She guided us through everything and was so patient and kind. I could tell that she has a love for animals that is something to behold. Really loved the selection here and will be a life long customer. Hope to see Kimberly every time we stop in. She is the best!!!

I have no idea about the inside of the store but my friends tell me it's pretty good. I'm giving this low review based on an event they had on Saturday for dog adoption. They could have used the entire parking lot but chose a small area adjacent to the road. Both dogs and children were walking in and out of the street as cars were trying to pass by. It was a pretty dangerous.

Hollywood stocks a wide range of pet food brands, and I love the overall country feel of the place. The staff was also friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'll be going back regularly.

We had a difficult situation with the dog that we are currently fostering. This dog had been living in the wild for about a year, and had avoided capture by experts several times. After finally being captured, she ran away multiple times from her first foster family. We have now had her for six months, but she is still at risk of startling easily, and running. We have only recently been able to transport her in a car, but because of her size and strength, and risk of running, we needed a strong, large harness to keep her safely in our car. The staff at Hollywood Feed first, was very patient and attentive to hearing our story and need to fit our dog within a harness in our car, rather than risk bringing our dog into the store from the parking lot. She was exceedingly understanding, helped us pick out the appropriate harness that fit, and came out to our car to meet our dog, and to make sure the harness fit, and would work appropriately. She was extremely kind, and brought a treat for our dog as well. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything went with a situation that was quite tense for us. We highly recommend Hollywood Feed for their kindness and understanding, expertise, and going out of their way to help us. Thank you Hollywood Feed!

My wife and I just had twins. Our first. With no family close to us, we have been stretched thin. Hollywood Feed offered home delivery for our working line GSD (a family dog). We included some very specific instructions for delivery so that our preemie newborns didn't get woken up by our 115lb Shepherd. Not ONLY, did the delivery person follow our instructions to a perfect "T", but they carefully placed the packaged, silently, on our front porch with such care, that it basically looked like a retail display. Literally a life saver!! Cannot recommend them enough!! Hollywood Feed for the win!!

Doesn’t matter who I talk to or what I buy, this store is hands down the BEST! The workers are always so helpful and knowledgeable. If they don’t know the answer, they will find out and let me know immediately. I literally stop people on the street who have animals and tell them about Hollywood Feed. For the policies they have on trying new things, to the array of products (especially for dogs with special needs diets), to fresh treats and toys, they have it all! I used to think it was just a fancy place for people with fancy dogs. Its not. And their prices reflect that too. Some products are buy 12 get 1 free! So many sales and deals.Now that we are moving to California I started to freak out because they don’t have a store near our house. Sure enough one of the employees said that I just order through their website and they can ship it straight to me with no shipping cost! I ❤️ Hollywood Feed!!🐾

The staff always greets me when I walk in the door and asks if I need any assistance. They even come around and check on me when I’m shopping for dog food options. Their dog beds are also great and have lasted longer than any other dog bed that I can remember purchasing. So, friendly staff, quality products, it’s of food options, including treats to help my dog relax during storms.

The manager and Melissa searched long and hard to find the preferred dog food I needed. They called all over Dallas and I was able to save with my coupons and one trip to Hollywood feed. They are fantastic now I will only shop with them.

What a great pet store. WAY better than any other pet store we have been to. This is now our go to place and we love bringing our dog. They have good bully sticks (ask for the odor free…trust me)!! Haha! They have high quality food…and best of all, depending on where you live they offer same day delivery to your house!! This has saved me so many times! All of the employees have always been super helpful as well! This place raises the bar for sure!
